Went to purchase a TV and in store it was listed as 280. Found on sale on Amazon for 230 AND sold by Best Buy. They would not price match their own price. Managed to figure it out on my own. Store employees are not properly trained on how to handle this type of transaction so you will be better off buying online.
My fiance recently ordered a game to be picked up from this Best Buy location. He unfortunately never gets off until 7pm which is the time that they close. I went ahead and switched the pickup person to myself. I went into the store recently after switching the name to pick up. Sara was rude and impatient and told me that I shouldnt have switched it. I had to explain to her TWO different times that my fiance made the mistake of making himself the pickup person because he wouldnt be able to pick up. I would maybe recommend to Sara that she takes a couple days off or switches her career in customer service.

Purchased a tv. Not a soul in the store as employees to help us. We searched the internet while in the store for answers to questions we had when an employee shouldve been doing it. Was never approached or even was told hey or thank you for our purchase.
The other Best buy location was out of my phone so I bought it and picked it up at this location. The guy who activated my phone was extremely helpful and kept working until he figured out how to get in my Google which he couldnt because of me. Thanks Best Buy!

Was shocked, had the AC unit I needed in stock! Dropped 700.00 on it. Oh and they even put this beasty in the car. Shame they could not come home with me and help put it in the house. Thank you guys. Oh and amazing ink on the young person who helped me.

The manager is the guy who helped me and he was awesome first time buying a phone brand new and knew nothing he walked me through and even kept in mind my price range.
Everyone is always so nice. Steven helped me again today and is so knowledgeable, professional and personable. He spent time explaining and helping me with all my questions, so that I will be better able to enjoy my new phone. I can not say enough nice things about his help and the other employees that have also helped me. Best Buy is a very comfortable place to do business with.

There werent many people there. Luckily my son purchased a laptop that was in stock. Theyre having a problem getting in stock so you may want to call & see if they have what you want. The sales associates were all very helpful & nice.

Then we decided to go with a different set and he came to pick up the first set and Delivered our second set! Very satisfied with everything he has done for us! Today I went in looking for an iPad Air case and keyboard. I was very excited when I found the combo touch Logitech set that fit exactly what I was looking for. It was on a peg labeled for $154.99. I then looked around and found a wireless charger and watch stand for $50. I was excited for purchase to only finding that the Logitech piece was placed in an incorrect location with more than one piece of merchandise on it. Price was ringing up as $199.99. Then i was basically told it probably wouldn’t be able to be accepted at the labeled price and that was kind of it. Not willing to make it right and accept the fact that the store has placed merchandise in the incorrect spot. So an original sale that was around $205 went to a sale of $0. I didn’t think the way the situation was handled was correct and I’m disappointed that I received basically an oh well we put it in the wrong place sorry response instead of making it right.
This place is in a strange place before now you had ppl that didnt know what they were selling. Now you cant call in, but they have competent people that knows what their products in the respective departments do. Over the years its always the good with the bad. The store is clean and neat which is a plus. They dont have a dedicated customer service area anymore (probably temporary). The staff is very nice and attentive. Id say the closest thing to customer service is if you have geek squad or not.
I needed a case for my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 the other day is the old case finally gave out and they had a nice otter case. The Samsung rep happened to be in the store that day and he also helped me get a couple of new chargers and since my phone is older I didnt have to get the charger with more watts so he recommended one that would work for giving me fast charging with this phone and it was great I bought two including getting the case. They always treat me with respect whenever I go here and I really like the store and the staff.I also got a chance to look at the Samsung Galaxy phone and now that Ive seen it in person Im going to make that my next phone so thanks the Best buy putting those on display.

I waited by audio equipment for thirty minutes, and not one person asked if I needed help. Amazon got the business, sadly so. I also noticed that many of their display cases are empty, I was also shopping for a new smart watch, and the displays were all empty. The only watches on display was the Verizon Samsung display, and an apple display.
Fast pickup, helpful associate, no hard sell on warranty or upgrades. Good experience overall.
Our microwave at home kept running when door opened .we went to best buy to get a new one the lady in the department was busy with another customer my better half wanted to leave but there was a bell at the desk when is the same time I saw she was busy at the appliances with another customer .she told us she would call for someone to help us a young man popped up by the registers and said I will be right back to help you Im loading something in the car for a customer and ask if we could wait one second he literally was so quick and came back answered all our questions about the microwaves and got it down from the shelf we got a warranty and paid and he carried it to the car and loaded it for us .love this store great people here .
Kati that works in appliances is amazing. I spent the evening browsing the store preparing for building a house and trying to learn more about what I want. Kati went above and beyond explaining all details of gas/electric ranges, cooktops, refrigerators, microwaves, convection oven functions, even new tech in dishwashers. I feel like I got a good education on everything tonight and not the the typical appliance sales pitch. Kati is the type of employee that we all try to find.
Every employee that I have bumped into in the North Olmsted location is really friendly and helpful. I got a nice lesson in all the new LED TV tech which was cool 🙂. The only small downside I have about the North Olmsted location, it kind of feels a tad void of employees considering the size of the store.
We bought a 75 TV and mount today. Braylen was awesome! He was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. He was also patient with us as we asked our questions. Great experience. Thank you Braylen! ( Hope I am spelling his name correctly!!!)
One of the few remaining large Best Buy stores.This means a wider selection of products, including (for the gaming crowd) a selection of pink pc accessories that can be hard to find in-person.

Purchased a nice samsung washing machine and the guy who is over in that area who helped me was extremely nice and got me right out of there. I will be returning cause I need a refrigerator and deep freezer now.
This place has maybe 1 employee working at it. You have a better odds to win the lottery and find the holy grail then you do getting help from someone here. Good luck.

The staff here are very kind and helpful. I was able to find what I needed and review a few options with someone. It was very easy and stress free. However Geek Squad is a nightmare. Their policies and staff are less than helpful even leadership. If theres and issue with your order it is easier to just deal with the punches.
Friendly staff and good in stock selections, I prefer buying in store to online.

Went to buy a microwave and asked for a price match with Costco. I was trying my luck and one of the managers in Appliance section said yes. He calls a sales associate to take care of the transaction and 5 mins later the sales associate comes back and says we cannot price match the product. Walked out of there without looking back. Very disappointed with the service.
Customer service was horrible, came in with an issue with a tv i purchased about 16 months ago. The backlight died and when asked of they could do anything to help me I was litterally laughed at and told nothing is guarenteed. (This was an insignia tv aswell which is bestbuys instore brand)

I was at the Best Buy in Strongsville and they were willing to check if my keyboard worked if they had it in stock, they didn’t so they sent me to this store and this store was unwilling to check the keyboard before I took it home.
My wife was having an issue with her laptop. We are not tech savvy. She made an appointment with a tech. She felt the person was great. Because of his help and patience she said maybe we should pay for the Geek service.

Looking for some headphones today. I understand that we can’t try everything on because the virus but I’m not sure why Beats and apple request to lock their displays in the store. I want to read the box and see what options the headphones have.I had two associates try to help me and no one opened up the case. Guess they though they can just tell me that they are headphone that come with wires and some don’t? I want to know the specs that is what best buy is known for right? Although the selection at this store is not great compared to Avon and other states, I went with a pair of headphones that were not locked up. That’s twice this happened. First time I bought Jabra 250$ second time I bought Sony 200$.Your not gonna sell items that are locked up in a cage. No one is gonna wait to go through 3 associates before someone knows what you are talking about. Terrible experience again.

Employees are always willing to help. At the first notion that I was confused (scratching my head), a friendly employee approached me and asked if I needed assistance.

The worst experience Ive had with best buy. Been loyal customer for years. Bought lots of phones and computers here in the past with no complaint.Went to trade in my phone to get a newer one and was waiting for awhile before I was acknowledged. After an hour, the guy at the mobile support desk came over to look for any unlocked phones. He kept saying they didnt have any and kept directing me to ordering it and waiting. Sprint had a deal for new customers to buy the phone outright so I was even going to switch. When I was all ready he told me I needed to make an appointment. I felt his tone was careless towards customers and he just didnt want to work. I shouldnt need an appointment after patiently waiting and was sent from my last appointment to their store from Avon. He was rude and arrogant. Wont ever do business at North Olmsted location. I ended up taking my business elsewhere with proper treatment.
Bestbuy is always excellent in their products. They can sometimes be pricey. I always shop around for whatever product I am looking for.

The customer service people were awesome and helpful which is why they are getting 4 stars. However unless you are there to buy stuff like computers, fridges, and such they dont have too much in stock which i get they had to adapt to online sales, but no need to really go in. Unless you are looking for bigger things like washers dryers etc.
Best Buy is definitely one of my favorite stores to shop in! The employees are always friendly and willing to help! Whether Im shopping or just browsing, its always a great experience. If I need a piece of technology, Best Buy is the first place I look...

Fast Checkout. Never had a problem here. Im a Curbside shopper so i rarely nowadays dont go inside. Last few times i went to this store had no problems.
I had to return to smart TVs. The very nice and competent girl at the costumer help desk was extremely helpful as were all the employees.
The North Olmsted location had staffing which now days is amazing. I was assisted quickly and there was a Samsung representatives on site to answered some questions I had. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

I bought a laptop from them when I got home I turned it on there was a virus on it I went back they wouldnt help me I had a warranty they said I didnt. I called the main headquarters the man on the phone looked I up said I did have the warranty he said take it back they have to fix it so I went back the guy had to call the main headquarters he got yelled at and fired. A month later a budy if mine got a job there he seen what they do when someone brings there broken electronics bestbuy fixes it and sell it as new. Very picked over from the upcoming holiday.Annoying because they dont answer phones. Had they answered the phone I wouldnt have ventured to the store only to find they didnt have what I was looking for.
This is the slowest and I mean slowest best by ever, trying to get someone to help you that is not in the TV or gaming area is impossible. Even if you have a in store pickup you will wait, hope you are not in a hurry....good luck
My experience with my geek squad appliance exchange has been absolutely awful... 11/18/20 first geek tech comes to “fix” my washer, doesn’t work.. 11/22/2020 another tech comes out, doesn’t work. Dec 1st get word that they are just going to replace it... okay... could’ve told me that on the 22nd it has now been 13 days with a working washer... I call the local north Olmsted location on 12/2 to this day not one person has ever answered my call to that store, I go and order in person no big deal have an appointment set up for 12/8 7am-1pm... appointment day comes and get an email around 230 a receipt of my appointment which was confusing cause nothing had been delivered.... not only did I have my husband stay home ALLL DAY WAITING but when I watched the video camera (since I received 0 calls from the driver) the drive was on my street less that 1 min backed into my driveway and left... seriously I recorded the video... furious as I’m continually on hold for 30+ mins each time with customer service trying to figure out why my stuff hasn’t arrived I get told the driver claimed my driveway was bad?!? There were 2 cars in my driveway and both owners could’ve moved them at anytime, when customer service saw the photos they were confused as to why this happened... then getting told that there is nothing to be done and next appointment is in 2 days?!!!!! You have to be kidding me, for their mistake I have to arrange my schedule again.. furious I call the Best Buy I ordered from of course no answer... so I go in person furious.. they schedule for Friday and speak to an escalation team... couple days later I receive an email it’s been changed to Saturday 12/12. 12/12 comes and my window is 12-6pm... it starts to be about 430 I call customer service just to get an update on hold for 20 mins again ask customer service agent to confirm with dispatch that my driver will be coming since my trust with this process has been shattered, he proceeds to get frustrated with me and HANGS UP ON ME!! (I reported it), great this has been an amazing experience. I get an email at 5:55pm because of my luck with Best Buy they are finally in their way... All of my appliances, TVS, etc have been purchased with Best Buy... I will never purchase another product from this company ever... It amazes me the lack of customer service, the lack of sense of urgency, and the lack of respecting people’s time... how do you let all this happen?!? How did I go almost a FULL month without a washer? The customer service issues? The store not answering? Your terrible delivery and installers?!

Sales Associate was very well informed about the computer we were purchasing. He answered all of our questions. And he had a very pleasant, laid back personality. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product. Great to do business with. Someone who exhibits great customer service. His name was Andrew.
Their prices were great for the items I purchased, much better than other stores I looked at. The associates were all over us when we walked in the door, but as soon as we needed then, they were nowhere to be found. Stood in line for an unnecessary amount of time while they stood in other aisles on their phones. The guys were very helpful while loading the items and were quick and efficient.

I stopped in to pick up a headset and was waiting to about 2 or 3 minutes for an associate. Which is no problem because the store is busy and I am equal to every other customer not more important. A gentleman walked over as soon as he saw me and volunteered to help ring me out. I know this man to be the store manager from previous employment with a different best buy store. I can wholeheartedly say I thoroughly recommend this location if you’re looking for a good shopping experience.

I waited over 20 minutes in curbside pickup. The lady that parked next to me called a worker to her car and he came back out in less than 10 minutes she was gone. The lady on the other side of me pulled about 5 minutes after I parked. She, too, was waited on an put of there way before me. When I asked the same worker for help the other lady did, he just blew me off. I wont ever reccomend your curbside pick up.
