This office can get crowded very easily. Also theyre not very organized, I watched them call three people who came in after me before I said something. The service itself was good the young man did all he could to help me. He made the payment, he adjusted the phone.

They helped me set up a tablet I had previously set up. Amazing staff manager kept checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Very clean store. I saw them wiping stuff down after people would leave an area.

Angela took over an hour to figure out how to set up my watch properly because the day before another tmobile gave me my warranty and said bye to do it myself. This staff is amazing and extremely patient

I wouldn’t recommend this store to my worst enemy. Between 4-5 employees at one time, barely any customers in the store & there’s no sort of acknowledgement. The guy who is built like a Rav 4 with more bags under his eyes than TSA just refused to do anything. He just passes you into someone else instead of being useful. He shouldn’t have a job if he’s not going to work. They’re just talking about personal things instead helping. I’m happy to see this the group of people being employed. There was CPNI out also :)

Today, marks the worst possible customer service I received from any and every T-mobile store. Normally, theres a guy signing you in, as an organized form of waiting. But today he wasnt there, so I stood there for 5 minutes unattended. I proceeded to walk up to a gentleman name Adam with a tmobile shirt on. Then Adam shouted at me, by telling me to manually sign on a tablet. In a very rude demeanor. I was pleasantly surprise, but signed in. Within 30 seconds he called my name (not sure why I signed in when there was no line). Anywho, what really set the tone for my visit was, explaining to Adam my iPhone 7 issues. After telling him the problem with the phone, he called someone else to help. Its so sad that Tmobile decided to employ Adam when he has no experience, and has to divert me and my questions to another tmobile employee. My visit contained more time repeating the problem, than resolving. Very poor experience that I had to review.

Terrible service from Dassou. Shed rather be scrolling on Facebook then speak to her customers. Seemed to get more irritated with every questions I asked about upgrading to another phone. Ignored me when her co-worker started showing her how his friend or family member was doing it big on Instagram or Facebook lol. Ungrateful kids. Do what youre paid for. It was time. I had to upgrade even though really didnt want to. The staff went over all my options and made sure I felt secure with my decision didnt just try and rush me.
