Store is on the pricey side. But they do have an excellent selection of closet hangers. Was looking all around for good quality wood suit hangers and I found them here. Nice selection of organization items throughout the store, just be mindful of the high prices.

This store is VERY expensive, as I could get something for a third or fourth of the price and of the same quality on Amazon or at target. This place was good for getting organization ideas especially for closets and office spaces.

I shave been shopping at Container Stores for over a decade, and I like their products. The store at North Brook Mall is the best in terms of variety.

Great variety and a lot of pretty containers you wont find anywhere else. A bit pricey though, but I guess still worth it especially if you really value aesthetics.I recently bought their tin cans (which I couldnt find anywhere else nearby) and I absolutely love them. They are exactly how I want them to be -- just plain and simple tin cans for my Chocolate Dream Cake.

We normally love Container Store. Our recent trip was for a return and we were surprised by the suspicion tone the cashier took. Im not sure if its a training issue or just a long day for her. But we can normally expect much friendlier.

Long lines due to Pandemic but the organizer within me felt it was the equivalent of a candy store. All of your organizing needs are met here

Something something something box pun.The Container Store remains a solid location for well designed (and in some cases over designed) things in which to store other things. If you need the things they sell here, you are likely going to be pleased with the selection of sizes, colors, and shapes of options.

The customer service is outstanding. The pricing somewhat reflects that but in most retail stores nowadays you only find help at the checkout register. The staff is also very knowledgeable about their products and offer multiple solutions at different price points. Highly recommend for organizing your house.

Im a neat freak and am a dork when it comes to organizing. Yes sometimes it is cheaper on amazon, but i like to see the quality of the products, and it is great for brainstorming ideas on how to organize. The staff is always very helpful too and always directs me to just what i need

Great store! I always find something to help me to get organized..in the kitchen, laundry area, closets, garage... wherever you need it. They have helpful gadgets to make your life easier. Items for a home office or just an area where you pay your bills. And, make sure you stop in before the holidays! They really do have a wonderland of gift wrapping. Anything you can think of to wrap gifts, they have it. If you are in the area you have to stop in. And, it is worth a drive on a nice day.

The Store was good, heaven for organization!! The only bummer was that items were not placed behind the correct price labels. At the check out desk I found out that what I had bought was not the price I thought. Did not buy. Its cheaper at Amazon and will be delivered directly to the house.

I could spend hours in this store just looking around. They have everything you could possibly ever need for all of your organizational needs and then some! Cute and very organized (of course) store.

They have a large selection of items to help you get organized with a friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately its quite overpriced and they are lacking essentials. They sell foot lockers, school lockers, and other lockable chests/containers but dont have the locks to go with. The cost of their packing supplies is 300% more than the competition. If I had the money to burn Id love this place but for now Ill stick to Ikea. If you want to find fun containers and organizers and have the budget, this is the place for you.

Ordered items online and used curbside pickup.

The customer service at the Northbrook location was rather unpleasant. After walking out of their Schaumburg location, where I found out the hard way that the online in-stock quantities were significantly overstated, I called ahead to make sure they have the quantity I need at the Northbrook store. The person on the phone wasnt all too interested in helping me ensure Im not making the drive for nothing, and suggested an online order, at the same time indicating that it might not be ready for pick-up anytime soon. She eventually graciously agreed to hold the items for an hour. I did get the items, but when I got to the register, they did not apply the volume discount as advertised and even charged a higher price than displayed on the single item. I showed them their own website that offers the discount, and yet it took another 15 minutes to get a managers attention and finally apply the discount. All 3 people, with whom I dealt today, were dismissive, indifferent, and unfriendly. I hope it was just a bad moment, and that their weekend gets better, but on the off-chance this is a systemic problem at the store, I thought Id leave a note. Thank you for the containers.

This place is awesome. Has everything you need from containers, to shelving units! So fun to browse through. One of my favorite store around here!

I use to love coming to this location b/c its so close to where I live, however, not anymore. I dont appreciate the way they talked to a friend of mine who has a service Dog. Its a federal offense not allow a disabled veteran come in to the store with his service Dog.

Go here with a PLAN! If you dont have a plan, your wallet will hate you. The Container Store is bright, clean and well organized (obviously). Everything and more here for your organizational needs. The gem item for me are there selection of industrial kitchen pantry shelving - check them out!

Store didnt have much inventory on shelves and was in disarray due to reorganization. I feel they should do that during off hours when the store isnt open for shoppers.

These containers can hold food, water, cereal, screws,bolts, nails, cotton balls, Lego, trains, Mario and Luigi action figures, lip sticks, eye liners, shampoo, soap, coins and anything else you want. It is the container store to hold all your stuff.

Some things are a little pricey. But it has great organizational tools, containers (obviously) and storage items. And other unique household items.

I bought some shoe containers, I got a good deal. The cashier was very nice.

Each time I visited and tried to pay for the purchase usi5my container store card, I always experience a long delay cause the person at the register doesnt know how to process the card and we end up waiting a long time for someone who knows. Dont push the card if you cant process it.

Went in and Gina helped us design a Elfa desk and wall organizer for my wife office.

Long time customer of Container Store and this location in particular. Extremely helpful and generally knowledgeable staff. This is still a big box store of sorts, so expect occasional stock-outs and waits for product.However, with any construction-related project, consider the level of expertise of the associate. They are not contractors, so do not blindly depend on what they say. The Elfa software works well but it is not innovative. I have done two houses in Elfa and I have some closet layouts that the software would not accommodate.I just returned $1000 of Elfa because I could not drive screws into predrilled holes in a concrete wall. No problems at all.

Only one cashier around lunch, two people in front of me and it seemed like it 10 to 15 minutes to check out. They should call for extra help.

While I really love the items they sell, but some of the staff at this particular location are not very nice and are impatient. Whatever you do, dont change your mind about any elfa you buy, as they will make sure you know how much they dont like it!

Staff needs training in service dog rules and regulars.Approached by a man claiming to be a manager who told me dogs werent allowed.My dog, though he doesnt need to be, was clearly marked as a service dog.It was less disturbing that he was clueless than that he had an angry, arrogant approach.

Staff was more concerned with changing shelves and stocking then customers. Constantly blocking aisles and having customers move so they can empty carts. It was like we should not have been there.
