Thank you so much FABIEN!!!! My car battery gave up on me just when they were about to closed. FABIEN, was so kind to assist me. He installed the new battery, which unfortunately took forever because there was some issues with the acid from the previous battery. He took his time to help us with everything! He cleaned out the acid, gave me lots of suggestions on what to do next. He worked longer than he expected, with no complains whatsoever. THANK YOU SO MUCH FABIEN!
The store says they open at 7:30am and it’s now 7:47 and they’re still closed with the employees inside of the store. This is the worst advance auto parts I have no choice to come to because it’s the closest to my house.Update- the employee comes to the door and says that it opens at 8am. I would stay away from this place. Go to Autozone, Napa or O’Reillys but not here.
Horrible customer service making up excuses for not checking my computer because they don’t do that apparently? Lol come on man I know it was raining but I even said I can run out and do it quick for you so I can buy the parts
This place is the worst advanced, the employees are not really interested in the customer service at the door it says the hours until 9:00 pm but I have been twice at one time at 8:04 pm and the other time at 8:15 pm and they are there. closed I dont understand

The workers here are friendly and helpful. I stopped by late in the night because I was having a problem with my car and they explained everything that needed to have done. Will be coming back here in the future. Thank you Melvin for helping me out.
I love the 14301 west Dixie location. The store is always neat and full with items to purchase, and the team member there are very knowledgeable and very friendly. I was completely lost on what I needed to get my car running again, and a team member by the name of Peter helped me out every step of the way. He also helped me save some money by enrolling me in the speed perks program for future coupons, and helped me use my online coupon online to purchase a battery. From now on, this is only auto parts store I will be purchasing from. Thank you for a great experience.

Amazing store, Peter was able to find my battery warranty after I’ve been to three other stores and was told I have to go to the original store of purchase (which is in west palm beach). I most definitely will be shopping here from now on. Amazing staff.
Very unprofessional. I called the store on Friday, 10/09/20 at 6:40pm, a man answered the phone. When I asked him for the part that I was looking for, he quickly asked me if I can hold but just placed me on hold without any noticed. This is the second store I have called. The first store had me on hold for 20 mins after stating the hold would only be 5 mins. When I called back as associate answered but when I said hello, the person never said anything, they remained silent. This ridiculous. I feel as though the salesmen there are a little too comfortable with their jobs. Maybe they are forgetting that without good customer service, you have no one to sale to. Unbelievable! Very unsatisfied and taking business to a place they want it

These guys never have my part even though it says “in stock” at this store on the website! Always “special order” The one time I thought they had my part it was the wrong part. I always end up going to Autozone down the road. Much nicer people, more professional.
As soon as I got into the store I was hit on immediately. One guy asked me how old I was and how many kids I had. I hope the manager and the owner reads this and retrain their staff ASAP !!!
Bought the wrong brake pads two weeks prior return then got a prompt refund thanks to the highly-skilled professional at the front. Highly recommended will return four more parts 👌😃👍

This guy eden serves up 3 customer and i was in the store before the customer i am standing with my battery waiting and i asked him why you have people skipping me his response its one line then so i asked am i to stand in line with my battery then he going to take another customer that walked in look i would never come back to this store again and i may have to boycott this store or advance Auto stores in all .. respect goes a long way and this worker clearly had none

I went to this location because of the high ratings. I carried a car battery in to the store where three employees were idly sitting around. One older gentleman, a younger man and a woman. All three ignored me and finally the young man said, Sit that there. Another man entered the store that was obviously a friend customer and the young man never asked me what I wanted and walked away. I stood there for a few minutes while the other two acted like they were waiting on the other to do something. Finally I said, I do not need this and walked away. No one followed, no one cared. This place must have had friends rate them because it is not friendly and they are not helpful. A waste of your time. The worst service I have ever experienced.

I bought a battery forMy truck a year ago and today I call to see if i can change the battery or what’s the warranty after the year when I give my telephone number and what coincidence that my number is not in the system anymoreAnd I haven’t change my number and they are asking me for the receive everyone knows that the ink won’t las that long...what a thief they are....

I had some car issues went there they told me it was my alternator, I buy a new one, from there, replace it and I was still having the same issues, I go back they tell me its my alternator again. I told them no I just bought one and replaces it the same day and with that info his information suddenly changes and it becomes my battery, I had a warranty for my battery from advanced auto and they some how seem to not be able to find me in the system so instead I had to pay full price from somewhere else for a new battery. This place is terrible and I dont plan to return to any advanced auto in the future.

There were 3 employees here. One was playing video games on his phone (his name was David) he almost let a phone call go to voicemail because he was too busy playing video games although the phones were ringing and employees were standing in line. LOL

Please have patience when you come to this store. I run a business almost 24 hours repairing cars. Saul, Cesar, Melissa, Pablo, Rolf, Kenny, Ms. Flo, I can go on. This staff will move mountains to make sure you got what you need. The influx of calls and walkins in peak hours are overwhelming to the most veteran associate - but this crew they make things happen.
