The store was clean and everyone was very helpful. An employee named Jerson helped me with my car battery. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what type of battery I needed. Another employee named John was also helpful when it came to finding the type of window cleaner I wanted. They were both exceptional. I have been to a few different stores and have yet to be treated better than I was with them.

5 Stars isnt enough! I absolutely love the service at this location. Theres a gentleman name Chris that I can honestly went above and beyond for me. I needed a part for my car and he assured me my part was at the store early morning. Unfortunately it wasnt the one I needed and I was said thinking I has to wait another 1 or 2 days for the part. He noticed it was at another location a little further away and was able to have it delivered to the shop the same day. As I waiting for 1pm for the part I notice I was receiving a call and it was Chris from Auto Zone letting me know the part was ready for pick up. Thanks to the amazing service my car is running and I am just amazing and thankful for his service. Definitely deserve to be recognized. Thank you Chris again for everything 🙏

Bought a battery for my wifes car off of Darius and had it installed. I couldnt be more pleased. Very nice guy, courteous and well mannered. The price of the battery was good. Definitely a great experience at a nice store. I will be back for all of my auto parts needs in the future.

I walking in to autozone not knowing what i need for a full tune up i happened to run into an employee by the name of Kevin V. he took the time to grab all i need for my car to run to perfection and also his manager John gave me a few pointer on how to perform the job myself with no complication thk to those guys my car is running 100%

I wish I could give a higher rating this is my 2nd time coming here where I get turned away 20 minutes before 9 pm because they say theyre closing up. Change your hours of operations Ill be taking my business to advance auto parts.

Extremely poor battery quality, their batteries died very quickly. Replaced 3 times under the warranty. The 3rd replacement battery lasted only 1 month and died again. I finally fed up & went somewhere else to get a new battery without getting the free replacement. It was just not worth for the time.

I visited this location on Friday In search of wipers for my vehicle. John the manager was the first to greet me and ask if I needed assistance. I have never received such a warm welcoming at any auto parts retailer. His attention and service were second to none! I will definitely be returning to this location.

The employees did not want to assist me- threw the machine on the counter and told me to hook it up myself. I didn’t even know where the port was. They bounced me back and forth between each other..passing the buck. They were mire do focused on getting the store ready to close even though it was still 30 minutes to closing time. Not happy with the help that I didn’t receive. Unless you know exactly what you need and know about cars,do not come here thinking they will assist you.Disappointed two men couldn’t take 5 minutes to help a lady who needed a little assistance.

Darius was excellent with customer service & had great recommendations as well as offered to install my new wipers. Frank was great help on the phone when I called to see if they had my part in stock- overall excellent service and will continue to recommend!

I am amazed at the level of customer service I received at this autozone. Even more surprisingly it was from the manager. I walked in to the store in need of a battery and not only did, John - the store manager, personally install it for me he even offered to do a complete safety check up on my vehicle and we found that the rear left tail light was out, I was also in need of new wipers. He even changed the bulb and windshield wipers for me and to top it off - checked my oil for me at the end. You guys have earned a lifelong customer.

My car was giving me issues so I went in to the store rushing. The manager, John, helped me with installing a battery and went out of his way to explain everything to me. Extremely nice people and the service was fast. The store looked great and he was very helpful.

I visited at 8:48, 11/25/2019 and asked for a reading for my check engine light. I’d been to this location before and it was done after dark without a problem. I was told this evening that they could not do it because it was too dark out. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was in the restroom. The cashier went to the back at 8:58 and told him a customer wanted to speak to him. A gentleman with the name “ Peter” on his shirt came to the counter and repeated that they did not check codes after 6pm. I explained that it was after 6 during my prior visit and he stated maybe they did it as a courtesy. This is horrible customer service. If this is truly a rule then it 1. Needs to be consistent, and 2 If it is a courtesy, which I don’t believe it was, the client should be informed so it doesn’t appear to be normal service. This seems more like the evening associates decided not to help anyone coming in at a certain time. In the 10 minutes I was there they could have checked the codes on my car. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received.

I needed some windshield wipers replaced . Brendan not only looked it up but went far beyond and provided excellent customer service. He got them off the shelf explained the difference in the brands and quality. He gave me a complimentary bottle of washer fuild and even installed the new ones and disposed of the old ones.. after thanking him I offered him a tip and he graciously declined it and told me no maam it no problem at all... he gave me the best experience Ive ever had at auto zone and Ive been going ther for years.

Came in looking for some brakes pads for my 2004 Acura TL with the Brembo calipers on it which no one ever has them, but this store did. Christian the employee that helped me made it super easy and simple to obtain the pads and make the process quick so I could get my car back on the streets.

A month ago I had my mother-in-laws car and noticed her windshield wipers were bad. I pulled into Auto Zone but had no idea what to get ... Louis came over to rescue me, and while I was at the register, had gone outside and not only replaced the wipers for me, but buffed the headlights after noticing they were oxidized. Wow. As usual it was difficult to find someone who could help us allocate what we wanted to purchase. It also seems to be common to wait in a long line. Only one person on the register and 5 people in line for about 10 minutes - while one manager stood outside talking to a customer three other staff people were in the back chatting.

Great place to buy auto parts. Most spiders, have lifetime warranties. And you earn credits every time you spend $20 or more. Once you have five points. They give you $20 credit. To buy whatever you want in the store. They give no problems, returning items or parts that you dont need, or that might be damaged. They definitely beat auto advance. Way overpriced. They charge anywhere from 20 to $25 more oh, some parts, if you compare with AutoZone. So my advice to you is, simply oh, go to AutoZone. Lots of parking. Keep doors and locks closed. Supremely disapointted.Guy told me my battery needed to be replaced, but he would try charge anyway. Spent $160 on a new cheapest battery, then come back to be told the battery charged and is good. Great! Can i get my $160 back? No sorry, no refunds on batteries. Even when you told me it needed to be replaced?Guy didnt even have the courtesy to bag the new battery.

A Tuesday morning, several employees inside the store, only one handling the register and going outside to help customers qnd Im told I have to wait about 15-20 min for him to come back to just see what code pops up for my engine light. I like how none of them wants to answer the phone while it rings too.
