Worked with Matt Johnson to set up a storage unit. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. Facility was very clean and well kept. Easy to rent, was able to move our items in right after leasing the unit.

I think I might be the longest tenant..4 yrs now with 7 units. The staff over the 4 yrs have been exceptional. The cleanliness and safety have never been a problem with this location. Most recently, Matt was quick to respond to my request. Thank you for all you do!

Matt and Jen are great! This facility is immaculate. Coming from using storage places in the city it’s a breath of fresh air. I had some very specific needs and Matt and Jen were more than flexible and communicative. Don’t look anywhere else if you need a storage unit in Northbrook/Glenview!

This is a large facility that houses many storage units with varying sizes. The location is easy to get to and has plenty of parking for trucks and cars. Rental units are climate controlled and you can purchase or bring your own lock for the unit.

I am so glad I found metro storage! I will never use public storage again! The facilities are clean, convenient, and the price is just right. Rebecca was very helpful, fast, and knowledgeable about everything. I never seen a storage facility this clean and luxurious. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

We havent even moved into our storage unit yet, but I had to let the Metro management know what a GEM they have in Northbrook manager Nancy! The facility is head and shoulders above the competition (we stopped looking after seeing 2 nearby competitors whose facilities were dark and dirty and whose staff were frustratingly uninformed). Your bright, well signed storage areas and huge, easy to access loading/unloading bays are very attractive features. Nancy greeted us warmly on our first visit, gave us a thorough and knowledgeable tour and asked all the right questions to ensure we would get a unit that truly fit our needs. We returned the next morning and put our deposit down. Both the facilities and the staff are clearly WAY above the competition. Thank you Nancy!
