Ordered a pair of sitka Hudson hunting bibs through Amazon that were sold by webyshop. got the product arrived on time but were to big. I sent the bibs back they have received the product 10 days ago and still no refund. According to the return policy on the website a refund will be issued up to 7 days after receiving the product. I would not recommend this company if you might think you need a refund in anything.

I went in to PURCHASE a firearm. I wasn’t just a tire kicker. The salesperson was sarcastic, rude and unhelpful. He gave specifically WRONG answers to some of the questions I asked. I spent over $2000 and was shorted a new gun manual and other items that are included with the gun. I don’t care about the cable lock as I have others but isn’t ILLEGAL to sell a new firearm without one? Not having the owners manual IS an issue as it was a new type firearm. Fortunately there ARE numerous other gunshops in our area with nice staff that aren’t rude to customers and keep items that should have gone to the customer. I’ll shop at those where they treat me politely.

I was provided with a full service experience. They helped me pick out my 1st gun and helped me get everything I would need to be ready for the range.

Customer service was great, I ended up buying 2 guns that day. They had cheaper prices than Ray sporting goods. I highly recommend them.

Easy website to navigate. Excellent product information. Very good merchandise pricing, reasonable shipping. Business associated with site gives thorough contact information (name, address, multiple phone, email, etc.) rather than the atypical of so many sites. I will avoid a site like the plague if the only contact method is an email form that is contained within that site. So far, so good. More to come upon receipt of the order.

After 3 days of comparing prices, Ive deduced that Webyshops has the absolute best prices anywhere near Arlington. All of the staff are informative, helpful, and polite. I have made multiple purchases here, in a matter of a few days, and will continue to patronize them for any of my 2nd amendment needs. They also have clothing, knives, and some camping gear. They are also in an easy to access location, with not a lot of traffic. Keep up the good work!

As a former Californian i was restricted to so much guns I couldn’t get but moving to Texas a year ago was the best decision i made, i been living nearby this gun store and finally came in yesterday 7-16-19 and wow I’m impressed they got very reasonable prices on guns and carry some stuff other stores don’t, if you need a gun come here if they don’t have it they’ll get it for you, i came in looking for a specific woodstock 18inch barrel shotgun but they didn’t have it and was told they can get if i ordered online, i then asked if they had a tarus pt92 and not only did they have it they had the stainless steel version! I immediately was tempted to buy 2 guns at once but i ended buying the pt92, i am a happy new customer... I’ll be coming here again for future purchases!

I have always gotten help and quick service. Large selection of firearms. Good selection of magazines and AR accessories. They expanded from the little shop they were in and the new shop is really nice and well stocked.

Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered a discontinued item on eBay, had to confirm my billing and shipping address TWICE, because they had no record of it the first time. Then they had to wait for the product to be shipped to them, so they could send it to me with insured shipping. When the product arrived, they realized it was a larger, more valuable product and they could not get an equal replacement. So they opted to keep it, to resell it and issue me a refund. The item is still listed in stock on Amazon and eBay, they wasted much of my time, and tied up a lot of money for a week.

Ordered a new bow sight... item arrived quickly and packaged well... problem is the package has been opened and damaged as well as the item is damaged.Now the kicker... they put a post it note in the package stating the axis level is missing and the yardage tape is missing...Why the hell did you even ship it.Will be returning this ASAP and now let’s see how long it takes to get my money

Webyshops has great prices and excellent customer service. I was contacted shortly after placing an order because one of the items was not in stock, despite the website showing it was. They found their error, corrected it and gave me the option of cancelling or keeping my order along with the expected delay. The part came in a few days later and shipped out immediately. Some stores may have hid the mistake and I probably would have just thought they ship slowly. Mistakes can happen to anyone or in any system, but the way they are handled speaks volumes. I appreciate the honesty and that shows good character. I will definitely shop here again.

A++++ First off let me say that the customer service and professionalism is enough to put competitors out of business. I was a walk in customer after seeing several lower than market prices on firearms through some Facebook posts on gun group pages. Upon arriving at the store I was greeted by a Mr. Jared Devine and between the shockingly low price points and helpful advice I couldnt leave without adding to my collection. I have since been back in a few times to add to my purchase and each time I become more and more impressed with this outfit. This is my new favorite man store!

Attempted to purchase a few gun magazines but then my order was canceled a few hours later. I called for an explanation and was told that high-capacity magazines were restricted in Virginia and could not be shipped there (this is HIGHLY incorrect). Tried to explain Virginia law for 10 minutes and finally gave up. I understand the liability aspect and wanting to stay on the right side of the law, but this is a clear misinterpretation that they didnt seem willing to resolve.UPDATE: Apparently this issue has been resolved after they were contacted by the VCDL. I still will not be placing an order, but I believe my original review of 1 star is now unfair so Ive changed it to 3. It would have been 5 stars if there wasnt an issue to begin with (like it should have been).Otherwise, easy ordering experience. Customer service did answer the phone promptly. Just seems to be some office issues interpreting laws.

Started out pretty good, read that Webys was the place to get the thing I bought because the customer service is stellar and I try to avoid amazon if I can. Got $10 off for signing up for their email list, which was nice.Get an email the next day and find out that the item is out of stock, but there was a glitch in the system that showed it to be in stock. They said it was in transit from the supplier and they would be able to send it out in 3-4 business days. Alright thats fine.12 days later the order is finally processed and they are just now sending it, so I wont get it until next week. I asked if they could upgrade the shipping because of the delay and she said we will be unable to provide any type of expedited shipping at this time - whatever that means...Customer service was still good because they did let me know what was going on and she replied to all my emails relatively quickly. I will probably do business with them again, but it wouldve been nicer if they could have been a littler cooler with their mistake and made it up to me somehow.

Even after 2 yrs, my old review still reflects my thoughts on this gun shop, change of location and name but they still treat you right, have fair if not beat online prices and do their best to make you a repeat customer. Example is what they offered David sounds more than fair for something a quick Google search or visit to the manufacturers website would have easily fixed. Not trying to belittle his concern Things missing from a newly purchased item can make ya scratch your head but my example is with a rifle I had been eyeing via PSAs website, the IWI Zion. Gritr FKA Wbeyshop beat the PSA price so made my decision super simple even when they took the time to show me comparison rifles they also gave the details on what made each different. Even when I was torn on which to get and other customers waiting they didnt rush me and push the higher priced comparison rifle. So thanks again Gritr team for keeping me happy and staying fairly priced in a market that many are taking advantage of due to the slew of new gun ownersAwesome place & they will match any price they can (sometimes just cant beat some online retailers) or figure out a way to keep ya satisfied. I how ever had a problem with the item ordered and I am having trouble getting in touch with WEBY to get a return authorization number. Several e-mails and phone calls not returned.
