Wow, and here I thought great customer service was dead! Not true at Advance Auto Parts where the manager Hector goes above and beyond. What a nice guy! He went out of his way to help me, and even installed my wipers in like 2 mins! Great experience, highly recommend! A+

Placed a pickup order for an item, then drove 30 minutes (one way) to pick up. When I arrived, they had not even fulfilled the order, even though I was told it would be ready 15 minutes after I placed it. When I arrived, they began to look for the item, and couldnt find it. Spent another 20 minutes in the store waiting for them to find it, which they never did. They had the exact same item from another supplier for like $4 more than my original order, and they refused to exchange it. Said I would need to pay the difference, which was fine, but he automatically assumed I would pay for it without telling me they were switching it and I would owe more. Guy was rude, unhelpful and unapologetic. Overall a poor experience. I will never shop here again. Went the next day to Walmart, got the item and paid 25% less than originally ordered from this store. Rude, unapologetic, time wasters. Avoid.

Jake and the manager there were so helpful. I had a ton of questions and Jake took the time to answer all of them and then when my battery gave them trouble coming out they were pleasant and friendly the entire time. Superb customer service!

The associates were very helpful and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. The location can be a bit tricky to find, as its in a strip mall tucked away off of the main streets in town. Plenty of parking and nice selection of auto parts and even some services.

My car battery died this morning and Hector the store manager went above and beyond to help me. He came to my car to service it. He changed the battery and got me on my way in no time. I cannot thank Hector enough for all of his help. He was very professional and has great customer service skills. Thank you!!! you are a life saver!

I would avoid this store and this location. They consistently put out used parts as new and replace broken products they sold you with refurbished junk. Please save your money and shop at an auto store that will not dupe you or play you like they have. Poor customer service and even worse products. BUYERS BEWARE. AVOID THIS STORE.

6pm Thursday MANAGER IS EXTREMELY RUDE.I bought LED lights for my car, gave them the information they needed for my car and they gave me fog lights instead of the head lamps. When I was explaining to the cashier that my car was still asking me to check the headlight the manager rudely and loudly talks over me and says hes not accepting anything and instructs the his co worker to ask me questions to make sure Im not telling lies.Now im stuck $100 fog lamps that I DONT need because his associates cant grab the correct t item the screen is telling them.

Do it yourself.Needed to replace a car battery. Called them an hour in advance to make sure they have someone to replace the battery. They said “sure”. When I came they had only one person to handle the store, so he can’t leave the register to help me with the battery. On the good side, he gave me a tool box with all what I needed to replace the battery. Good tools, bad customer service.

Ive had one really good 5 star experience here where the staff was super friendly. Another experience 2 weeks ago when the staff was not. Averaged it out to 3 stars. Might give it another try in the future and revise my rating

Kyler is the best! I went in to see if someone could take a look at my license plate, as I was looking to put a plate holder on and the bolts were rusted and on extremely tight. Kyler came out and spent a good 10 minutes at least, running back and forth inside trying to figure the best way to get it on. We tried one mount and it didn’t work and finally he found one and got that bad boy on there perfectly. I came in just expecting to see if someone had time to look at the bolts on my plate and see if it was worth messing with. I left with my new license plate holder/mount and more knowledge on my car, plus an absolutely phenomenal experience. I highly recommend this place. Thanks for all your help, Kyler!
