After me and my two young daughters have lunch we come here for dessert. The frozen yogurt and all the toppings are yummy! And the person who works there has great customer attitude. Very delightful when you walk into the area..

Visited this location as a treat after a doctor’s appointment for my child. Very clean, lots of flavors, and the woman working (2pm today, 1/15) was absolutely delightful. She wiped down all surfaces after people went through and was very kind to my children and me. They even had original tart, which is my favorite flavor, and has been hard to track down at the yogurt places we’ve tried since moving to the area. If we didn’t live so far, we would definitely be regular customers! We’ll be sure to be back when we’re back out on the west side of Cleveland.

The woman working here was unbelievably rude to me and my son. After tasting two yogurts she said it was either buy something or leave the store--NOT the way to treat a customer! I told her my son was deciding what he wanted and she said she didnt have time to wait all day, I told her that was not a good attitude for someone in customer service and, I guess to show me she was friendly or had a pos attitude? She literally skipped to her counter, SKIPPED, then said it was time for us to go and stop wasting her time so she could take care of paying customers (no one else was in the store!) NOT a place well return to, which I told her, and she shrugged and went back to doing her nails, which she was doing when we got there--apparently more important than we were!

Paid $10 at this shop which was supposed to be .40 cents an oz however i only got 1.5 ounces for 10 bucks in a 16oz cup. And for a cone that was supposed to be 2.99 ended up paying 4 bucks.

The ladies there are so nice to myself and my son! And the yogurt is so good!

I love this place. The flavors and toppings are all wonderful. It is very easy to go overboard though so be wary of how much youre putting in your cup.

Great Choice of flavors and the man at the counter was very helpful. They serve nonfat, regular and non dairy. Delicious

I asked for another sample cup and then she refused it to me and asked if I was going to try all 16 flavors. Ended up not liking what I got and still bought another. While sitting down and eating I notice another customer asking for a second cup which she didnt have a problem giving too smh very disappointed spent $30 with her today. Go to munchies

All the ice cream is good! i always want to try something different but im stuck in my ways and love ice cream. the blondie is good.

As a new customer, I was interested in their flavors. The one flavor I sampled wasnt that great. Unfortunately, I was only allowed one sample cup as per the owner. This was a very off-putting attitude towards someone who wanted to spend money at their business. I will not be returning.

20 bucks for 2 small yogurt s we have been to mulitulpe ice-cream and yogurt shops including this one and prices were never that high and they couldnt give us a recipe put we watched other costumers revive recipe we will never give this store are money again. What a rip off
