If you want to have your shipment lost use this poor excuse of a business. Had a package never made it out. They suck.
I use this location a lot and never had any problems. Everyone does what they’re suppose to. Sometimes it’s busy there and you have to wait but that’s understandable I think.

Julie went above and beyond to help me with my package to Amazon. She printed out the label after helping me find it on my phone. She was so understanding of my ignorance! She was kind.In fact, all the people behind the desk were very nice and helpful to me. Also, parking is easy at this location and there’s never a wait.
Worst package handling. I came here to ship a $800 worth computer and bought packaging from ups store and asked them to package and ship considering the high value of the item.a few days later the recipient got a bag of clothes packed in an envelope instead of the high value item that they ordered. I am now waiting on a claim. How can the store botch this up this badly. Its the height of incompetence that I have seen. Cant they verify the weight of the item and the size of the box that I ordered before packaging. I would have thought this to be a common sense check. They must have shipped my computer to someone else who was expecting a bag of clothes. What a screw up. Wouldnt recommend this store to anyone.
I’m not sure who the worker I interacted with was, but he was extremely rude. I was dropping off an Amazon package, and while I was explaining that there were 2 codes to scan, he cut me off and took the items. After he scanned everything, I explained again that there were 2 codes to scan and tried to separate the items accordingly. As I was doing this, he grabbed the items again and separated them (incorrectly). In general, he gave me a very disrespectful attitude. The other worker there also did not have his mask on correctly. I have never had such a bad experience dropping off a package for return.
Had a great experience with this location, always helpful, friendly, accommodating.My special appreciation to Julie, she went out of her way to help with my shipping accommodation, and her personality is amazing, all smiles and friendliness. Great service, very happy with her and the place.

Super high expensive printing..charging about $2.00 per page..when there website clearly says $0.09 for black white page and $0.49 for color copies..BS
Probably one of the rudest experiences I’ve ever had with customer service. I called to simply ask about mailed packages and the lady on the line got immediately defensive and verbal. Go to any UPS store except for this one.
I brought items in to get an estimate on packing and shipping. Then I went and finished the negotiation on eBay and figured in what they had quoted for my cost of the shipping. Went back in 20 minutes later to ship the item and they told me it would cost $89. I said what is going on you just quoted me $44! TurnstTurns outyout employee did not measure it correctly and did not allow enough space to be packed properly. I ended up agreeing to pay the $89 and then they told me oh its 10 more dollars for the box! I will never darken their doorstep again!
Thursday young man working was all stressed out with his face mask (huffing and taking mask off). He sent 2/3 packages to same address! Never showed me addresses to verify. Now what? No answer on phone either. Thanks UPS!
It’s better now with the new owner and staff.They however still have serious issues to address. We were supposed to get printing quotes for a lot of business and never got it. Gave them samples and again they said they lost them. Really, Lost them? We spend thousand a month on printing. The other day I went in and with one person in line I waited 20 minutes and by the time I left the line was to the door. Staffing issues? Training issues? Lost business issues? You’re losing money by losing business :(I know the owner is a good guy and will eventually address the issues. May I suggest you do this sooner rather than later?
Julie was so helpful today. She cheered me up and put me in a holiday spirit. I will be back again to see Julie.
Worst UPS Store experience, the guy was very unhelpful their charges were super high for printing. I was trying to send the Amazon packages but the guy was not helpful at all
IGNORE THE LOW RATING!! The new staff they have here is amazing. The nicest bunch Ive ever met. They totally made my day. Super friendly and very helpful. Its not a drag anymore to go there and pick up a package.
This UPS store is by far the worst when it comes to showing customers respect. They dont greet you, say thank you, and barely acknowledge you. One would get the impression they dont want to be in business. They get 1 star for taking my drop off package, and thats all they deserve. Wow, like walking into a freezer.
Worst UPS to go to. I drop the international package to be shipped. Handed one invoice the the UPS person in hand, and the other one was taped on the box securely. Next day get a call from UPS driver oh we do not have any shipping invoice cannot ship your package, lost both invoices. Bad Service
The people here are friendly and helpful. When my package was misdirected, they helped me get it rerouted and delivered with minimal delay.
I have NEVER been treated so rudely!!!!!! I walked in today. ALEX was the employee there. I had a very large, extremely fragile package that I needed to set down on a counter. ALL the counters were full of papers or packages. I asked him politely if he could please make room for me to put this large package down. He moved a pile of papers over 2 inches!!!!!!!!!!!!!DONT EVER GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!I went to the UPS store in Deerfield. They saw me coming, they opened the door for me and were amazingly friendly and POLITE! The Northbrook location should be shut down by UPS!
Ignore the low ratings. Those are for UPS in general, not this location. This store is great. Friendly staff. Never a problem. They do an excellent job.

The worse service ever..... I did send very important letter on Friday, spend $150 for 2 day shipping . The letter supposed to be delivered on Tuesday .. but they shipped only on Monday ... and now delivery date Thursday ... I can send via USPS and pay only $30 for 3-5 day shipping ...
The guys that work here are genuinely uneducated and dumb at their jobs. We submitted an online print order, they couldnt find it and said they dont offer that service. I said I have uploaded a PDF on their website, choose their location and paid for the order, but they said you have to bring a PHYSICAL copy... Literally people working here with a 3rd grade education. I had call UPS online to have them do their own jobs. Choose this location if you want to deal with problems.
ANDRE IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND GOT ME ALL SET UP WITH SHIPPING PARTS TO MY CUSTOMERS. I WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN.
First thing I noticed on going in this store was a new staff. The friendliness of the staff is no comparison to the old owner. They are knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me carry in a big box from my car and I didnt even have to ask. I was going out of town and they told me they could arrange a pickup so I wouldnt have to schlep several large heavy boxes. It made the whole process painless. Glad these guys are there!!!
Ignore the comment from the user who said to ignore the negative ratings. Like other reviewers have experienced, I visited this location during their business hours to find they were closed.I attempted to go to this location 15 minutes before they closed. The door was locked, the lights were off, and there was no sign explaining that they were closed early. The hours on their door matched what it said on Google Maps and UPSs website. It wasnt a holiday and there wasnt a storm. Wasted 25 minutes of my time. Maybe there is a good explanation, but without knowing it I cant give a positive review.
Good quality music they have, friendly, good looking. Firm handshakes to the staff. They are on the top of the mountain but really only half way up, think about this.

Rufus told me he was too busy to help me, did you all skip customer service day?
