They give you what you come for and wont try to finesse you into getting extra work done but will point out what might need to be looked at down the line. Professional and friendly staff. Got my oil changed and came back with my girlfriends car. Highly recommend them. But due to the location try not to go during school hours because traffic can get backed up

Excellent service I started experiencing a issue with my car Monday 08/23/2021 didnt know what I was going to do. I called brake and auto specialist that morning spoke to Mark he instructed me to drop my car off same day later that day they called to inform me about my car i need ignition coil, spark plugs, valve gasket change for my acura tsx 2010. I was able to pick my car up the next day. Thank you Mark and your team for excellent service and will be returning if I have anymore problems.

I want to start off by saying I’m not one to take the time to leave reviews, but today I’m a really really happy customer. Before I stumbled upon Break and Auto Specialists, I had been to two other mechanics telling me that there was no problem with my car (Nissan 370Z), and basically telling me that I was crazy. That’s when I met Daniel, I explained to him the situation and he’s more hands on, instead of plugging in a computer and checking the codes, he got in, started to drive the car and listened and felt the car, he said the repair would take a couple of days and I had heard that before, but I gave it a chance and I’m so glad I did. This place is not Only professional but it’s quick and they know exactly what they are talking about. Daniel took the time to run me through why my car was acting the way it was, what the piece that was failing looked like, and why it was failing, I mean not only did I receive amazing service but I learned a lot.I’m so grateful to have a shop like this by my house I will definitely be coming back here and I would encourage anyone else with car troubles to come here too!

BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS MECHANIC!!!Update 10/12/20: I blocked the owner of the shops’ number on 10/9. The guy had another employee call me today to ask why I was unhappy with their service from a different number. I informed the employee about my issue and promptly ended the call, as I have already spent too much time and money with this hack.Update 10/9/20: The owner of the shop just tried to contact me. Probably about the negative review I left. From what I see, calling customers who leave negative reviews is commonplace for him. I will not be bullied by a guy who I’ve already paid for an inaccurate diagnosis.—————————————————-I took my car here to have them diagnose what the issue was.Car wouldnt start after stalling.I was told that there was an issue with the wiring harness and the immobilizer, and that it was a big big job.The mechanic quoted $600, on top of the $100 diagnostic fee, for a total of $700.I told the mechanic that I couldnt afford that. I informed him that I would pay him for the diagnostic and I would tow my car off his lot.He called me 3 times to tell me that I could pay him off little by little and he would do the work.Each time he offered, I politely refused as I am not comfortable with that.I ended up towing it to a different shop; a Honda specialist.The Honda specialist identified the problem, which was that the timing belt jumped a tooth. It had nothing to do with the wiring harness.Danielle (the owner of the shop) was gonna charge me $700 for something that wasnt even the issue.He was very pushy and would not listen to my concerns.If you value the health of your car, and your wallet, STAY AWAY.

Very bad experiencebrakes went out on rv. did not check brakes. told us it was the master cylinder. after $635 to installed a mastercylinder they broke the valve stem on the duel tire. told me it would be another $50. i argued and was told to prove it broke under his care. drove 9 miles and brakes heated up agan i called next morning. was told to bring it back and he would fix the brakes. i asked if there was going to be a charge he said yes. i took it to a goodyear dealer and was told the caliper was sticking. that should been the the first thing to check and fix. there were 2 heated discussions with customers while i was there. i was over charged for a part that was still in working order

They rob my moneyI went for a check up on the breaks and a noise on the front passenger wheel side.he puttee truck on the lift, call me 5 min after to tell me that he found the problem, back on the shop the front passenger wheel is very wobbling is telling me will cost about $950 to replace the wheel bearings. I said is a lot off money and I have to think about it. he still charge me $134.82 for the check up, with out check the breaks at all! he said that he can check the breaks on that wheels that need bearing replacement, and I ask him what about the other 3 wheels ? or can you just charge me for the wheel check or credit for the breaks check that you didnt did? he said that is not how he work. just make your own judgement! I felted I been robbed.

Daniel worked on my breaks and oil change really fast, gave me the pricing for everything up front and texted me throughout the process to keep me up to date.

The customer service is outstanding and I was very pleased with the work the technicians completed. I brought my 2015 Audi S5 for an oil change and tire check. The owner saved me tons of money when switching my tires compared to other auto shops. The oil change was done in a very professional and timely fashion. Terrible service and the workers are scammers!! The owner was welcoming at first, due to the fact that he wanted money out of us. They treated us with disrespect and screamed in our faces for giving our honest opinion on the shop. The owner repeatedly broke promises and everytime we would call and/or stop by the shop, it was a different story. The owner lied to us about the problems with the car, and we were charged and paid 140$ for NO work do be done on the car whatsoever. The owner threatened to have the car towed if we wouldn’t take down our review. I do not recommend this auto repair shop to any one !! I would rate zero stars if it let me.

My friend referred me to this place after they had a good experience with work on their car. I took my BMW in to this shop for some brake and suspension work. The person helping me was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and even gave me advice on how to keep my car running optimally. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the job was done in a timely manner and at a very affordable price. My car now feels like it is brand new. The whole experience was very smooth, I would definitely recommend this place. Easy 5 stars!

Before you bring your car for any serious work to be done, make sure they dont have one of your brand of car sitting in their car dump outback. Make sure, if you bring your own parts to be replaced, he shows gives you the box it came in as well as the part that was allegedly replaced. They have no problem swapping parts from the junk cars out back. and charging you for new parts. This is a wink wink...nudge nudge joint.Greasy slimy lot they are.Oh and funny thing happened. You should get some new brakes while your here. Nothing was wrong with the brakes when i brought the car there. Later that evening, after dude said I should get some new brakes...BOOM...the grinding and squealing began.And make sure they dont zip tie your car parts back together. Instead of replacing the bolts and plastic snaps that came with the car, the whole front of my engine compartment and under engine protector,and wheel well guards were ZIP TIED. I didnt realize anything was zip tied until I heard a dragging noise about 30 minutes after the brakes started making noise. The under engine guard was dragging because the zip ties broke.Thieves and Liars, look out for each other down here. But... they better realize one day, they might mess with the wrong individuals property.Promise.

BEWARE!!! Owner tells me I need to change my water pump. I ask why? He says I will not make it home. I knew the car was leaking from a hose and just asked that to be replaced. He insists I will not make it home if I dont pay him $350 for changing my water pump, than come back the next day to do the hose that was leaking FOR ANOTHER $100. I did not use his services, went to another mechanic, they said water pump was functioning properly. Charged me $65 to change hose. I am writing this review several years later and still have not changed the water pump on my car. I WOULD NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!. I believe the good reviews are fake. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!! I HAVE SEEN COPS THERE MORE THAN ONE OCCASION SINCE I WORK NEARBY!!UPDATE: Owner called me trying to get me to take down my review. I guarantee you I am a REAL customer and not a competitor. She even offered me a free oil change and $50 to take down my review. I wouldnt even go there for that. Trust me, if the heavy set guy is still working there, dont go there. I told the owner that when she fires him, I will take down my review. Until that time, my review stands, and I believe everyone should know my experience before they go there.ANOTHER UPDATE: They are threatening to sue me because of my bad review. I really cant believe these people. Maybe they should try treating customers better, and they wouldnt have bad reviews written about them. If I was a competitor, how would they have my name and phone number and address in their system? This is a place I will NEVER recommend to people.

Ive been here quite a few times. I noticed all the bad reviews before I went, but I didnt make anything of it. It wasnt until my third time here that I noticed that these reviews were true.Over priced! Stay away from this place. Everything has some fee attached. They wanted to charge $75 to inspect what was wrong. Claimed this fee would be waived if I did the job with them. I brought my car to the dealer after and they inspected it for free and there was no obligation.I also, changed a few parts that were for regular maintenance. After, when I was offered these elsewhere, the price was much lower!This place is a rip off. They are only looking to make a profit. They do not care about their customers. Save yourself the headache, go elsewhere. I know I wont be returning!

Do not recommend. Nice enough service, but shady feeling. I had many things fixed that were not fixed. I will never go back. Prices werent crazy, but they tell you so many things are wrong with the car than there really are an then they dont really fix it. I wouldnt risk going to this place. There are many other more reputable places.

I brought my 2016 Nissan Altima into this shop because a friend recommended it to me. The alignment in my car was way off and the employees helped me with a tire change too. I took my 2003 BMW 325i to this shop and left extremely pleased. The owner Daniel took care of the problem immediately along with his coworkers that made sure I had my car back and ready by the end of the day. The car needed an oil change and just a general diagnostic to make sure things were working properly. Turns out the brakes had low pressure, which were taken care of right away. Great customer service, I recommend this place.

I only put 1 Star because it does not allow me to put 0 stars. That’s exactly what this place deserves. I went to repair a flat I had and they “fixed” it with a patch. The next day the tire’s pressure was at 27 so I put air and it continued to decrease. So I took it back and they put the car up and One of the workers told me that The patch was not put in correctly so I said if they can fix it and then they recommended I get a used tire from them which I refused to do but instead I wanted them to fix the patch they put in correctly and they wouldn’t so I said to put my car down and I will take it elsewhere at which point they told me they would only put the car down if I pay them $20 and I said $20 for doing nothing and checking something you didn’t do properly and not making any effort to fix it? And he said there’s no guarantees look at the sign and I said please put my car down and he said after you give me $20 so I then called the cops and when he saw that I had called the cops he put my car down and drove my car all the way to the end almost at the street at which point I left and I will never return again. Do not take your car to these people because they are a rip off and do not respect you as a human being. Instead I took it to the place across the street from them which were excellent. High prices for labor. They charge you around $100 for a diagnosis. They say they will beat any quote but they refused to beat 2 quotes for a timing belt change. 2 other places $350 and $400 they charged $450. They said the parts were more expensive but I new the price of the parts. Website states they will give you a lift home if you drop your car off they refused. I live 3 miles away. The work they do is actually good but the labor is too expensive (Around $75 dollars an hour) they will try to hide that from you. They say they will give you a free oil change with major work. I spent about $800 they still charged for the oil change. Shop around for a better price and dont expect them to honor any of the specials they pretend to offer! Good work but expensive.

Honest service. I was driving to work when my check engine light flashed and my engine imediately became unresponsive. I left the car and continued to work. I received a call with the issue as well as a quote and if I wanted to do the work. I said yes necause at this point I needed the work done anyway. I price checked for parts and labor and they were very reasonably priced. Will definitely be going back with any other issues.

Ask before get a service and specify exactly what type of service you want with details. I was charge for a service which was complete different for what I expected. Dont expect them to let you know what type of service they will do. If you are not familiar with car services I recomend to use a more customer friendly and profecional place.

This shop was great!! I had an estimate from the dealer to fix a known issue (it should have been a recall- but of course they do not recall so you have to pay huge bucks) said stabiltrak off - service brake system a major problem with only 62,000 miles. anyway I got an estimate from the dealer for over $1700, and this shop fixed it all for $1300 plus added a tuneup!! They even cleaned my car before I got it back. Works and runs great!! will use them again. DEFINITELY!

This place is a RIP of do not go here to get your car fix. When I pulled up a man had a problem because his ac was working when he took his car there but when they call him back I guess they told him he needed a air compressor and the man wanted to charge me 200 dollars just for two oxygen sensors and that didnt include the labor cost
