Tow truck arrived in less than the hour they said it would take. Driver was extremely polite. Gave me a ride around the corner to pick up my other car to follow him.. Took direct route to my repair shop which he knew and had been there before. Great service. Would pick Northshore again.

My car started smoking from the hood. After the fire department came and went for no fire, but an engine problem, I called to have the car towed back to the dealership which was about 40:minutes away. The whole experience went very smoothly, and the representatives I spoke to were informative and professional, keeping me informed of the progress. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The towing was pretty complicated and at night. The driver, Edward,, handled it perfectly. He maneuvered the car right up near the garage door as needed. My only concern was the fee, but to be fair I dontThink it was out of line, especially for the quality of service provided.

Super fast response time from Edward! Awesome personality and totally professional. AAA told us 3 hours and North Shore said within the hour. It was 15 minutes!! The driver was great but a tow from Clark and Devon to our home (a few blocks away) cost $135 + $5 for CC charge, plus a cash tip. Too much money. I had to wait 2 hours when I was told it would be 60 minutes or less.

Edward is the man! I called AAA at 5:30PM, they said a driver would get to me by 10:45. So glad I called North Shore Towing because I didn’t receive a call from AAA until 9:45AM THE NEXT MORNING! Edward was my driver from North Shore Towing and he was professional and arrived promptly within the hour as the dispatcher told me when I called to request a tow. These guys were the most dependable and affordable option out of 3 separate tow companies I called while I was stranded near Loyola with my vehicle which wouldn’t start. The dispatch was very polite. He did say the truck would arrive in 15 minutes or less, but it was more like 20-25 minutes. Thankfully the driver called to confirm how far away he was. He was quick to load my vehicle, though I wasn’t a fan of how my car was left in park while it was loaded onto the flatbed. He had to pull the truck forward to straighten out my vehicle, but as he was pulling forward, he was dragging my tailpipe on the ground. Then upon unloading the vehicle, it rolled off the bed fairly quickly so that when it got down to the bottom, the front and the back end scraped the ground. The driver was polite and quick at his job. The whole process was done in a short time compared to other companys’ experiences.

The guy sent by Tesla managed to pull my car out of the garage without any issues. It was a tricky job and he managed it very well and with a sense of humor.

My driver was very cool 😎. My driver communicated with me when he was on his way to pick up my vehicle, when he picked up my vehicle, when he was close and when he arrived. Can’t get any better than that. The only thing I would have liked to have been different was the price.

(In reference to opening a car after I locked the keys in):: The person over the phone said it would cost $75 and then the person who did it charge almost $100 (tried charging me for a tow?). He also did it in like 5 seconds without much finesse so my car exterior is damaged.
