I used this vision center a few times over the years. Their employees are always kind and knowledgeable. Our glasses are always ready on time and work. Our bill was always taken care of at that appointment. I’ve never gotten a surprise bill until now Oct.2021. This has lost the center 4 stars because of the calls i’ve had to make and this still isn’t resolved. I don’t have the money they now want 7MONTHS LATER. Back in April 2021 we were told and showed both our insurance companies covered my children’s glasses. Now I have two surprise bills. According to the billing number Walmart no longer bills a secondary insurance or Medicaid. So I DO NOT RECOMMEND using Walmart vision any where since they do not bill secondary insurance or Medicaid (even if Medicaid was primary) . I guess it’s a new policy since I’ve NEVER had any issues before. please save yourself a massive headache and go elsewhere.
Two Months with my glasses and lenses already damaged, and of course now they are giving me all these excused how maybe i clean them with my shirt or not proper microfabric cloth 🙄 oh and they have no warranty because they are the cheap type of lense BUT when i was selecting my pair of glasses BACK then i was making a SUPER buy, defenitely never recommending them to anyone, im stuck with my damaged lenses now
Visited the vision center and was assisted by jill who was very friend kind, helpful and kind Definitely recommend her to any one who is interested in coming there.
Came here to get a basic eye exam. Dr. Osborne was incredibly nice as was the man in the front office (unfortunately cannot remember his name.) Was in and out super quickly - pleasant experience and kind people that boosted my mood 😄
I have nothing but good things to say about the employees. I moved from Ohio and just got a chance to bring my prescription in. Armando was super friendly, professional and effecient. He tried to get me a trial pair since the ones in my eyes were already overdue. Left contact came in one day later and a young lady called but I cannot remember her name but she was a delight and we had a great time laughing about something she had said. I have no complaints and recommend this place highly!

I went in with my husband. The receptionist was busy on the phone so my husband politely smiled and signed in. Afterwards another customer came in, did not sign in but was talked to immediately and given an appointment. My husband asked about this and was told sorry and that was it. We would have a lengthy wait or make an appointment for next week. We were overlooked and was told to just have to wait . Receptionist was rude so we left.
