I highly recommend this place, everyone was friendly and helpful ! Very happy with the results !

They texted me quite regularly on the status of my car repair. Full disclosure, the damage was not bad. Slow speed front end accident. No engine or frame damage whatsoever, not even one drop of fluids leaking. But cosmetically there was a lot of work. They kept postponing the date that they promised it would be done. I get that now we have supply chain issues. I think I picked it up on the 4th rescheduled day that they had told me. Took about a month start to finish. But in all fairness I cant even tell that the car was in an accident. It is literally perfect.

I called looking to get a quote for my car after an accident, unfortunately they are booked out until August, and having no AC until then will be impossible for me. But I called in and spoke to Anna, and instead of just telling me they were booked, she gave me all the names and numbers of places around them as well as their sister locations. I could have easily googled them all but she did that for me, asked about my family, to make sure we were ok after the accident we were in, and was just the most genuine person. This is the 3rd place I have called for an estimate and her customer service was well above the rest of the places I called. If they weren’t so booked out I would take my car there knowing it would be completely taken care of! With customer service like that, for someone who isn’t even able to use them, I can only imagine how great of a service they will offer to your car!

I could not be happier with the service I was given at CARSTAR Ideal Northglenn. After a fender bender I came in to get a repair done on my front bumper. They worked seamlessly with insurance and a rental company to make sure I was still on the road and get payments made. The repair work that was done is stellar and looks brand new. They also helped touch up a few paint chips on my hood for free! This was something they did not have to do, but went out of their way to help me out.I was greeted by friendly people each time I came in and they were very helpful through the process. I received text alerts the entire time my car was in and the repairs were done in a timely manner. My car was returned cleaner than I brought it in and I appreciated them letting me pick it up after hours to save me a day on rental charges.Overall I would recommend this location and thought that they did a great job. I didnt need to worry about handling much on my end and the service was great!

Not one to leave reviews, but this place was great. I was hit by another driver and dreading having to jump through hoops to get my car fixed. Its a confusing process if youve never done it. They made it so easy and dealt with the rental car and insurance. I got texts as it went along. Everyone was so nice and professional and Anna at the front desk was so knowledgeable and sweet, she treated me and my sister like we were old friends. The lobby was very nice and comfortable as well, but I didnt need to spend a lot of time in there. Overall a perfect experience as far as getting your car repaired goes!

The repair process was fast. Easy, and very professional. The staff was unfailingly helpful and the communication process was excellent I would use again if needed and will recommend to everyone.

Cory at Carstar is an absolute treasure of a human being. I cannot say enough amazing things about her. As we were going through the process of fixing out car with all the insurance pain she fought tooth and nail for us every step of the way. I cannot thank her enough for all she did for my husband and i. The process was an absolute nightmare but she was the savior in all of our troubles. Dealing with Carstar was the largest headache I have ever experienced, not only did they work on my car for six weeks but for 3 of those weeks they said it would be completed soon.They gave me an estimate that was supposed to take 9 working days but before they could work on anything Carstar had to wait on parts. Not only did I receive mundane text messages with false expectations but when I would call in to get a status updates I would get the run around.I had no choice using them considering my insurance company chose them but word to the wise, save your money and TIME. Go somewhere else...

Great service, great staff. Car was dropped off and finished/delivered as promised. Rentacar with Enterprise was smooth and easy to transition into while my car was under repair. If you need an estimate, all for Dave Albertson; hes a star at this business.

*** MUST READ *** If I had the option to give this place ZERO STARS I would have!Please read my review before trusting these people with your car.I took my vehicle to this place to have my front bumper fixed. Right from the start when I took my vehicle to get a quote on the damages the Lady Angela was very rude. When my wife dropped off the car one of the guys started scolding my wife because the gas tank was slightly off to half a quarter tank. This made my wife very uncomfortable to go to this place alone. I had to call Carstar Multiple times just to get an update from them on my car. I was not getting any updates as I should have. BEFORE you sign anything please be sure to do a thorough inspection yourself of your vehicle as I noted there was a new DENT on my right rear door and it had multiple scratches leading to my back bumper. I took pictures and asked if they can compare my pictures to the pictures they took before working on my car. They were not able to compare them because there was no dent and no scratches on my vehicle when the car was dropped off. At this point a guy named DAVID ALBERTSON came out and it turns out this guy is the production manager and let me tell you. This guy was so DISRESPECFUL to me. He did everything in his power to try and say that those damages were there when he clearly knew those damages were not there when my car was dropped off and I know this because they take pictures of every dent every scratch that stands out and if It was to have been there they would have clearly seen it and would have taken a picture. At this point I knew they were unprofessional BUT THIS IS WHEN THINGS GET EVEN WORSE. This guy tells me they would repair my vehicle because obviously they did the damages. I ask for this to be put in writing and David takes off his mask and starts yelling at me. If you dont trust my word then get off of the property!!. I had no choice but to trust him. A couple days pass and same thing no updates on my car. I call and they tell me that David is busy that he will contact me. He finally calls and says my vehicle is ready. I show up and inspect my car. This guy fixed my dent but left all the scratches. I asked him about it and he said Were not fixing that besides you need a new back bumper anyway- so unprofessional, I mean who says that. Basically saying yea new scratches appeared on your back bumper but you need a new bumper anyway so its ok. He then proceeds to tell me to get off the property. I get in my vehicle, him along with his screw stands outside while Im on the phone with my insurance and they all start mugging me. Literally mugging me. Made me feel like they were going to come and fight me no joke. Like really this is how you treat your customers. Im not one to leave reviews and complain but my experience was so poor I will never trust Carstar again.

I recently brought my car in to have some repairs done. The repairs were done very well and very timely. The communication was excellent. The price was reasonable. And to my surprise, my car came back much cleaner then it went in. I will use this shop again if needed. And I would definitely recommend them.

Not satisfied. Burned holes in my seats while removing my roof. Damaged new roof liner on install. Racing stripes are crooked and have hair underneath. Clear bra is crooked, dirty, and peeled after third car wash. All attempts to rectify these problems resulted in more poor workmanship... ie poorly patched upholstery, and actually painting on the racing stripes instead of using the body wraps that are so common on Mini Cooper

I didnt have a great experience here. The repair was sub par, they presented to me as completed twice and the first time I had to have them keep it to finish the repair and the newly installed part had a new dent. The second time I picked it up again and had to return it because the light was off, not level with the hatch. They I guess steam cleaned my car mats but they smelled really bad when I picked up the car. The staff including some of the management werent wearing masks during several encounters I had there. Overall, glad to have my car back. Things dont seem right yet but I dont want to interact with these folks ever again. I would not recommend either.

Advanced CARSTAR of Northglenn did a great job on my car, they got it done within 4 days.They use a site called Car Wise where you can check on your estimate and it has a breakdown of what you pay and what insurance pays.Great experience overall.

CARSTAR along with my insurance made everything seamless. My car looks great, everyone was friendly, and I had to reschedule a few times. But it all worked out great.

The team at Carstar is great. Brittanee is so helpful, and Angela made the whole process with insurance really easy. My car looks great and they helped every step of the way. They even snuck me in earlier than my appointment so I could catch my ride home! We’ve used them twice, and while I Hope I never need a collision center again, if I do, this is the only place I’d go.

Amazing service. I had some front end damage after I took my Honda Accord to get new tires and the tire place ran another vehicle into it. Carstar took in my car and fixed it quickly. And my car looks brand new again. I highly recommend them.

I wish I could give 0 star, 2-3 days appointment in advance, I got no return email or phone call that you dont accept insurance company I need to claim, the lady at front desk printed out my appointment and didnt even read it until I drove there then pulled out told me they dont accept that insurance. Single reply to email after you got my appointment would have been so easy, I also included my cell phone in appointment message but nothing returned after you received it, 2 and half days on simple response is all it take, call yourself millions corporation all you want but this showing me nothing likes Corp.

Brittney and Marcy are by far the best people to work with. Having to go to a body shop because of an accident is never fun, but the two mentioned really made it an easy repair process. I go to this specific carstar for the reason mentioned. Thank you!

Im so glad I chose CARSTAR to do the repairs on my vehicle. They were always extremely professional and helpful. I received updates on my vehicle repairs. When I had questions they always answered them in terms I could understand and didnt make me feel silly for asking. I would recommend them and would use them again in the future if needed.

I am not happy with they’re service and I am not recommended anyone to go this place for bodywork.they use after markets parts they take huge money from he insurance companies and they put very low class parts to your cars

My experience at the Carstar Northglenn Colorado was good they fix up my car and asked me questions about what I needed and what they could help with what youre super helpful and knowing what I needed to get done but also what was wrong with my car. The staff was extremely friendly and also were extremely nice the only thing I would criticize was that you would have to wait a little while to get a review or a final quote on your car. But overall Id recommend this place if you ever have an accident with your car or motorized vehicle.

From the time we first walked in until we reviewed the cars condition when we left, we had excellent service from the receptionist, estimator and the one who walked us through the repairs when we picked the car up. This was by far the BEST auto body shop Ive ever had to deal with. There customer service was incredible, the attention to detail was stellar, and Angie was understanding and very easy to work with! There texting update system sent me a text message every day with updates on my Dodge, that was really convenient. They made a hard process an enjoyable process. (imagine that) Must I also add, They got my car done one week AHEAD of schedule! The work was not thrown together, and had no issues with the paint. They also offer a lifetime warranty on all their work as well! Honestly, Ive never seen better work from another shop. I definitely recommend this place!

The place was great. I was in a bit of a crunch to get my car fixed, since it’s my only means of transportation and my job is a good hour long commute from home each day. I was leaving on vacation around Christmas and New Years and needed my car to be fixed within that time. No one else around town could help me, but Britnee from Carstar was very helpful and assured me they would do everything in their power to get my car fixed. They quoted me a 5 day fix, although they fixed my car in 3 and a half days which was amazing. Arranging pick up and payment was extremely fast and easy, even when they found more damage and had more to fix. It’s hard for me to trust repair shops, as my dad has been a mechanic my entire life and he’s been the one to fix my cars for me. But Carstar showed me I can trust them. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much for getting my car fixed in a timely manner and being kind and professional!

Took it in when appointed, informed us of progress, and the car looks beautiful.

Had to come here to have An estimate done for the repairs I needed on my vehicle, due to a very nasty pot hole I hit. It was so gnarly it popped both driver side tires. Broke the automated cruise control sensors and bent the arm under the frame supporting the suspension. Had to get all four tires replaced along with many many other things fixed. This is where the original estimate was completed. The woman working with State Farm, performed the best estimate she could without being Able to get under the vehicle. They cut me a check for the expected cost right away. Although we needed to file additional supplemental claims. I believe she was as quick and thorough as possible and was very kind.

These guys did a great job on my car, it looks brand new. brittanee was awesome she did everything she could to expedite my repairs from setting up the tow all the way to the rental car. dave is very friendly kept me well informed. if i ever need to return i will be returning to these guys.

My husband was rear-ended and his insurance company recommended this place. We took it in for an estimate on the repair costs and he was told they couldnt do an estimate without an appointment and they couldnt do an estimate until sometime next week. What a great way to instill confidence and get the car repaired in a timely manner. I cant imagine why anyone would choose them.

I usually dont leave reviews but the customer service and the work quality were top notch! Brittanee did everything she could to expedite my repair when I expressed my concerns about the cost of a rental car for weeks. I had my car back about 5 days after it was towed to them! Im so grateful for their help and treating me like a person and not a number. Brittannee was so friendly and awesome when I went to pick up my car. Don was so helpful when explaining what had been done to my car and was very thorough and personable. This place has an awesome family feel. Definitely recommend!

Sent my cat there for a fix after insurance gave me only a few options. Their work is far below par and no care for the customer. I have complained to Allstate Ins. Repeatedly about the lack work performed at CarStar.

Id skip this place and look elsewhere. Work was below average. Had several issues with trim coming off after painting because the shop was trying to reuse parts. Just took my car to another shop for an unrelated estimate on a door ding and they immediately noted that the work done by CARSTAR was sloppy.>FYI Brittanee Hawthorne (four star review) worked at this location at least 6 months ago. Im not saying that its impossible that she wasnt really happy with the services provided here, but Id definitely take that review with a grain of salt.

Great place. Took my pickup there after I was in an accident. I only had liability insurance, so they re-used what parts they could and really saved me a lot of money. The end result is very close to new.I would trust these guys to do anything, and that is extremely rare for me. Great company.

Advanced Carstar Northglenn is the only collision repair shop my family will use. They always take great care of us during the entire repair process. The customer service is impeccable, they treat me like family!!! Not something you can get from every body shop. I took my Suburban in recently to get repaired during a really stressful time in my life and they made the process easy for me. I never have to worry about my vehicle when its there!!! I was going to be late for an appointment I called to let them know if it was ok or if i had to reschedule. They told me that would be fine and I would still be able to come in. As soon as I got there I was told that they would be closing soon and I would have to reschedule. A complete waste of time for me if they would have told me that to begin with I wouldnt have tried to rush to get to the business to make an appointment that I knew I was late for. I would not recommend this business for there are not very professional Im glad the appointment was only for an estimate

Had to go back a second time due to their lack of quality control and on top of it they said it was part of the original repair and billed my insurance for the second car rental. Borderline fraud. Go somewhere else.Update as I just saw the owners response. First off there wasnt another dent. It was part of the original repair that you missed. I have pics. Secondly if it was your shops fault then why was my insurance company paying for the second rental car charge? Carstar should have paid for it! Either way whether you guys missed the original repair or you caused the second repair Carstar should have paid for it.

Looks like I had the same issue as everyone else here. I took my truck in for an estimate, scheduled the appointment to get it fixed in the 1 day that they said it would take. At the end of the 1 day, I called to make sure it was done before going to pick it up. Once they found the file they told me that it had not been started because they did not have all of the parts. I called them again the next day, again, they could not find my file. They finally said they would have it done by the end of the second day. I spoke with the owner when I picked it up and voiced my frustration over the lack of customer service. He told me that they had forgotten to order the parts 3 weeks ago when they did the estimate. He agreed that they should have called me at least 3 times to update me. I would not recommend this shop and will be contacting my insurance to see if they really want to refer people to a shop with this kind of reputation.

Terrible service at the Evans street location. Unreliable estimate times. Going on 8 weeks for a door repair (one door). Different excuse every time I call from a different person. Never consistent.

These guys are awesome. I hit a deer on August 29th. RIP Bambis Mom. That aside the CarStar folks in Northglenn were awesome. Steve managed my repairs and Jennifer at the front desk (cute and sweet as all get out), kept me informed over the ten day period of which I was without my car. They called Hertz for me and took care of everything. Repairs were done with precision and excellence. I am pleased. I love that car even tho its just an old 2004 Camry. ZERO STAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Promises Promises. I had my car estimated 4 weeks ago for a small dent and a little damage to my wheel. They told me that it would probably only take 3 days to fix. They were scheduling 3 weeks out. Took it in exactly when they scheduled me and at that time I filled out a paper that said they would contact me daily about my car. Well monday,tuesday, wednesday, all went by with out a single call. I called on Thursday and was told it would be ready on Friday. Called Friday and now it wont be ready till Tuesday. But they promise it will be ready FOR SURE. Called Tuesday let them know I will be there at 12:30 to pick up my car and guess what it is not ready they are waiting on the wheel to get there from Commerce City... like that is what 15 min away. How about picking the wheel up yourself to please a customer. I will never recommend this place and I wish I would of read the complaints before choosing them. Nobody takes ownership for there lack of service.

Our insurance sent us here. They did good on the repair. Took longer then expected and we had to borrow a car for work because of that.

UPDATE: Last year I wrote a wonderful review on google for CARSTAR noting their professionalism, timely manner in getting my car fixed, and being overall on top of the ball. Unfortunately, I am writing this review as an UPDATE as I had to bring my car back in, literally one year to the date, to have them fix a paint job on my bumper that they messed up. When we came in I was never given an explanation as to why the paint started peeling nor was given an apology for being inconvenienced. Then when I asked to be given a replacement car- like a rental (b/c thats most professional) I was told that I would be given a loaner car that isnt the best. Literally their words. They gave me a 00 Saturn that has a broken gas needle and did not even fill the gas tank all the way up like they claimed they did and stressed to me about returning full. When we finally came back to pick up my car, Roy, one of the possible managers there was fully unable to take any accountability (a basic adult skill) for their wrongdoing and told us that they will be doing away with the loaner car options only b/c customers have abused them and they know the cars are no good now due to customers. Actually, could it also be that youre loaning 17 to 20-year-old discontinued cars out to customers? He also had the nerve to say, Well was the car not for free and the work done on your car? Well, Roy- newsflash, when you mess up, of course it will be free. Its in your warranty. The only proper customer service that was given was by Brittanee Hawthorne, whom Roy blamed for giving me the loaner car as he said it was the font desk persons idea to give that to you. In reality- Roy pushed for that car the day I was there to drop my car off. CARSTAR of Northglenn please do better. For the last year I was recommending people to you. That sadly wont be happening any longer and I hope I never have to deal with that type of unprofessionalism from this location again- especially if I have to come back for shoddy work again.ALSO Brittanee Hawthorne who gave a 5 star rating on here is the front desk person at the shop so you can take that review with a grain of salt. She is honestly a very, very sweet woman, I am sure just trying to make the place look nice- but it is not honest.

Great customer service

I was rear ended on may 26th 2017,i needed a repair with a good shop,my freiends referred meto car star in northglenn along with some elk members down the street from the shop.i made an appointment,took it in Don Mcgoveran was the adjuster that wrote up the estimate,he looked at all the damage especially all the joints on my truck on the back part.He was real professional.I asked him if he knew Dave Albertson & he said yes he did,Dave worked there a long time ago & i told don that i had him look at it,well Don saw everything tha Dave pointed out.truck was repaired in three and a half datys.I want to thank everybody that was in volved in repairing my truck!!!!!!!! WHEN I PICKED IT UP IT LOOKED LIKE A SHOW TRUCKiii WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BODY SHOP TO EVERYONE!!!!! THANK YOU

Horrible fix, half way job. My car has never worked the same. My car was in an accident no prior damage other than a small dent. Now the trunk doesnt close, the back door is bent and air comes in, the reverse light has no cover. When I got back the alternator was bad so I paid them another 300 to fix that now the alternator is bad again (4 months later). I called they told me they sent the car to another shop that shop is now closed so I will have to pay them again. I got upset asked if they were kidding told them they need to warranty and fix I was told that I really piss them off.I paid $6,500 in cash and they completely screwed me over.Would never recommend

This place does not even deserve a 1 star. The worst experience I have EVER had with a body shop! They are rude, unprofessional and misleading. Will NEVER go there again, would NOT recommend this place to anybody.
