The worst experience I have ever had. They broke my phone and offered to only pay half. The owner was down right rude. Do not try to reason all they know how to do is yell. Please save your self the time and never go there.

Best phone place in town the best friendly service

I used the U Haul Truck Rental service through Heat Wireless phone store and was very pleased. II needed to rent a truck to move two large carpets I purchased from The Home Depot. I highly recommend this shop, they give the cheapest deal youll find in Miami whether its purchasing or repairing electronics. Not to mention, the quality of work is first class all the repairs are rendered flawless. I brought in my iPhone 7 with a morbidly cracked screen, LCD, loose charger port, stuck power button and weak sound from the speaker. They gave me the best price out of 8 shops I called in total; less than 1/3rd of what the other shops were asking. Plus, it was speedy turnaround I brought my phone in on Sunday night and it was available to pick up by early Monday afternoon. The owner is very laid back, kind, reasonable and personable in his nature as well as his wife and their cutie of a daughter. For example, when I went to pick up my phone I was out of cash and wanted a case and he let me have the two cases I picked out and told me I can pay him whenever I return in the future (Which I definitely will). My only complaints are the shop isnt in the best area so theres always a group of questionable characters hanging out near the entrance but ultimately their harmless/ keep their banter amongst themselves, and the shop its self is tiny so when theres a few people inside it can feel crowded, also they dont take card unfortunately; but all things considered this shop is and will be my go to from now on.

They are the worst. Outside is dirty. nside is just as bad. The location looks very unsafe. I only went to pick up my wish order. Noone acknowledged me. I stood there 45 mins in a crowded place and ended up leave without my stuff cause there was no organization. Didnt know who was next in line or anything.Inside was a bunch of dirty no good neighborhoods young people. Whatever business they got, it would only be with their own kind.Its a very nasty place. One star is too much.

Bad Business they can barely fix a phone then they stall you for a couple weeks then you come back looking for your phone they lose it

Jomar barely is at the store ALWAYS HAVE CUSTOMERS WAITING MORE THEN 30minutes very unprofessional they don’t even give you a receipt he won’t call to let you know if the process on the phone will take longer then what he told the customer this place needs to be closed down they don’t know how to run a phone company period !
