I had an issue with my tires today, I went over a pothole :( and I called service warren Henry Infiniti and Juan Gutierrez helped me confirm if I have the elite tire protection program on my plan. I myself work at a car dealership in sales and I know by experience how long and stressful it can be to get information ASAP to the customer . Thank you Juan for being very prompt!

Don’t trust their inspections. Scam. They told me I needed to replace my tires immediately but America’s Tire confirmed after an extra 3000 miles driving that my tire treads were about half worn out. Infiniti also told me I needed to replace my belts but I had done that less than two years earlier with a non-Infiniti repair shop, so it wasn’t recorded in their computers. They lie to take your money, and they also damaged my dash when doing a recall airbag repair but refused to take responsibility for it and argued that the cracks were probably there before I took it in. Go here if that’s the type of service you want.
