I reached out to Tom with a few questions regarding the purchase of a computer and those few questions had expanded into a few additional questions. He always answered my questions with great detail. And also was helpful with additional tips in an effort to help me make my decision and that was what I was looking for. I felt he was very honest and had the best interest of the customer as a priority. When I made my final decision on a computer he was again helpful in getting my computer set up and explaining everything to me and a little more. I was very happy and would recommend him to anyone needing tech support or a purchase of a computer.

They are prompt, knowledgeable and work behind the scenes. We wouldnt be without them, and their fees are more than reasonable. Been working with them for a decade. (I fixed that issue) You couldnt have done anything better, I am quite pleased with you and your company and will be back next time I need help.I had a blue screen and took my computer to Alpha Geeks and they had to re install windows and they were fast, efficient, and did it all for a reasonable price. Will be going back to them again most definitely . They did this in a reasonable amount of time and explained why he had to do what he did.

Tom was awesome. Very honest and professional. I took my computer elsewhere before going to Alpha Geeks and was just told “it’s dead, you need a new hard drive..” There was no explanation and gave me a quote that seemed ridiculous. Tom went on it while I was there and told me it was one of three things. Within a couple hours he gave me a call back with his diagnosis. I gave him the green light to repair it and he had it done 2 days later and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Tom and Matt have been awesome with keeping my IT issues at bay. They are more proactive in their approach as to minimize down time. Theyve worked great with my systems from coordinating with my software company vendor to my billing company. When I have hit snags in how my workstations are performing, they have been timely in correcting the issue or finding out the answers to correct the issue.

My son told me about Alpha Geeks. I was having problems and was very frustrated and my son told me the Alpha Geeks were local and close to my home. Not an on line IT service from India.I took it in to them and three days later It was back. I was satisfied with the cost because of the amount of work the Alpha Geeks did to my computer. When I got home I had trouble finding my contacts from the back up drive I had them make. I called them, we got on line and they linked to my computer and within minutes I had my contacts where I wanted them. I am very happy with everything the Alpha Geeks did for me and would recommend them to anyone.

Our laptop wouldnt charge the battery anymore, so we took it to Alpha Geeks. When we brought it back home with us, the computer was burning hot after ten minutes and the case was starting to melt. After researching online ourselves, we figured out that the problem was most likely a faulty connection of the part they installed and put in for us. Bringing it back, they wouldnt fix this for free. In fact, they told us that this repair would be even more expensive, even though they are the ones that broke the laptop further than it was in the first place. It was very dangerous and who knows what could have happened if we hadnt noticed our laptop burning up? In the end we had to buy a whole new computer. Worst service ever, do not go!
