The best Get It Now I’ve been to. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door by store manager Jerry Caraballo. Staff was super friendly. I told them what I was looking for and they helped me out with exactly what I wanted.

Ive been a customer of get it now for many years. The oak Creek location has the best customer service that Ive experienced. Jerry and his staff always go that extra step to make sure your taken care of. I always feel like I matter. You have a great team and this location.

I had just moved into my apartment about 5 years ago now. Starting on my own i had nothing but a few bags of clothee and wasnt sure how i could afford my first bedroom and living room set. But get it now was an option i didnt know was around where i could get my own furniture and pay it off over time. And yeah people question why i would lease furniture instead of just buying it and i would tell them i just couldnt afford putting 4k all at one time and yes i know i went with the expensive stuff when there was cheaper options but i wanted to spoil myself lol. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they work with you even when you fall behind on payments. I recommend this location and store franchise to people i know all the time because honestly its hard saving money these days when youre living paycheck to paycheck and people dont know about this option. Leasing is not a bad thing really, you can always pay more than whats due to pay it off quicker, plus you get the furniture home the same day. Definitely worth checking out especially if youre just moving into your first home and want to get the furniture you like and save money at the same time. Today i can look at my fully furnished apartment and man it is a great feeling to see this after not knowing how i could afford it all and im already almost done paying it off. Alex Jasmine and Jason have always been a huge help and always gave me the best customer experience and then some.

Ive bought furniture from Get It Now in the past and have never had quite the ordeal that I did at this location. The salespeople are pushy, rude and very untrust worthy! I will say once I was fed up enough to speak with the manager he did rectify the situation that was a hand. But I will never go back again.
