Relocating to the North Miami Beach area. Needed furniture asap. Shopped at the NE 167th Street store April 2021. Paid cash for the 2-pc Ashley Alessio Beige sofa and love seat. Luis and store clerk were quite nice. Though short of staff, furniture was delivered as promised. Now, here comes the sad part. Ashley has usually been quality furniture. Certainly not memory foam. Most uncomfortable piece of furniture I have ever sat on. Sitting in the middle of the couch, print remains in cushion. Very uncomfortable to sit on. Two adults use the furniture. Very poor quality. More of a conversation piece to take up space in the living room

We never rented furniture before and we were not sure what to expect. We are glad we did and we are glad we chose this location to do business with. Christian the manager was professional, helpful and always answered our calls, questions and concerns in a very nice manner. The two gentlemen that made the delivery of the furniture ( Junior and Lionel) and then made the pick up, were beyond nice. They really deserve 10 stars. They wrapped all the pieces in thick covers to prevent scratching the elevator or walls and they did a great job setting up the furniture.The condo maintenance personnel that had to be present during the delivery / pick up of the furniture are very difficult and they managed to get them onboard too.In general, we had a great experience and fully appreciate everything that was done.Thank you.

Bad experience with them can’t believe it never thought I was going to be treated that way.... did not delivered on time and on top off that careless off my kids didn’t have a bed to sleep on got away from a abused relationship I had to leave everything behind... they did not Delivered my Kids bunkbed and a desktop computer way before the Fourth of July and the next following Monday they told me going to arrive at one and afternoon I checked in my whole entire day to deliver items and they did not deliver the same day To my house the next following day which they bought a bunkbed here that I did not impressed with did not like going to another location ... and the so why was it lovely is terrible and I believe I believe she have something going on with the supervisor ... good for them all I care about is try to make business with Rent a center and for my kids to be happy with there bunkbed .... I don’t recommend this location for know one she unprofessional and rude and careless about people children I hope she change her ways ... god bless her

Theyre thieves. I brought a bedroom set from them, every time Im almost done paying ..my balance always changing. ..When I went in and question them about it...I was told the money I pay only which was !$70.60..they only applied $59.99 to my account because that was the money.for the bed....DONT GO TO THAT LOCATION. ..THEYRE UNPROFESSIONAL, they.have no idea what theyre doing. ..they are over charging customers

I had a Great Experience I bought my sons bedroom set here im very happy with it. The staff is really nice and friendly. I never missed a payment when I was done with all my payments the staff memebers and I believe their managers actually came to my hse with treats for Halloween for my son and Great offers so unexpected and made me feel good as a customer. The furniture is very nice but the attention is terrible. I asked for a budget, the employee with little training could not make me, I went shopping, came back and nothing. Then he told me that he would call me to give me the prices and until today 09/08 nothing. The visit was on Thursday 05/08. Efficiency 0

Worst experience ever ... no body know nothing neither the manager can explain to you NOTHING. They never call your references and tell you all the time they did ...The worst shopping experience ... nobody knows anything about anything, nor does the manager have any knowledge or preparation for his position and responsibility as manager. They ask for contacts as references to call them and verify about you, they tell you that they called them and they never did ...!the place is not in optimal conditions or with the necessary maintenance, dirty carpets, bad odor in the store and the detestable bathroom, dirty and with the A / C drain overflowing at all times.FALSE promotions.!
