Good shop. Gamestop gets a bad rep for having employees who constantly push services at you. I havent had this happen to me however. They rearranged the store, and while I prefer the previous arrangement, its not much of a hastle. Also the employees are incredible, they are helpful and nice.
Went with my grandkids and, not being a gamer, it had no effect on me. They sell new and used games in every format except Atari. They also sell themed merchandise (t-shirts, wearables, controllers, headphones, collector figures and anime-related stuff). Their prices are average. They had three customers and everyone was masked and kept their distance. Customer service was a bit slow at checkout. They display merchandise that they dont have. We left mildly disappointed.

My son loves this place, I love taking him here and we always have great Father and son bonding moments here, my son is High Functioning Autistic. And his way to want to be a normal kid is by playing games with his online friends who don’t judge him. We always have great customer service here. And always have the games he wants.

I love this place. The staff is awesome and well knowledgeable (saved me from buying a couple of bad titles) and really want you to enjoyed the games that you buy. I been to a lot of gamestop locations but this is absolutely the best. Worth the drive.

Awesome service and knowledgeable employees but 4 days ago I purchased 2 games for my son birthday and 1 wouldnt work so I went back today for an exchange and purchased 3 more games and now one of the 3 new games wont work either..smh and I cant get anyone to answer the phone and I dnt have gas to keep going back and forth every few days.
The gentlemen that work at this location always have a great attitude, recommendations, and are always very helpful. This is my favorite gamestop in the north Miami area. Never had any problems shopping here, they make your visit fast and convenient. Thank you gamestop team.

Worst place to purchase games or trades.. the staff will not sell u a used game if they are interested in gettin it them selves.. also they never open on time... it says at 10 am. and these guys wont open till 11 or 10 40.. when ever they feel like it . really hope they get sone better employees...

The manager Jenny always has a bad attitude every time I come in. Her attitude really puts a damper on the whole establishment. Anytime I come in and she’s not there I have a pleasant experience. Maybe corporate should take a closer look or send her for some proper customer service training.

This gamestop has low staff but that one worker is great at his job. The store is never packed so he usually walks around and offers assistance and offers great advice on what types of games,headphones etc to pick. Maybe the store was bad awhile back but its a good store now.

This store card reader/pin pad is damaging the chip on peoples card. Which means you have to get a whole new card and update your billing information on different sites. A headache. Thanks gamestop

Google hours say 8pm and store closes at 6. And that wouldn’t be a problem, but when we got there at 7pm there were 3 people inside(employees) one girl and two guys. When i knocked at the door they just looked at me and ignored, i knocked second time and got yelled at. Happened on Sunday 10-7-2018. That shifts crew doesn’t know anything about customer service. I don’t ask to be pampered, just tell me you are closed as your hours online say different

Horrible horrible horrible customer service, store manager was one of the rudest individuals Ive ever encountered. Hours are incorrectly shown online, and even though I called to confirm that they would close at the time specified and was told that they closed at 8pm on Sunday then drove for an hour to find out rudely and disrespectfully that they closed at 6pm. Save yourself a trip and just order or download your game online, so you dont waste your time and have to succumb to disrespect and horrible customer service.

Cheap price on games
I guess 1 Star is the lowest rating you can give someone, if there was worse I would selected that. What a bad business model when you compete with amazon prime and Best Buy both of which have a membership program that offer 20% off on all game per-orders an offer gamestop cannot and will not offer even with paid membership. So the way they compete is by providing horrible customer service along with having very little to no knowledge of their own business. I recently pre-ordered an item here with a release date of 08/30 it is now 09/10 and nothing yet when I call I’m given an attitude and told simply we don’t know one day it’ll come, is what I’m being told at one point I was even told that because I pre-ordered so late. However that is not the case and 2 weeks later still nothing. I even contacted customer service several times and every time there is a 1 hour wait time (must be a lot of complaints) so the icing on the cake was when customer service told me they would call me within 72 hours with a resolution and I haven’t heard from them since almost 2 weeks later. I have now extended to all my friends the use of my prime account so that they too can enjoy 20% off on all game pre-orders in the hopes they do not have to deal with this unbearable customer service or lack there of.
Management at this location have no respect for customers. I made a order online with store pick up, when I received the email saying my copy is there I went to pick it up and in was told that the price online would not be honored because I ordered yesterday and the location was closed so I could not have picked it up on the same day he said the price had changed and I would have to pay todays price. I understand this concept as companies dont this all the time but when the manager told me he could not help me I asked for the regional manager number and her refused to give me the number and Instead game me the corporate number which had an over 40 minute wait time anouncement. I once again asked for the Regina manager number and he said he would not give it to me but since its cyber Monday there might be a deal for the game online and I can place the order online for store pickup tomorrow which placing and order online for store pickup the next day was the reason he said that he would not be able to honor the price in the first place, his lack of sense was not the issue, the issue is he accused me and all of his customers of being wrong and talked to down to me the entire time. The other employee was willing to give the Divisional manager number but he did not allow him to. I have gone to gamestop for as long as I can remenber and this was by far the worst experienced I had
I never really have a pleasant time in this Gamestop. They always have one employee that knows nothing about the games on the counter. Constantly have to ask the other managers, which are no help either. Truthfully if you have another Gamestop that you can go. Go there.The one on the Pomanade Shops is awesome. Its smaller but the people working there know what they sell. If that is what you are looking for in a store besides games.

It Was Definitely Great, Just I Waited In Line For A Long Time.
I highly DO NOT recommend this store to anyone. I went here to trade in my Playstation 2 console. Employees made me wait more than 20 minutes before they were able to help me. During that 20 minutes time frame, the three employees I saw stood around and chatted with two other customers even after they had purchased their items. After those customers left and I was called up, one of the employees had the nerve to tell me Really? The last five minutes? since it was five minutes before his shift had ended. I left with my Playstation 2 console still in my hands because they would not accept it since it was not in perfect condition. Like I said, I do not recommend this store to anyone and you would be better off to another Gamestop store and saving your time and receiving a much better experience.
Usually gamestop doesnt disappoint, as soon as one walks in, the allure of the gaming world draws any unbeliever in. But the customers service in this particular gamestop made me want to end game. Theres was a long line, and yet a bored lonely employee at the door unwilling to help.
There is this one employee who really knows how to piss off a line of people. Talks to every customer about every single little stupid thing. Im here to buy a game and go, i dont wanna wait in line 30 minutes because an employee is discussing which weapon is better in fallout 4. I get it games are fun and gamers like to interact but jesus christ there is people waiting i dont want to see none of that crap.

GameStop is ridiculous when it comes to prices and trade ins. They are a rip off, they gave me only a dollar for both nba and Madden thats only a year old. I only buy on Amazon now.
Everytime I walk into that gamestop its always a major disappointment. Some of the employees there dont care about helping the customers. Most of them if anything talk bad about the customers behind their backs like they did with me when I bought a used game and decided to switch it out for a new one. I would never recommend this gamestop to anyone. This will be the last time I ever shop there.
