I came in today to look at an Audi A3 for my wife. This is the second time I’ve met Jake and he was as helpful and genuine as when we first met two years ago when I was looking into buying my personal car. After I took it for a test drive today I talked some numbers with him and left without my backpack which I left on the front passenger seat of the Audi.Jake then called me and told me that I left my backpack. He goes above and beyond to make sure I had an easy and positive experience every time I go there to look for a car. I’d definitely recommend this place and look for Jake he was always helpful, genuine, knowledgeable about cars and I’ve had a great experience every time. 5 stars from me!

Z is awesome! I showed up, told him what I was looking for and he pulled up exactly that. I test drove it and bought it. Easy peasy. I haven’t liked going to dealerships in the past because I felt pressured to buy stuff I didn’t want. Not this time. I felt comfortable and I love my purchase. AutoNation is selling a luxury brand through its Alfa Romeo line of cars but has no idea how to provide its customers with an experience that comes anywhere close comparable competing brands and dealers. If you are in the market for an Alfa Romeo (or a comparable brand - i.e. BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, etc.) and are someone who expects a little more from the dealers who offer cars at this level, you should consider buying elsewhere. I will say that the Alfa Romeo Gulia and its other lines come with their own set of issues, and so we have had to take our car in for a number of software updates and minor recall items. However, when needing to deal with these types of issues, with AutoNation, the service and experience has been extremely poor. They rarely have loaner cars to provide you while the car is getting service - and you need so schedule out weeks in advance to maybe have a chance at getting one. When they do provide a loaner, it is still a poor experience as the cars are dirty (see photos of how the loaner was provided), may not have a full tank of gas, and they require you to fill it up with gas before your return it. This is not on par with what you would get from other dealers for cars in this category.When you do get your car back from them, it is likely to be dirty from the service techs and they will not wash your car for you as other similar brands will do. The quality and consistency of the customer experience received with dealing with them about an issue with your car is also disappointing.AutoNation should understand the value of the post purchase customer experience and the impact that it has on brand loyalty and advocacy. While the reasons that I may need to be bringing my car in for service may be fault of the actual manufacturer, AutoNation should still be aware of the expectations from its customer base. It has been very disappointing and I will not likely be buying another car from them unless they are able to up their game in this area.

I bought a new Alfa Romeo Giulia, Jake was my sales guide during the process. Jake was very knowledgeable and passionate about the Alfa and it came through very clear on my end. He answered any questions i had and even those i didnt have. I have now owned my Alfa and belong to the Alfa family for over 2 months and am more happy now than when i bought the car which is saying alot!!! Jake made my time purchasing the car fun and not that same old going back and forth, more about the car than making a sale!!! Thank you so much Jake for all your help in making this experience exciting. I will see you next year for that Crossover Alfa, my wife loves it too!!!

Just got an Alfa Romeo a few months ago, unfortunently it wasnt from this dealership. However the first time i needed service i came here and it was a wondeful service and a great enviroment to be in, very friendly! I got another appointment soon for a basic oil change and tire roto, and setting up the appointment and getting the quote was very easy. I am looking forward to all my services being done here if this enviroment stays the same!(:

Took my Lexus there twice for the brakes squeaking . Was told the 1st time it was because they were new and they would stop. Second time now there is a clicking and still squeaking months later and was told by the receptionist she didn’t hear any clicking or the squeak. But then was told my brakes are not sitting in there shoe properly but was told not to worry about it. Or I could drop off my car for a couple days so they could drive it around and see what I was talking about. So frustrated and can’t wait till someone who knows what their doing can work on my car

I went to both Alfa Romeo dealers in the area. Autonation and Mike Ward Alfa/Infiniti/Lamborghini. Autonation is a much better experience in general.Mike Ward treated me like I was an inconvenience - I only have an Alfa and not a Lamborghini after all. Mike Ward charged me $175 for an inspection that Autonation did for free. Mike Ward missed several important items on the inspection and when I brought this up to them they acted like they noticed but didnt feel it was worthwhile to mention to me. WHAT! I specifically brought the car to Mike Ward to find out if there were any issues with the car. So Mike Ward provided bad service to my vehicle and bad customer service when I brought it up. They did have good snacks and nicer furniture though.Summary: go to Autonation.

Sean Chin was absolutely amazing and a delight to work with, finance manager Jake tried everything they could to get things where we needed them to be. A sales team that treats you as a member of the team rather than an opponent.I had the fortune to work with Kevin et al to buy a new car here. Experience was unlike others Ive had having purchased many cars before. Im anti sales pitch and pro information and experience, and thats what I got here. I had questions, they had or found me the answers - even if it took some time - rather than making up nonsense on the spot. We worked together to figure out what was the right vehicle for me, and they werent willing to sell me a car they knew wouldnt fit my needs or wants. I have to imagine they care about their reputation because it shows in the way that they treat people.Im HAPPY with my purchase experience and this rating isnt even covering that Im equally as happy with my car. Highly recommended to extend your business to this AutoNation dealer.

The woman who greeted me at the service dept. desk was the friendliest and most helpful person in this role that Ive ever met. She was able to answer all my questions and my service was completed very quickly. I do, however, have two minor complaints (and thats maybe too strong a word).Id have liked to at least see a mechanic somewhere on the premises. It was almost mysterious - my car was taken and returned but I never saw anyone in mechanic clothes and I saw nothing visibly different on the car when it was returned. I wondered for a moment if anything really had been done. It was also surprising that the car hadnt been washed since every service Ive had over the last 20 years included a car wash. They omitted the car wash on my first service a couple years ago as well but called to apologize and gave me a promise of a free car wash if Id come down again (its 35 minutes away so thats not happening). Anyway, I think the Car (Fiat 500) is great and the woman at the service desk is terrific. No car wash and no mechanic visible is odd. Small criticisms.

Dealership installed the correct tire after more than a month with the incorrectly installed tire. Also, when they changed the oil in my Alfa Romeo in September, they overfilled it by 350 ml and instead filled it with 6 quarts. This resulted in the oil light coming on and stating that the oil had exceeded level. They ended up draining some oil to get in within spec in November.I did hear back from AutoNation asking me to contact their GM to see how they could make my past experience better. I have left two voice messages with no response from the GM yet.

The service was average . There was nothing that makes it stand out over other places I have dealt with over the years. The greeting was ok I was welcomed when I got there the individual took my info asked if I would be waiting and that was that. I had to ask if there was a waiting area, I was told where it was so I could go to it. The oil change and tire rotation tool 1 hour and 15 minutes with an appointment. When done we went over the service I signed and was out the door. I got in my vehicle my seat was out of adjustment and that was not what I expected. Just average is all it was worth.

I bought a 2012 Fiat from this dealer and have had nothing but good experiences with them. Every person I have encountered has been friendly and professional. Steve, in service, is great. He takes the time to explain what my car needs and appreciates that I need to keep costs down. All maintenance is done well and I am communicated with throughout the process. On two occasions, I had to go out of town before my car was ready and I was given a loaner car for long weekends. Not having to worry about transportation means a great deal to me.I recommend this dealership to anyone who complements me on my cool little Fiat!

They couldnt provide the correct forms I needed for services completed although they wanted me sign it saying they could get it to me next week. Never happened. Had a young kid handling the situation, not recommended who wasnt really up to par with things. He also told me a service was going to be done before pickup, that never happened, I was also told brakes were changed, that also didnt happen.

My entire experience at this dealership was positive. I wasnt certain if I was going to buy a Fiat when I walked in so I said so to the salesperson (Samantha) who asked if she could help. She showed me the cars and was able to answer all of my questions. At no time did I feel pressured at this dealership as I have at many others. I left to think about my decision and came back several hours later ready to buy. Samantha continued helping me, again, answering all questions. I was very impressed with Samanthas knowledge of the vehicles at this dealership. The finance portion of the purchase also went well. I was very pleased by my experience here and would highly recommend them to anyone. I now have over 200 miles on my 2016 Fiat 500x and I love it!

Walked in after my check engine light came on my 2016 Fiat 500L while I was 800 miles from home. No mechanic in sight, no one wanted to even help, once I told them my car was still under warranty suddenly there were no appointments available and no mechanic available to help for another week. They told us we would have better luck figuring things out at the Hyundai dealership??? Manager (or something) was there and just stared at us through his glass window while we were trying to figure things out. Didn’t even offer a good mechanic nearby or anything. Awful service and very strange interactions.

I needed a spare tire for my 500 which was stuck in a parking lot nearby after I hit a huge pothole. Unfortunately the sport models dont have spares but Steve the Service Manager gave me a spare to get my car home. I was impressed with their service! They are great guys.

Went in to check out the Fiat 500s.....ended up talking at length (and over several visits) with Dale in their sales area.... Very informative, no pressure, no hassles and totally relaxing environment to just enjoy the cars. Purchased one of the Abarths and have been having a blast in it since. I recently purchased a 2015 Toyota Prius here, and Im really happy with how the whole process went and felt. In general, Ive been turned off of the whole car buying experience - whether at a dealership due to the haggling, or on websites like Craigs List due to concerns of fraud. I was shocked to find the car I wanted on AutoNations website at a price that was considerably *lower* than other no haggle dealerships. I thought something would have to be wrong with the vehicle, but after receiving a clean bill of (car) health from my mechanic, I knew Id found the right car - and the right place.Shawn is this particular dealerships salesperson, and he - along with all the other staff - were all incredibly friendly. I never felt uncomfortable here, and I would actually consider myself a future customer thanks to the experience I had.

Bottom line: be very cautious when doing business with this dealership. Addendum stickers with bogus charges is another item of concern. Strongly suggest that everyone should look elsewhere before giving any business to this dealership.The dealership was contacted and provided a price estimate for a 500X. We then traveled two hours to purchase the car but upon arrival, the vehicle had been changed out for another 500X that looked identical. It was just before giving up the money for the down payment when my wife and I asked questions and discovered that this was not the vehicle that we had inquired about. They had substituted it for a 500X that was the same color and options but with scratches and 650 miles. When we inquired as to the specifics of how this vehicle arrived at the mileage and condition we were not provided any factual information but we were informed that the vehicle that we had discussed via email and phone calls was going to be used as a service loaner.Bait and Switch is the term given to unscrupulous car dealers such as this and we did call FIAT corporate to lodge this complaint. We will now be driving 6 hours to New Mexico to find a vehicle that is optioned the way that we were looking to purchase.

We stopped by the Fiat dealership in North Denver to look at the 500L. I had already done a bit of homework so knew what was what. Monte greeted us and answered a number of questions we had. He was very easy to work with. He doesnt give you the high pressure you sometimes get when buying a car, and was extremely patient as we looked at each model and compared options. We really made him earn his keep, but wound up purchasing a great 500L.

They connected me with Bob Coldwell who was extremely kind, respectful, honest and helpful. He answered all of my questions (there were many) without missing a beat, and was honest about the Pros and Cons of shipping a car. This was probably the best car buying experience we ever had.We told Monte we needed a vehicle we could tow 4 wheels down behind our motorhome, he knew exactly what was needed and showed us the 500 Sport.After a test drive we were sold.This was the first time we ever had a dealer tell us our trade in was in excellent shape they usually try and find fault with them.After some negotiations that were actually pleasant we arrived at what we felt to be a great price for an amazing little car.We would recommend this dealership and Monte in particular to anyone looking to be treated with respect and given a fair deal.

*SIGH* I just came in to pick up my daughters Fiat that had just been serviced and it so happened that the service guys had gone home by the time I got there and so I was left to speak with a sales representative.This sales representative was NOT going to go out of his way to offer any explanations on how the car got fixed (except to read what was written) and when I inquired further, he just kept saying, I dont know, Im just the sales guy. . . when I went back inside to clarify another issue, no one came to ask Is there anything you need or that I can help you with?The original sales guy did finally ask if I needed help, but no offer to have the service mechanic call me back, nothing.For a first-time experience, Im just not impressed.

This place sold me a vehicle which they knew had a bad electrical system and refused to do anything to help me. I called for two weeks twice a day, and could not get anyone to call me back. Yes, I bought the vehicle as is and no warranty but when you put down a $6,000 down payment and the vehicle malfunctions the next day, and no one will call you back, that is straight bad business. I will recommend that all friends and family completely shun autonation and any of its affiliates.

I have never had to deal with someone more despiteful than the service supervisor Steve. My dad took my car in to be looked at because they should have fixed issues with it while it was still in warranty and now I am being charged almost $1,000 by another dealership to fix what they kept saying was ok on the car. He came out of his office guns blazing being upset at what the other dealership found wrong when he was the one that told Kassandra to make an appointment for me to take the car in to be looked at and to just take the paperwork that the other dealership gave me. If they are professional mechanics, they should have looked at the car thoroughly all those 10 times I took it in for the same issue and yet the other dealership found what was wrong the first time. It’s sad that he came out of his office with an attitude instead of being the professional to deal with the situation professionally because we have a reason to be upset. It seems like the ones acting more professional was my dad as the customer than him since he represents Fiat. What is even more sad is to have someone incapable of dealing with customers as the front face of Fiat because he’s giving them a bad name. He’s not only nasty face-to-face, but over the phone as well. Every single time that he called about something, he had an attitude. I have a voicemail saved that he left me where he was upset because I had not returned the loaner saying that he kept calling to take it back, yet I never got a call. I hope Fiat gets rid off people like him that don’t like their line of work. Steve, find a different job if you don’t like what you’re currently doing because it’s definitely showing that you hate your job.

We worked with Dale and had an easy, no pressure experience for leasing. HOWEVER, in the 2 ½ months since we have had an issue with the vehicle (it was known at the time of lease and noted it was to be fixed on lease terms paperwork) we have been unable to get the vehicle fixed or even get anyone to give us a straight answer or call us back. We have called, emailed, and messaged (on their website chat) almost a dozen times combined. BEWARE of doing businesses here if you have anything needing followed up on.

There is ZERO pressure when you walk into the showroom, and the staff there is all very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I think that I test drove three different models before making my final decision on my Fiat 500 Turbo. I am really enjoying my new Fiat!

I purchased a Alfa Romeo Stelvio from AutoNation and it was, by far, the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Brittany Green was knowledgeable and patient and there wasnt any of the typical car buying pressure. Good to mediocre service, this time they filled the engine crankcase with 5W-30, but the engine oil filler cap clearly states the engine requires 5W-40 synthetic oil. I don’t know why the service department plays dumb with customers, seems odd to me they would complicate a simple thing like this. I also wrote in the notes section of the online service form that I did not want the tires rotated, but Kassandra acted like she either doesn’t read or doesn’t bother reading the paperwork, or doesn’t care. Also, as I pulled into the service department receiving bay there was some older gentleman I’ve never seen before standing there waiting to drive the vehicle back to the service garage. I don’t know, I guess a strange person just wanted to drive my car. All in all, kind of strange goings on here. I don’t know if I’ll be back, I need this car to last me a couple more years at least and need good service to achieve this. Sincerely, Richard Jones

Professional, no pressure atmosphere. Dale, my sales professional, was easy to work with. The entire experience was efficient and orderly ; I have owned Mercedes-Benz and other high-end cars and FIAT North has a similar sales environment; professional and subdued.

Kassandra was very friendly and accommodating. I had asked for the shuttle service to take me back to work, but the shuttle driver was on lunch break. Kassandra stepped up and gave me a ride, then picked me up after work. Service was thorough, car was clean, multipoint inspection was informative. Fiat North Denver is the only studio I trust.

They dont answer the phone, and it takes a day for a return call. The service advisor I spoke with knew very little about cars, and when I asked about $400 for four spark plugs? her answer was, Its a foreign car, theyre more expensive.Also, dont ask about the courtesy shuttle, it stops running at 3:00.Painful customer service. Consider other dealers.

I intended to buy a used car they had advertised in the internet. The communication by mail started well, I got some extra pictures of the car sent (because there were none in the advertisement).After some more questions I tried to call them. What a nightmare!! Although I always named the sales guide I was e-mailing before, nobody was able to connect me, no calling back, although they promised it and so on.In the end my effort to buy that car was successfully stalled until the car was sold to someone local. What a disappointing experience...

We had a great experience with Dale our salesperson. The finance part took some time as customer in front of us had problems with coming up with the money. I was real disappointed that they couldnt find the rattle in the dashboard. I came down (from Wyoming) there mainly to get this taken care of. They couldnt duplicate the rattle, which I hear every day driving over these rough uncared for roads in Cheyenne. There paved but all need upkeep which is not done, which is not your fault I understand. So no, it was a wasted trip for me.

The first Fiat vehicle I ever bought (500 pop). AutoNation Fiat North Denver was a great place to purchase this vehicle. Dale Glovan, the sales rep was professional in every manner and helped me secure the right price that I was willing to pay. There were many email exchanges with Dale before I decided to go into the dealership to test drive and negotiate a price. The whole transaction was smooth and hassle free. The sales manager isnt what I would consider to be an honest person. To tell me that we will see if we can get the missing items to you dont have the funds. Of course the last part wasnt until all the paperwork was signed. You know if you have the money or not. Poor business tactics.
