My son brought his hard drive here to see if data could be retrieved, Julio charged $39 diagnostic fee & said he would provide a report in a few hours. No call back by the end of day. Next day it took several calls to get results. Disorganized & unprofessional.They said it would cost over $1K to retrieve the data. My son didn;t have the immediate cash so asked for the hard drive back with the diagnostic report. Took more time to get hard drive as they said it was disassembled. Never received the diagnostic report.I suspect they did no diagnostics, held the hard drive hoping wed agree to their service.The business is a scam. Do not trust your equipment or data with them.

My laptop was running way too slow. I took it in for them to take a look at. Julio recommended upgrading to a solid state drive and showed me why it would better than what I currently have. I decided to let him do what he thought was best. Sufficed to say, my laptop is ridiculously fast now. His prices were fair. When I explained that I didnt want to spend too much, he came up with a way to keep my cost low challenged me to find a better price. I stuck with him because his customer service is amazing and the repair was done same day. I will continue going to him.

I had an abysmal experience. They overcharged for a diagnostic that was absurd and usually is free to get, they wouldn’t give me my own serial number when I called, and they were rude. Look elsewhere for your computing solutions.
Beware! Bought a laptop from this place a few months ago. Was told it had a antivirus installed and if I had any issues to bring it back. All my 14 year old daughter has used it for was for school. The computer stoped working so I brought it in. They now tell me it has a virus and it will be $199 to repair.I took the computer and will have it looked at at a replicable business. I don’t trust this place at all. Shady!

Do Not Go Here unless you want to lose your money. Julio, the owner, is a great salesman but he knows very little about computers. He will convince you that his store is the expert on Mac Laptops, but Ive used his services on two separate occasions and both times I regretted it. I blame myself because I was too lazy to look for a better place. But eventually I had to take my Mac elsewhere because Computer Solutions actually has no solutions when it comes to computers. I know his prices may sound attractive but in the end you will spend more money because you will have to take your machine to be fixed elsewhere.

THIEF AND LIAR- I dropped off my laptop telling him my battery would work sometimes. He said it cost $20 to diagnose it (click a button) I knew prior to going that the batter was fine. I called him when he said I should and he told me I needed to replace the battery and that it would cost over $100. I told him I know the battery is fine and that we should work out a deal to fix the computer. He said come pick it up and hung up. When I picked it up a man was pissed off with a TV and said he got tricked too.In summation:1. He didnt touch my computer2. Charged me $20 for collecting dust on his shelf3. He straight up lied to me

Energetic customer service, no complaints on that part. However when I brought my PC there I was charged 20 for a diagnosis and then later on called only to find out that they had already fixed the problem and it would be 200 dollars. That is just unacceptable. However the customer service guy tried his best the whole way through and was as friendly as possible.

I could not believe the people that run this place. I got a flat tire and pulled into their parking lot to fix it. Before I could even get started, this young guy comes out and instead of asking if everything was ok, he tells me I need to move my car, which would of caused more damage to my rims. If that wasnt bad enough, someone who seemed like his boss came out and again, same thing: not asking if everything was ok but instead saying I needed to move my car because I was blocking his parking lot. Took me all of 10 minutes to change my tire. In that time, only one (1) car came in, who had no trouble parking, and some else left, also no issue getting out. If this is how they treat someone in trouble, I feel sorry for their actual customers.
To whom this may concern,My experience with Solution Computer was so favorable for my whole family that i found it necessary to let the community of South Fla.know what kind of guy we got helping us, while not getting extensively over charged.Julio on so many occasions helped me saving me a lot of money.I could go on and on and tell you, Oh i almost forgot my mother in law lives in Del Ray and if your mother in law is any thing like mine, every thing has to be done and right yesterday, well this guy made it so rite with her that she actually took us out to dinner.He has a second location in Deerfield Beach is where she saw Julio.The last thing im going to say is that if go anywhere else in the South Florida area youd have to have your head examined dont even make any mistakes go see Julio or call him rite Now.

Disappointed i felt ripped off had my laptop refreshed for 120$ was suppose to have antivirus software but it crashed within a few days of getting it fixed went back to talk to the owner and he said i would have to pay again to get it fixed which was alot more expensive than other computer repair shops. i brought it to another place for half the cost and its still running strong.

I took my fully functioning laptop to Solution Computer Inc. in to I took my fully functioning laptop in for it to be updated from Windows XP. I left it with them and they said they would call me by the end of the day. End of the day came and no one called me so I showed up as they were closing. I went home to turn on my laptop to know a blank screen. I went and asked another computer repair company what the issue could be. They advised me that the hard drive had been removed. I return to Solution Computer and they advise me that they would look at it again and look around to see what may have happened to my hard drive/laptop. They advised me to leave it again. I went back to get it this morning and they said they dont know what happened. I let them know that this is not how I brought it to them and something needed to be corrected to its prior conditiont. He began to wrap up my computer and asked me to leave.I thought this was a reputable business. The fact I brought them a fully functioning laptop that just needed an update to a laptop that is now missing a hard drive and no answers as to how this happened.
Their terrible! Im enraged that I took my computer to them!!! I took my computer to get looked at it had problems and then they gave me their prices, I decided not to go through with it at the time because my funds were low. I recently moved, I took my computer to a place up the street and they informed me that the hard drive was missing, I was enraged!!!! They were the last person to open up the computer and for whatever reason somebody took out the hard drive and returned the computer without the hard drive in it. That was years of memories videos and documents that Ive had since I was 12 tons of pics and videos of pets and family that passed away on there!!!!!! They claim they cant find it but they were the last one to have looked at it, therefore Im going to sue because of their careless nature! They shouldnt be hiring untrustworthy technicians, they should be hiring technicians that are honest and great at what they do instead of being in a rush to find any uneducated technicians all the time thats how they end up with all these problems!!!! Do not go there unless you want you want to be scammed and lied to!
I went in because I was having some issues with my wifi card, long story short the guy at the desk JULIO said that one of my options was to purchase a USB wifi adapter. In a nutshell after leaving the store I decided to see how much the adapter costs..... $10.00 and Julio sold it to me for $53.00 I know as a business you need to make some profit, but to pay $53.00 for something that cost $10 is a problem. I thought about returning it but when looking at the bottom of the receipt it said all says are final. So this is a loss I had to take. Hopefully no one else has to be robbed the way I was. If youre comfortable praying $53 for something that you can buy on Amazon for $10. More power to you.

I payed $330 to have my tv fixed. After one week they said it was ready, I brought it home and the same issue was happening. Then I returned the tv back to the store. Now Ive been waiting for almost 2 months and nothing happens. Totally regret to go to this place. Really dont recommend it.
