Worst service ever. I purchased for over $5000 of furnitures they are missing some pieces for my kids bed and never call me for a week when i call them the lady told me the pieces are missing from the warehouse and they are looking for them. One more werk pace no update when i call again and tey to resolve the problem she basically. Got mad and hang up on me. Please people do your research before buying . they only good to Spanish people in an haitian community. They are fake

When it came to the sales experience it was very positive, Jean was very nice. I went to store, received very good hospitality and felt I left with a great deal. I purchased two mattresses and two box springs. However, when it was time to pick up the product, the mattress I was promised was not available at the warehouse. They tried to give me a very cheap mattress that was equivalent to the price of my purchased mattress. That specific mattress was offered to me at the store and I declined to take the day of purchase. As a result, I was basically strong armed to pay an additional $150 ($75 each) for better quality mattresses. Furniture to go offered a refund, but at this point I needed the mattresses and would have wasted my time (approximately 1 hour) at store and (approximately 2 hours going back and forth) at distributor warehouse. I came to this store initially to support a small business vs. franchise during the Corona-virus Pandemic. I would not recommend Furniture 2 Go NMB to friends and family.

The rear part of this furniture store is very dirty looks very nasty they dont clean it makes the business look like a junkyard I would not recommend anyone buying furniture here
