Just purchased a beautiful Audi from them and let me tell you that Jacob Campain was the most patient person! I called and communicated with him multiple times and he absolutely was always available to answer my questions and my concerns, he went out of his way to make my experience the best one possible. He checked on me to make sure I was happy with my purchase and provided the best options for me! Such an amazing job I could not be happier!

Ever since the purchase of my 2013 Fiat Abarth, I have availed myself of the excellent service department at AutoNation Alfa Romeo Fiat North. Through some very extensive service and consistent oil changes, the team at this dealership has been very accommodating. Kassandra, the service writer is the best, always polite and concerned. The service manager I dealt with the most, Steve, has been very open and honest in his assessment of my vehicle and has kept it in top shape. Im sad Fiat has decided to stop production of the fiat 500, but I hope I can continue to get my hot little car maintained here.

Let me tell you about this place....When you go to buy the car - they are amazing. The sales people are able to explain the car to you just fine. Then you make the decision to buy the car and that is when EVERYTHING will changeStart out with waiting for 3+ hours in financing. Not because of any issue on my end but because they are just busy. I am about to buy a 70k car and they make me wait for 3 hoursOnce I finally complete the purchase, the dealership does not send my information to the county. Yep thats right I am now unable to register the car. Yes you read that right - unable to register it. Can not be done.Call the dealership - finance department never calls back - after 6 calls and voice mails I then get a hold of the Manager. He actually steps up and makes the registration happen - after a 3 month wait.Now things get fun - This car has a specific issue that causes the throttle control to freak out. Not fun when you are driving and you lose control, causes the car computer to error out.The issue happens - take it to the dealership and they say they can not find anything wrong. Odd but ok, maybe its a fluke right.The issue happened 5 times over the next 3 years. Took it to the dealership each time- gave them information about the issue even pictures.I was told once it was the battery - then it was the oil - the other three times they told me they had no clue what was happening. So after the last time I decided to call Alfa directly.After speaking to ALfa customer care - they sent me to the other Alfa dealer in town. Sure enough - they not only knew EXACTLY what the issue was, they were also able to fix it.So let me sum this up. AutoNation service is a JOKE - they will nto fix issues that are easy to identify and known by the manufacturer. If you choose to buy a car from this place - BEWARE they do not care about you, the car they sell you, or providing you with any sort of a good customer experience.Followup - I tried to contact the GM due to the comment left by the dealership. Never was able to get a hold of the GM. Left 2 voicemails no call back. Once again, Autonation showing how much they actually value the customer

If there is one thing I hate - it is the 2014 Fiat 500L. This vehicle is a disaster. BUT - I have found the rarest bonus in all this. An honest mechanic. Steve at AutoNation Fiat North is trustworthy. He is open and transparent about issues, as well as insightful in every problem I have had with this vehicle. He is someone I would trust with any of my cars. Thank you Steve!

First of all, I love my Alfa Romeo Stelvio. However, I have had nothing but issues with the dealership.1. They mishandled my paperwork so I was unable to register the vehicle - it took me three trips to the DMV and a some additional paperwork from the dealership to get it sorted out.2. My first oil change - picked up my car which was parked around back behind the building, not in a spot. Got home and noticed a nice big crack in my bumper. Called the dealership and they stated that they do not have cameras in the back. Obviously taking no ownership of the damage to my vehicle that had been in their care all day.3. Second oil change - tried to call in advance to have a key fob programmed (windshield repair guys from Safelite ran over my original). No answer and no one called me back. Went ahead and programmed it for me but insisted that I could not have possion of my vehicle until the fob was paid for - mind you I sent them an email from Safelite saying they would pay that day, they were with a client at the moment. Now why not just keep possesion of the fob, def worth more than the $78 to program it. Requested to speak with a manager, but they were able to finally make it work (although Safelite did call while I was checking out). Service forgot to take off the $20 for my oil change as well. Not a biggie - it got fixed and the lady was very nice, just one more thing I had to keep an eye on.4. The downside to Alfas is I cannot find another place to do oil changes and maintenance. I would definitley not purchase or voluntarily choose to service my car from this dealership again.5. I had a Toyota - their oil changes were covered for three years, only took about an hour and they vacuumed and washed my car as a courtesy. My oil change, full price, from Autonation was over $140 and took an hour and 45 minutes.At some point, I did have a General Manager I was playing phone tag with and I finally just gave up with the pandemic. You would think they would have better customer service, but it is very disapppointing to say the least. More current reviews suggest they are improving. I have not noticed this however from my experience today.I aboslutley dislike giving negative reviews, let alone having negative experiences, but I think its important for consumers to know what to look for when working with this dealership. I am sure they are fine to work with if you keep an eye out for issues to potentially pop up.

They were fast and friendly. I went to get my taillight replaced, but my hatch hasn’t been closing and they even fixed that and closed it for now too! I was running late to pick up my car and I got there a couple minutes after they closed, but Kassandra still helped me payout. Great service!!

Thank God my Hyundai Tuscan was stolen the I bought at autonation it has been a nightmare since I had it blown engine now they do not know how to repair the recall on the brakes. I will never buy from any auto nation

Although everyone I interacted with was polite and scheduling and service was quick and efficient, i was very disappointed overall due to the situation with a recurring repair required for the vehicle. A part of the drivers door-handle broke off and was repaired under warranty just over a year ago. This same piece broke and then the door handle became stuck to the point you couldnt open the door at all from the outside. I was told the repair was just over a year old so it wouldnt be covered by warranty to be repaired again. I asked repeatedly for a discount since it was just past a year and received none (beyond the 10% discount coupon I had provided). I felt some kind of additional discount was appropriate, especially since they could give no guarantees the issue wouldnt happen again in the future due to what appears to be a poor design by the manufacturer. I think between the dealer and the manufacturer, an accommodation of some kind should have been offered and isnt unreasonable for a 4 year old car with low miles. Ultimately, I am left with a bad impression of both as a result of these circumstances that are completely outside of my control.

Their customer service is AWESOME. I take my car there for service and they are always ready for me when I get there and take good care of my car and myself while I am waiting for my car. They always answer my questions, honestly. This is really a great place to buy a vehicle, and their service department is outstanding. I have taken my other vehicles to other dealers, and Autonation Alfa Romeo-Fiat North Denver out does other dealers by far.

The service was great, but one of your front end personnel with a red polo shirt on came through the waiting room within a couple of feet of where I was sitting. He did not have a mask on and neither did the customer which was an eldery man. The salesman left and I ask the customer if he had a mask. He very addamantly stated that yes he had a mask. He then pulled it out of his pocket and stated Do you work here? I told him no but since the salesman had not ask him to wear a mask when he entered the door as he should HAVE!, I mentioned it. He got a cup of coffee and then came over and got right in my face, billigerently showed me his mask. Sorry about the spelling. I then told him to get out of my face. He left, and I got up and moved over to the tables and chairs by the front window. Ask the young lady at the desk when I checked out, why hadnt she ask him to wear a mask and she said she did. REALLY???? Thats just not good enough. Went next door to complain to the sales manager and didnt get any satisfaction from him either. Looked around when I left and there were salesman with the mask not over their noses as well as customers without a mask. Looks like there trying to sell cars so bad that they ignore all of the rules even though they are posted right on the doors. Sure hope I didnt catch something>

Salesmen for car were grea. Friendly and professional and no pressure.However, the finance team was aggressive, slow, and repeatedly tried to upsell add ins. Wanted us to buy 10,000 worth of extras that were neither needed nor asked for. This was a horrible experience as person would not give up. Finally conceded to a 670 dollar package we really want just to get out of there.Again car salesman great but would never go back because of finance person.

MAIN Issues: Doors wont lock & the trunk wont unlock / we had our local car repair co. do a check over on our 2012 Fiat.(cost for evaluation, $100. ) We were told that it was in need of a new computer module & only our Fiat dealer could/would provide the codes for its activation. Cost for that would be approx, ( $1,000) So 60 miles we drove to North Denver Fiat location.They confirmed the possibility of what the local repair shop said . So kept the car for almost 4 hrs...for a...TOTAL REPAIR of damaged WIRES to trunk, doors, dashboard ..hmm yes the computer was mis-reading codes but not because it was faulty....only the wires needed replacing...WHEWW ! total cost just over, ($200).Thanks Casandra the information intake, woman who listen to our issues & made sure all was checked out thoroughly.. She saved us over $1.000 dollars

My son n I went car shopping, I recommend talking to zee. Nick name Brooklyn. Michael Jordan had his eye on a mini coop. Was told a week later he had a friend with him and got this high horsepower up to, 120 mph. Of course Mj is a daredevil, likes to skydive, and will be kayaking. I appreciate the professional touch that Zee, Rachel, the girl she was training and the Big dog. Lol. I recommend this place for not being hounded, have had bad experience in the past. My guy was calm, collective and sauve. Swa vay...when u can talk about st. Louis, the white castle burgers. Rachels car, the wiring being chewed by rabbits.. I believe these people are down to earth like me. Keep up the great work, for making our shopping, pleasurable. By jct

I originally came into the dealership on a Friday evening. I met Brittany, the ONLY sales associate employed at the dealer and Zee, the finance manger? of Alfa Romeo / Fiat @ Autonation.Brittany was helpful and spent the last hour they were open showing me around the Giulia and the Stelvio--I originally only drove the Giulia because of time and the absence of my spouse.I expressed from the beginning that I was looking for a Single Pay lease. An option that is offered by both Ally and FCA and advertised in their print material and website as a quotable, available, option.In short, I was told that a Single Pay or upfront payment lease was not not an option because of a previous bad experience Autonation Hyundai had four months ago with an Alfa Romeo...completely unrelated to my situation.I returned the next day with my spouse and we test drove both vehicles. We decided the Stelvio was for us. We again expressed we wanted a Single Pay / upfront lease; despite our repeated expression of this desire--the dealership and all employees told me it was again, not an option.My spouse and I left at an impasse on Saturday after four hours and we wrote off getting a Stelvio from Autonation. I was given notice on Monday that Autonation was now going to offer me to the Single Pay lease Id asked for from the beginning.Monday and Tuesday go by and theres no deal ready. Wednesday, Thursday--there was still no deal ready. Thursday, I am told the vehicle we were working a deal on was sold out from our deal after sending me the numbers for that vehicle after it had been sold.Autonation replaced the vehicle with a similarly equipped vehicle---however, Autonation, the employees of Alfa Romeo failed to complete the recall work on the vehicle so it couldnt be sold to me.Autonation employees had three business days to complete the recall before we were notified a deal was finally ready to submit on Friday (one week since I first came to the dealer). I was told by the finance manager of Hyundai 101 (Jenny), who also handles the more complex Alfa Romeo deals, that not only was the Single Pay lease an option but we would be getting money back. We were trading in a 2017 car purchased with cash in January for a 24 month lease on the Stelvio.To not go on forever, I was led astray when it came to residuals, numbers, money factors, actually seeing anything on paper before being pushed obsessively for our credit. In the end, instead of being told we were going to be get almost 2k back, we were told wed owe them over $2,500 for the lease term.I will revise my review when I have more time to be more concise and provide evidence of the misinformation provided. I felt it necessary to warn anyone who plans to try and buy an Alfa Romeo that it will be a loooong process trying to get straight answers, A LOT of waiting, information and facts that change, inventory thats not available for sale because Autonation has failed to complete recall work on the Stelvios on the lot. The recall is for a software update to prevent the catalytic converter from catching fire so if it it hasnt been completed; the car cant leave the lot or be sold.I will find my way into an Alfa Romeo Stelvio one day soon. I guess it just wont be from Autonation. Refer to the Ally RVLG residual guides and market rates, dealer profit percentage, and make sure you know your stuff. Theres a lot of tricks up Autonations sleeves and its anything but clear. I have bought over six new cars and leased one from the same bank I wouldve been using for the Alfa, Ally, and Ive always left the same day with the car.

We spent 6 hours here last Saturday and had they keys to a new Stelvio in hand when we insisted (again) that they put in writing their promise to install Apple CarPlay when it comes out “any day now” at no additional charge- since the car is clearly advertised as having it (it currently does NOT). Turns out the first Stelvios are likely not upgradeable at all. Bob mentioned he’d heard something and wanted to confirm, declaring how he was so honest, etc. He clearly knew all along that this car was not what we wanted but wanted to get it off the lot. We went to dinner while paper work was drawn up, wasted our entire day here, only to give the keys back and return home empty handed at 7pm. He promised to call on Monday and confirm about Apple CarPlay/Stelvio compatibility. It’s Wednesday now and we haven’t heard a peep.

Not good. Staff is not prepared to sell, does not listen at all, and showed me a new but filthy stelvio with dirt and sand inside and birdpoop and dirt outside. You should be ashamed of yourselves because that set the tone of how this was going to go right away. They had no intentions of selling a vehicle to me. Waste of time. Overall thumbs down especially given the 2 hour drive it takes to get there after me working. I cannot explain just how horrible the experience was all around. Not only did the dude have a dirty car inside and out asking me to test drive it, I asked him to make a deal under 40k and $500 monthly payments. This dude Shawn comes with added things hiking the vehicle purchase price an addl $5k with payments of $900 with no inkling of my credit. He has 0 sales or negotiation skills whatsoever. I was so flabbergasted it zapped me of all energy because I knew it would only go downhill from that moment. If you desire a deal, go see Bob at Mike Ward. Far more flexible, reasonable, and ready to make a deal. And Mike Ward cleans their cars to make them presentable for a test drive. This place (AutoNation that is) is bad. I should have known when they had a promotion for $100 gas card when my husband bought a lincoln from there and never honored it! Just kept deflecting. And as prepared as we came, theyre so slow with processing. We came with our cash and check in hand. Lets just say I shall not be a repeat patronizer to AutoNation ever!
