I could not more highly recommend Northglenn Auto Body for any body shop needs. They were very kind and helpful and squeezed in an estimate at the end of the day for me. Brian took all the appropriate pictures needed of the damage for the estimate and even spent extra time popping out a dent in my front bumper and making the car safe to drive until the full repair could be scheduled. He replaced my blinker light bulb and ensured it was in working order while I was waiting for the estimate to be approved. They ordered parts and scheduled repair in a very timely fashion and completed the repair well before the estimated completion date. I didnt have rental car coverage in my insurance and Brian was very helpful in providing a couple different rental companies and options for rental car pricing. I also really appreciated the regular email updates while my car was in the shop as to when it would be completed. You never want to have to deal with a body shop because it typically means youre repairing car damage but Brian and Frank made the process so smooth and painless I would definitely go back for any auto body needs! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE! These people will do anything they can to take more money from you. I called for an estimate to get a brand new bumper painted ( I was not in an accident but bought a new bumper for my truck ). I called to get an estimate and the first thing they told me was “you probably have more damage than just the paint”. I told them that the bumper is brand new and I was not in an accident and they rudely told me “we won’t paint anything unless it’s our part”. So even if I wanted to get a scratch or paint chip repaired, they would have made me buy a whole new bumper for them to even work on it. Save your time. Give your money to a good business.

I HIGHLY recommend this shop. Brian was great to work with. He kept me informed and worked out any issues directly with the insurance company. If you need any body work done, you should definitely check them out. I was worried my car wouldnt look the same after the repair, but honestly I think it looks better than before the accident. After using two other auto body shops in the Northglenn/Thornton area over the past 25 years, I decided to give Northglenn Auto Body a try based on their very good reviews. I was NOT disappointed. There wasnt a single thing about my entire experience I wasnt completed satisfied with. The quality, value, and timeliness of the work was impeccable. I dealt entirely with Brian and I was extremely impressed with his level of customer service and professionalism. Northglenn Auto Body has set a high bar for my future auto body repair expectations and Ill never use another auto body repair shop. GREAT job!

Northglenn auto body went out of their way to see that the replacement door that was obtained was quality. They rejected 2 used doors with the comment that they were garbage, and they worked with the insurance company about getting a new factory door. Great service!

Brian was very knowledgeable about the work that would be needed to repair my car. He was honest; telling me the truth that it would be pretty expensive. They had it done in 2 weeks and when I picked up today; it looked brand new; which it was before my accident. I will hopefully never need to go back; but if I ever need any work done; I wouldnt go anywhere else.

A truck had left lug nut scratches on the drivers side door of my 2015 Honda Civic (see photo). A friend at work referred me me to Northglenn Auto Body. The guys at Northglenn were very easy to work with. The repair was done within the time frame and within the estimate. I am impressed by the quality of the repair. It really looks good. Plus my car was returned washed, vacuumed, and the interior had been wiped clean. Very appreciative of their professionalism. I will use Northglenn Auto Body again and would recommend them to all my friends.

While I didnt end up using them for the repair work on my vehicle, Northglenn Auto Bodys representatives were very attentive and helpful in getting me a quote for the work I needed done.

Got my car fixed has little pieces of dirt in the paintWhat I did not like is that I use power washer and spray foam to wash my car and air dry it after.They washed it by hand and I can see swirls in my paint! Honestly Pretty upsetting.

After being in a hit and run, my back bumper of my car was in serious need of repair. I emailed Northglenn to set up an estimate and they emailed back within 24 hours. Brian and Scott run a tight ship and know all the ins and outs of the insurance claim process. I found them on my insurance companys website for recommended auto body repairs and went to them to estimate the cost of repairing hail damage. Since I knew nothing about insurance claims, I showed up with a claim number without getting my insurer to send Northglenn an assignment first. Once that was sorted out, Brian inspected it and sent all the necessary estimate info & photos. The car is going to be totaled, so I cant assess the shops repair services, but I witnessed other happy customer interactions while I was there. Thanks!

Had front end damage to my vehicle and it came out looking better than before my accident! They used all manufacturer OEM parts and the work was done very promptly. One thing that pleased me was with all the trim levels my vehicle comes in (11 different trim levels which include variations of painted/chrome, painted/non-painted plastic body trim, etc.) they got every detail perfect. Ive experienced issues with this from other body shops (would get a dual exhaust bumper on a single exhaust trim level). Couldnt be more pleased.Also, they made every step easy. When I dropped my vehicle off, I was driven to the car rental location which was all set up for me by Northglenn Auto Body. Same when I picked it up. They simply took my rental car and gave me my vehicle back. Smooth process.

Brian was easy to talk to and explained everything on the quote provided very well.

Northglenn Auto body had the soonest openning so I booked it. Brian and his team were amazing! They handled all communication with the other partys insurance including the rental car which was waiting for me when I arrived to drop off my car. As promised, two weeks later my car was fully repaired and cleaned! I was able to leave the rental car with Brian who scheduled the pick up with the rental company for me.The repairs are quality work with zero issues! I waited two months to post this review so I could be sure there would be no issues. I received a detailed outline of all the repairs with sources for each part.I did a little research before choosing Northglenn Auto body. From what I read, other shops have complaints that repairs were well over estimated time to complete, parts sources were unverified, robberies and break-ins while vehicles were under repair and even part swapping.I had none of these problems at Northglenn Auto body. The site is clean and staff are professional!

These guys did some beautiful work on my 14 Focus. The color match was on point. The thing that really impressed me was their customer service. I received periodic emails letting me know the status of the repairs and when I should expect my car to be ready. The staff is friendly and professional. I was entirely satisfied with my visit to Northglenn Auto Body. I was in an accident that damaged the exterior of my car. The repairs were done faster than promised, the job was professional, and Brian helped set proper expectations from my very first visit. BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!! They reuse your old parts when your insurance company authorizes the parts to be replaced. Picked my car up when it was dark and didnt notice until the next morning when it was light that there were scratches everywhere in the new paint. Then I noticed the same damage was still on my receiver and tow hook. After they had taken my car into the shop I asked Scott about the damaged receiver and tow hook. I told him I wanted to compare my pictures I had taken after the accident, we told me it was covered up so they didnt get compound on it and he would let me show him the pictures to compare when it was uncovered. I noticed they had brought my car around so I went outside to look at it and compare my pics and low and behold they had painted the receiver and tow hook so I could not compare the pictures. That just proved to me Scott lied and tried to cover it up!! Who knows how many other times they have done this to others.So, in your response below youre saying its acceptable to place damaged parts on your mothers car? Correct? When you yourself receive damaged items that are supposed to be NEW youre fine with that?

These guys are awesome! They provided quick and friendly service. Super nice guys, made me feel like family. Im 9 months pregnant, and it was so important that we had the truck back and fixed before the baby arrived. They got my husbands truck fixed in less than two weeks! This place is very efficient. The manager, who also happens to be a Brian, is extremely knowledgable and doesnt waste your time, either they can help you or they cant because of the type of insurance carried. Reasonable time expectations for repairs and genuine consideration for their customers.

Terrible customer service. I have an insurance claim and they were recommended so I had my car dropped off here. I was told by insurance they would assess the damage and get back to me and then I got a call from the repair shop to fill out a paper so they could assess the damage. I was emailed a paper to authorize a repair and not to assess the damage that I was told. This company will not give an estimate and only wants guaranteed repairs in the shop.

My car arrived at Glendale Auto Body out of some unfortunate circumstances which were no fault of my own. Initially I was thinking that my car might be totaled and was almost kind of hoping that it would be since I feared it would never drive the same after having been in an accident. Not only were they incredibly expedient with the repairs, but my car is driving better than it has in YEARS, with a shiny new bumper to boot! If I ever need repairs on any other vehicle I know where Ill go!

Its a family run business thats been around for decades. Dont be deterred by the lack of online reviews. Theyve grown their business on referrals rather than marketing. Give them a chance to earn your business.

I like to do business with a locally owned small business and thought I would give this location a try since hearing a couple good things about it. Wow what a mistake. I tried to make appts. for 3 different vehicles that are all insurance ( I had already done all the claim work) related and totaling just under 20k without even having supplement claims identified. Scott was so arrogant on the phone that I wouldnt take a bicycle fender to him to have fixed. I received better service from a larger corporate body shop down the street who now has earned my business. Living in the area I will definitely make sure anyone I know does not waste their time at this small business. 1 star is too good for this place.

Being a demanding customer, they were very responsive and willing to communicate to me through my preferred method. They kept me posted on the status the repairs as well as the communication with the insurance company. Dealing with an accident they were able to provide me with peace of mind. On top of it they even came and picked me up to I could get my vehicle the same day it was done. Im very impressed with Northglenn Auto Body and have been referring my friends here. This is a private shop for those that use insurance only. If you are shopping your repair around, they require a commitment to the repair up front and will not provide an estimate otherwise. WTF? That should have alarm bells going for any consumer as no good customer service companies are so threatened by providing an estimate or competing.

Best body shop I have ever been to. I have useed them twice. Both times the car came out looking like it did from the factory. They dont try to smooth out the dents and fill, they replace the part if possible.

I just want to thank Brian and Scott for being fast and prompt when fixing my car. From when I went in the first time to get my estimate to when I went and picked up my car. I was told it would take three days to fix and they got it done in two which was really great! Having to wait two months to get my bumper repaired wasnt ideal for me but after using Northglenn Auto Body I believe the wait was well worth it! Would I use them again? Definitely! Thank you!

I spoke to Bill this morning and was blown away at how rude he was. He told me that he would not work with my insurance company and that he does not have interest in my business. I have read multiple reviews like this, very surprised, as I have a 2016 Challenger Hellcat that needs front end work, seems like a good strait forward job for an auto body collision shop.

They took care of all the hassles that go with a repair (such as having the rental ready for me within 20 minutes) and finished before they predicted. They washed my car and vacuumed it out. Sadly weve worked with them in the past and thought when we returned wed get great service again. Unfortunately weve been put off. Waited over 6 weeks to get a call to schedule an appointment without a word. Call to check in and get told 6 more weeks, period. That person had no interest in talking to us at all. Sorry over 3 months waiting on a repair I could have had done already somewhere else is not acceptable, and the customer service weve had has been very rude as well. Guess well take our thousands of dollars somewhere else to get the work done. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

When I got in an accident my insurance company gave me a list of shops that they recommended with stars next to their top choices. I saw Northglenn Auto Body among the starred shops and I recognized the name because my girlfriends mom had just had a repair done on her car by them. I decided to go with them even though they werent the closest and they dont offer a loner car, which not many shops do.I gave them a call and they were booked for about a week and that made me not want to go there, but I figured most shops were going to be about the same as far as availability. I was surprised the next day with a phone call asking if it were possible to come in sooner given the fact that I had hood damage and my headlights were both damaged as well. I had job training, but the gentleman offered to come in early one day to take a look. He ended up keeping my car that day due to his concern with the drive-ability of the vehicle. They were in touch with my insurance company and made sure I was well informed every step of the way. The repairs took a good chunk of time since it seemed my insurance was taking their time in responding, but after they received the ok, the repair took about a week. That includes getting the parts shipped in and painted.Once again I received a call the day my car was done. Unfortunately I was at work but I immediately called them back and told them I wouldnt be able to pick the car up that night or the next day (since they were not open). The guy said he would be willing to come in on the day they were closed so I would have my car for the weekend. I offered to get it the following week but he simply refused because he insisted on me getting my car asap.All in all this was one of the best customer service experiences I have had. My car looked brand new. they cleaned and detailed the inside of my car as well as the outside. I also received a note on the passenger seat thanking me for my service and a little gift box with candy and an assortment of other things. Without question this is the shop to take your car to.

If I could give them a minus 5 stars, I would. Last year someone did some minor rear end damage to our vehicle and left the scene. We first called Northglenn Auto Body. I explained to Scott that the damage was minor, under our deductible, and so I would be paying cash. He abruptly told me that they only accept insurance claims payments and not cash (must be they are only interested in big payments from major collision damage). He also told me no other area body shops accept cash. This was false since I found a competitor who did the work and did it very well. What’s interesting here is that a short time later I had some major damage from being rear-ended. You can guess I did not go to Northglenn Auto Body. Too bad for them, because Scott’s rudeness cost the business five thousand dollars.

Our car was heavily damaged in an accident and we were facing a troubled time ahead. We started calling around to auto body shops and were very dissatisfied with the unfriendliness we received. We thought we would be stuck going to a run of the mill place that just wanted our money. Luckily, we found Northglenn Auto Body. They were very quick to give us an estimate and were very attentive to our personal needs. They genuinely cared about our situation. Scott (the owner) personally met with us to get to know our situation. Brian (one of the service writers) sat with us to explain how everything worked. Guy who answered the phone was very snarky and unhelpful. I was told they had the equipment to fix my vehicle, but they didn’t have time to help me because it would “mess their whole process up.”I’m more than willing to wait like everyone else, but that’s apparently not an option here.I asked for a referral to a more capable shop and I was told no shop would help me. I was quoted 4 days & it only took them roughly half that time to fix my front bumper; they did an excellent job. Customer service was great, I dont know what displeased the people who wrote negative reviews on here. They drove me to work when I dropped my car off & picked me back up to get it when it was done. I planned to vacuum my car once I got it back but they had already done so. Both the inside and outside of my car were clean. Very friendly staff, clean office, quick, and trustworthy. Id highly recommend this place & highly recommend ignoring the bad reviews. Some people are just never satisfied I suppose...
