My wife purchased a 2013 Porsche Cayenne from the dealership on Monday. As soon as I picked it up from the dealership Tuesday, there was thumping noises on acceleration and turning. I brought the SUV back Wednesday morning and after diagnosis was shown a $3,800 repair bill. The staff offered to pay for labor but the parts were my responsibility at $3100. They also offered to cancel the sale. Im just so surprised at the customer service and effort level. I have an Audi A7 and regularly bring my car to the dealership. My experiences have always been great, but now the dealership isnt standing behind its word and honor. We like the SUV and want to keep it, but its unreasonable to pay for an already broken vehicle. We left the dealership Monday night after 10pm and drove our sales woman home because she was walking and it was unsafe. My wife patiently waited to get everything done despite being almost 7 months pregnant. The lack of initiative and wanting to make it right mentality leads me to believe that this vehicle was incorrectly presented. Theres no way all the technicians missed the repair. Instead the repair steams to have been intentionally hidden to increase profit. Its a shame that $3100 is going to ruin a great relationship and cause us to no longer do business with Audi North Miami. Ive come to think of Francisca as a friend and loved working with Kim and Charles on the deal. Tuesday Charles and I talked about cars for over an hour. There would have been plenty of opportunity to make the $3100 back retaining me as a customer.
Ive always had great service at Audi North Miami. My Audi advisor, Luis Pagani, is very professional and knowledgeable. He helped make the process much faster and much smoother.

I went to that store to buy a car. I had a high expectation related to the customer service and as well as to the courtesy sales persons. It was a big dissapoiment! After waiting for 3 hours the process to get the car; they told me, I will call you later the system is down has been there all day...(they never called me back)..I was not aware that in order to treat you with respect you have to buy a new car.I realized that Audi North Miami is not for the average people. By the way, I went to another car dealership with much better customer service and bought a car...Happy End in Another Place!
When you purchase a high-end vehicle, you expect high level service and your time to be somewhat respected. Suffice it to say that I am currently at the BMW dealership trading in my Audi Q5 and will never own an Audi again.

This was one of the worst experiences we have ever had in any luxury car dealer. My wife was discriminated against because she is a woman... when I showed up, things got different. Do not go to this dealer, service is horrific and if it is a car for your daughter, sister or mother, they will be discriminated against, I have been driving luxury cars for the most of my adult life, never have I came across such pigs.
