This place is amazing. I had taken my car to 2 other places and they couldnt figure out what was wrong. I took my car here and by lunch time they had called me with what was wrong and an estimate and told me my car would be ready the next afternoon. They ended up charging me less than originally quoted because things didnt take as long as they anticipated. As a person who knows nothing about cars, I feel extremely comfortable taking my car here and not feeling like Im getting ripped off.

Came here for second opinion on a pre-purchase inspection. They revealed that a lot of the items listed were non-issues or potentially damaging to the transmission/engine if performed. Also, we’re straight to the point and offered alternatives that I could do myself to fix a few minor issues on the car that were causing codes to come up. Will be coming here when my new car is ready for servicing.

Great service, great price and professional staff!

I went into T.H. Automotive because my car failed it’s first emissions test. After I arrived, the owner offered to drive me home and pick me up after my car was done. They kept it and tested it for over six hours trying to find the problem. After finding nothing, I came to pick it up and decided to try the emissions again and it passed. Not only did they charge me nothing for their time, they were honest with me and didn’t try to fix or sell me something just for the sake of making money. My car passed which tells me it was most likely a glitch in the testing more than anything. Their honesty and integrity is often hard to find in a mechanic and I will never take my car anywhere else for any problems that I may run into.

If youre looking for an honest and fair mechanic, TH Automotive is definitely the place. Highly recommended!!

This has always been a great shop with great service. My father took his FJ40 here for years and only trusted them with it. Very disappointed today after calling to set up an appointment and being treated very rudely on the phone. I will no longer be taking my cars here. Im very disappointed.

Wow. Seriously. I had this brake problem on my car. Had it to three other mechanics. My husband did work on it. Took it to auto zone for some test...NOBODY could figure out the problem....that is until I took my car to TH Automotive. The first time the car wouldnt act up for them so they spent time checking it but gave it back with no charge. Next time they figured it out perfectly and without costing an arm and leg! i am so grateful to the these honest, upright and intelligent mechanics! I love my car again cuz it runs right!

I was referred here by another shop. Im a dealer and had a engine bought at boot hill and wanted it replaced I was told the owners policy is he wont install it unless they buy it . I told him it was still sitting at boot hill and it didnt matter. WHAT A JOKE LOL

I cant speak to the quality of service, but I can speak on the fact that I was put on hold and forgotten. I sat on hold for 10 minutes + and when I called back they told me they dont even do alignments... what kind of auto shop cant do an alignment? I wanted to support a local shop, but when you dont offer basic services its kind of hard to do.

Excellent service.... The one star givin by Joe crandal is the original mechanic who destroyed my car... these gentlemen, who were recommended by my grandfather have been absolutly wonderful fixing all his mistakes... Stay away from Joe-Lopy automotive repair.
