A bit too slow on the loading, and unloading. Since it was priced per hour, they were able to stretch it out to 5 hours. 2 bedroom, NO washer/ dryer, NO stove and refrigerator, since it was already packed up in storage it was a convenient to load. Unload was curb to garage with 90 percent boxes to garage. Very little furniture, and this is not my first rodeo show, it should have not taken 5 hours! It seems that most movers, from my experience, never show up on the date agreed on for initial setup, there is a breakdown in communication with dispatch. I have watched my son pack a moving truck, with more stuff in 1 1/2 hrs. Try for a set fee scenario, or expect the movers to act like it will take all day. The guys were polite and friendly though, but not happy with the stretching the time to move stuff.

So this place totally surprised me for one factor is that the genuine customer service that these people treat you with and support you with moving your home is the upmost best quality. When using moving companies youll notice that another of them are well OVER PRICED. However this company has such realistic pricing and compete with other moving businesses. This business will not let you down not one bit. They go to such extreme measures to keep there customers satisfied and thats a win for me. Customer service is a MAIN FACTOR for me and this place succeeds in that genre.

I needed some stuff moved around my house. I had previously used Two Men and a Truck for a local move years ago and had a good experience, so I called them to see if they could help me. I found out that they do offer in-home moving services. I was able to get on the schedule fast and a couple of nice guys came out today to get our stuff all situated. They were fast and super nice and professional. I had a seamless experience from scheduling to completion. Highly recommend these folks!

First of all, I have been moving since a child privately, in the military, and working for the federal government. This is the worst experience and move period. Half of my property was damaged. I only uploaded a few pictures.Now, I understand why the Rich and Best people hire Allied and North American amongst many other movers. Nathan Charles and the other movers or staff lied to me directly. They showed Zero respect. I am a Disabled Military Veteran and I didn’t end get a discount. The only thing that went perfectly was payment.Secondly, these lack of humans did not give me the respect to help put my bed back together. I have 2 beds that need assembled. On the other hand, 1 particular mover from Ohio did help to put my kitchen table together. 👌🏾Thirdly, can you believe this terrible moving company shipped my furniture in 2 different shipments. BUT they shipped 4 table legs and no table top, they shipped my 3 seater couch but missing a back part, they shipped my love seat back part ONLY without a couch, they shipped 2 mattresses for 2 different beds. Nothing made sense.Lastly, they DO GO through your property. I have open boxes and bags everywhere.This is your last warning about using disrespectful 2 Di6ks and a Truck.

I normally dont leave reviews often but i thought the great service we got gave me a good reason to get on here and leave one.This is the first moving service we have ever used, and it will be the only moving service we use from here on out. From start to finish we received excellent service, the online form was very simple and the few questions we did have were handled honestly and professionally. Hiring movers can be a bit expensive depending on where you live, where you are moving, and how many things have to be moved but Two Men and a Truck will give you your moneys worth.Even though we were moving out from an apartment on the 3rd floor and there were 2 sets of stairs 2 guys were able to get our whole place loaded in the truck in an hour and 15 minutes, and had us unloaded at our new place in 45 minutes. There were no extra charges at the end either, it is a by the hour service with no extra or hidden fees, but they will also break your rates down to 15 minute increments so if they work for 2 hours and 15 minutes you will only be charged for a quarter of the hourly rate for that 15 minutes and not a whole extra hour unlike other companies ive heard about that will charge you for the whole hour and will also charge extra for stairs,heavy objects, etc. Two Men and a Truck made our first experience hiring movers a good one and will definitely use their services again in the future

Our packing services were somehow mysteriously cancelled the day after we made them so that made things very chaotic and had to move the next day to allow time for our packing services. The administrative side of things seems a bit disorganized/off. However, our move team of Glen and Andrew were FANTASTIC! So friendly, quick, and efficient. They did a great job and were so pleasant to be around. They get a full 5 stars for sure! We would book again just because of them!

I DO NOT recommend this moving service at all if you are in Las Vegas area. I totally regret using this service and I should have just gone with another company. The person on charge of the move was unprofessional, disrespectful with his remarks towards me and his partner, didnt follow any COVID state regulations (had an attitude against masks), and in simple words just LAZY. I needed to move few items locally, nothing big besides an elliptical machine, which was the main reason why I got this service.He didnt even want to try to move it to the second floor, didnt measure the space or make an attempt. He just came with the whole waiver and damages claims, that will cost me more money, that he can put the machine apart but cant put it back together, and he can break it. It felt more like a threat than just trying to help me out. What kind of service is this?! I spoke with the manager after, and no resolution besides some refund of $60 after spending over $500.I had to helped them out to move boxes, because there werent 2 men working it was just one and me bringing the boxes in the house. He will show up once in a while after checking his phone, definitely a slow service, considering that you pay for every 15 minutes.I have moved many times around the country, and ALL the movers that I interacted with figured the way to move heavy equipment without causing any issues, because they are professionals and know what they are doing. This is main reason why you request moving services, not to hear them complaining about how difficult the move is.

We scheduled a move in November to move or household contents into a POD that was being used durning renovation. The morning of the move we received a call from 2 Men & a Truck to cancel because someone in the company had come down with Covid and the company needed to cancel. We understood and called another company to do the move into the POD.We just finished renovations and called them to move us back in from the POD. In the middle of the move back we were told the could not reassemble the items because they didnt do the move into the POD. I spoke with the General Manager and he would not budge. Even when I explained why they werent the original company.So at 66 years old, I was left to put 2 beds, a dining room table and my desk together. It was not the fault of the movers, they were following orders.They also damaged a few things. I will not be using them again.

The movers were quick. However, they scratched alot of my furniture and damaged the floor as they went. Time wise they were the best. The whole move was done in 3.5hrs. However, they were not very careful with my furniture or floor. They had me sign a waiver too, so all the damage is on me.

Not sure what happened but I booked with a young lady by providing my cc over the phone for a deposit but when the time came there was no record of my reservation. Dissapointed to say the least!

I used them once before and had a good experience. My most recent move with Two Men and a Truck was horrible.A box containing fragile, valuable Lenox and Llardros statues was dropped by one of the movers. I didnt purchase additional insurance given it was a short move and I was told that their minimal amount of insurance would be adequate.The issue is less about the insurance and even reimbursement, but more about the complete lack of communication and followthru. I called their office 5 times, always told I would get a call back that never came. Then I called their Corporate office and was informed that someone from the local office would get back to me on two days. That was 9 days ago.All I wanted was an apology. My daughter, and grandmother gave me most of the pieces going back 40 years. The pieces had great sentimental value to me so no amount would be worth the loss. A phone call and an apology would have made me feel better. Now I do want whatever Im entitled to, as well as letting others know NOT to use Two Men and a Truck.

Two Men and a Truck charged my account when I scheduled a move a week in advance and then they show up 6 hours late. They called me disrespectful and took off leaving me here with my tired and hungry 2 year old and all of my belongings. I beg you for the safety and security of your family and your belongings do not USE Two Men and a Truck. I cannot believe how terrible the customer service was.Edit to add: Manager offered 5% discount for my inconvenience, which was a slap in the face. Movers wouldn’t return calls or texts and showed up another HOUR late after they confirmed. They then called us disrespectful for being upset and drove away without moving our stuff. I have never in my life dealt with a worse company. How are these people still in business?

I am elated with my move today and will only recommend this company to any friends and family that ask! Brian was helpful over the phone (however, please make sure to indicate to pack boxes in the truck next time!) and the movers, Kevin, Carter (?) and Chase (?) were AWESOME. If I could personally request those three to move me again, I will. Respectful gentlemen and hard workers! We had great conversation, the move was on time and it went flawlessly. Chase even had to go back and get boxes and it was no big deal at all. I am not one to write reviews but I had to for this company. Made my entire year!!!!

Excellent Service. We were quoted four hours to move our fully furnished one bedroom apartment, but it ended up only taking 2 hours. Well worth the price of moving all the heavy stuff that my wife and I cant move on our own anymore. Our movers were both professional and did not waste anytime getting everything loaded and unloaded. We will definitely use the company again in the future.

Horrible experience using this company. They damaged multiple items in my move. Hole in wall, broken couch, broken computer table, broken statue, jumbled and damaged boxes and memorabilia. Their mover backed up the truck in the middle of moving (with nothing tied or secured) and backed over their own ramp so everything came crashing down. After that they just rushed to get everything out and leave. Weeks have gone by and while the contractor they work with to fix all of their mess ups did fix the broken couch and the wall, I have not heard a peep from their claim department about the rest of their damage. Worst customer service ever and I will absolutely warn everyone away from this company. I called multiple times to speak to Robert who supposedly handles claims and no response.

During this pandemic it was hard to get a live person on the phone. I called several local companies and no one answered. I came across this company and not only did I get a live person, he was so personable and accommodating. The two gentlemen who came to my home were so kind and courteous, I couldn’t ask for more. I highly recommend using this company.

The movers were very courteous and friendly, but our flatscreen tv was damaged in the move. We followed up about compensation, but never heard back.Update: We tried calling to follow up about our broken tv, but noone answered the phone and their mailbox was full. The movers were great, never stopped working, never stood around wondering what to do next, never took a break. They knew what they were doing, worked as a team, and they finished the job in the 3 hour time window as promised. Ive moved dozens of times and never had such a pleasant experience. We used them for two moves. The first was satisfactory, the second the movers negligently packed the truck (they literally threw a bike on top of a tv), forged our signature, which included altering our choice of insurance coverage. After 7 months of talks with the company they offered us 600$ for over 10k$ worth of damage and do not return our calls or emails. Stay away from Two Jerks and a Truck!

I had contracted with them for 3 men to come pack and 3 men to move us to our new home. They only sent 2 guys. Those two guys worked very hard but they truly needed the 3rd guy. We ended up having to pack things, and even move things ourselves. We spent 4 days after they left moving stuff ourselves in our car. We had to leave our 135gallon aquarium because our friends who came to help us move it had to help take it to our new house had to help pack and load the truck.When they called the office they were told no third guy was coming and that if it was needed I could call another moving company pay two men to unload the truck there or reschedule... RESHEDULE? the house was sold cant reschedule that.When they started unloading at the new house they were exhausted they dropped an antique mule chest damaging it irreparably almost breaking one of their legs.Due to having to continue doing the job that I paid them to do I was unable to clean the house I had sold causing the new owners to keep the $1000 deposit.So I lost135 gal aquariumA mule chest4 days I shouldve been setting up my new homeAnd $1000What they gave back because I bought the extra insurance was $1400.00. Thats it.The excuse was COVID we cant find workers. They also demanded that the guys finish my job then go help another crew... where was that crew when my guys needed help?

Scheduled a small move. No call no show company rarely answers the phone or return calls. Finally got ahold of someone an hour before the office closed and 2 hours after my move window and was told the driver would call soon they did not call.

If I could give -4 stars I would. I am a military wife I have moved my whole life. This company offers zero for the military family, in fact I felt they Said they would offer me a discount on the phone and that never happened, but what happened after that was horrible, I paid $1250 and I did most of the moving. Granted they move the heavy objects but the rest I did And they were slacking off pretending like they needed to shrink wrap things just to stay out of the heat. Everything I own was shrink wrapped and that does not prevent an item from being damaged, I could talk about the damage that has been done to my items but what makes me more mad is the following: The manager or driver or whatever, argued with the other two movers all day long causing delay after delay! Then I had to go find a driver who was in the truck on his cell phone for over 20 minutes. When I asked him why he wasn’t helping he went back inside the house and started yelling at the other movers again. Meanwhile I am moving more boxes then all three of them put together I am 55 years old. Then they make you sign a waiver that you won’t go after them for broken items before you can inspect your items, that are all smashed in a storage unit. Boxes that said clearly fragile on them had holes in the top where things were dropped on top of them, and I even showed the movers they just shrugged their shoulders. The story just goes on and on it took over six hours for them to move a three-bedroom house and I did not even have furniture in one of the bedrooms! In fact I did not have very much stuff at all. Have they actually showed up and got busy and moved things into the truck the day would’ve gone a lot faster. But to add to all of the insult and pain Management did nothing in fact they just charged me more money because they had to send more people to get it done! Do not waste your time or money with these people

The moving truck that was used spilled a lot of oil. We did reach out to two men and a truck and at first, they said they would come out and take care of it, they never did and they have ignored me and my wife since then. Customer service is lacking and they are actively trying to avoid fixing their mistake!UPDATE: these photos were taken 10/31 after they said they came out to take care of it.

Ron, the manager of the moving team that arrived, was very professional and he asked the right questions before starting the move. The team consisted of Ron, Malcolm and Dante. They were all very polite and reassured my Mom that everything would be taken cared of. There were no issues and no damaged items or walls during this move. The guys were fast and made everything secure in their truck. Ron was super polite and made sure the move went smoothly. I was thoroughly pleased with the move, especially during a pandemic, from planning the date, to completing the deposit to the actual move.Things went downhill when I noticed an item did NOT make it into my place of residence. I followed up several times by phone, twice locally and once at the corporate level. I also followed up by email. My last communication I spoke with the local office. They promised to look into the situation and get back to me. I never heard back. I even got a couple of surveys later and I responded that I would not complete a survey until I hear back about my missing item. Still nothing.I was really happy with the moving rep, Robert. He was meticulous, careful and patient. He even made the contentious situation that caused the move easier. I am disappointed that I haven’t heard back. But I will more than likely give them another chance.

One driver was professional as the other was asking me if I dated black men and was completely unprofessional I didn’t even tell the boss I could of probably got my entire payment back he texted me after the move was over trying to still talk to me. I had to change my number !

Superlative in every way. The office is highly experienced, accurate and proactive in estimations, planning and coordination. The two guys in the truck knocked it out of the park. Got it done early and below budget. Ive hired this outfit twice, once within Phoenix and most recently in my move from Phoenix to Flagstaff. The second time was because of my complete satisfaction with the first time. Just plain outstanding.

We previously had an experience with another moving company who broke several of our things, including an antique table. With Two Men and a Truck, NOTHING WAS BROKEN!!!Our out of state moving team was Brian and Ron and they were absolutely terrific. They were courteous, always checked with us if they had any questions and asked us if we had any concerns that they should specifically address. They were professional throughout the whole process and genuinely happy and easy going, which made moving less stressful. Chris and TJ showed up on time and made quick work of the loading. They wrapped the furniture to make sure drawers and doors did not open while in transit. They arrived at the new location on time and unloaded quickly. They were completely professional. The estimate was very accurate. I would highly recommend this company.

I recently hired Two Men and a Truck to move my 1742 Sq Ft house. They showed up on time, a little early which was fine. Friendly enough. However, the quote I was given over the phone was MUCH different to the quote they gave me when they showed up on moving day. Nathan quoted me that it would take 3 hours to move my house...$185 per hour using 3 men instead of 2 men at $145 per hour. I told him the exact size house and number of bedrooms, etc, and what all needed to be moved. He recommended that I use the 3 men instead of 2, so I did. So the movers got to my house and said it will be more like 4-5 hours....and in the end they took 6 1/2 hrs to move...NOT the 3 hour time frame and price I was quoted. I HIGHLY recommend they do in person quotes, not over the phone. I was budgeting on a 3 hr price and it ended up being double the cost that I was quoted. Plus $120 to tip the movers, which I was happy to do. However overall that was pretty disappointing and much more expensive! I had several boxes marked that were going to a separate location than where I was moving to...well, about half of those boxes did not end up at that location and are now packed at the very back of my storage unit where I can not possibly get to them. They did NOT pay attention to the labeled boxes. So this is VERY frustrating as I really need to have access to those boxes. The last 3 hours (approximately) they started to get pretty lazy and did not use the time I was being charged for efficiently, I had to keep jumping in and started helping them move stuff in order to get them moving. They didn’t even finish packing everything I needed...they said their was no more room in their truck when there clearly was, so I was left with another stress trying to figure out how I was going to move the rest of my things. I felt that they just wanted to get it over with. Also the movers mentioned several times that they only get paid $10 per hour and that Two Men and a Truck doesn’t supply them with any extra moving supplies, such as moving straps, tools, etc....general items you would need to use in order to move large/heavy items...so that slowed things down a bit cuz all of my tools were packed up in boxes so I didn’t have any tools to supply them with...which shouldn’t be my problem anyway. I found that strange that a moving company doesn’t supply their movers with extra tools and moving straps, which are necessary. However....I’m paying $185 per hour so I shouldn’t have to worry or even be concerned with what they get paid per hour. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I even bought them all lunch and supplied them with water all day long...tried to do my best to take care of them. Overall I wasn’t that impressed and would not us Two Men and a Truck again. They were just OK.

Great service, affordable, and fast.

These guys are fast friendly and very professional. They noticed a board on my couch was broke and they fixed it for me no extra cost. They showed up early and got right to work. Definitely recommend this company for your move.

This will be the third time using Two Men and a Truck. They have always been great bunch of guys and gals.

Avoid this company. Set up a move and they gave me a window from 9am-11am. Their contract even states they will call if unable to make the window. I called to cancel when it was after 1pm and no call or update. I left several messages asking for any updates. I cancelled and they kept my deposit. Better Business Bureau has been notified and the process has begun. Unprofessional and zero integrity.

They were training a new employee with close supervision so I actually had three men instead, for the price of two. They were actually seven minutes early to arrive on time. Very careful moving of over fifty boxes, a large grandfather clock to storage and also furniture upstairs. The two main employees were very experienced workers. Just based on this visit I would highly recommend this company.

Two men and a truck made my move quick and efficient. The price was fair, the service was courteous and organized. I was very impressed with their professionalism from the beginning to the end of the service. Moving can be a pain but it was much less with their help! Thank you, Two men and a truck! Although the people along the way were nice, my move did not go well. They only moved half my stuff. The truck was too small and there were no more available since it was the end of the month. Then they promised a refund, which I am still waiting to receive. Now, no return calls. It did cross my mind that this is how they work, because they wanted more money to move the remaining items. We decided to move them ourselves. Needless to say they lack customer service and I won’t use them again.

Very good experience with this company. Two very polite young men showed up on time....took extreme care with all furniture...wrapped matresses and couch in plastic ...all items arrived at the new house in good shape..nothing broken... my daughter waited at new house and had them put living room, bedroom and dining area furniture all in place. When I arrived at the house it already looked like a home. The young men who did the move were quiet..industrious..did not waste any time...brought the entire move in at figure quoted. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone contemplating a move.

So I just got this done July 9th. I am use to moving, moved about 4 times for work in the past 2 years maybe. With that being said I’ve never had a moving company take so long and charge me because they were moving VERY SLOW! Like molasses. Damion was great and was not slow but Ben! Yeah no! This was a two bed room apartment with the biggest things were beds and washer and dryer. With the quote over the phone of 4-6hrs. I’m thinking it shouldn’t take that long; ive had a house with way more and TWO movers moved it in less. Two men one truck took almost TEN! 10 whole hours! How sway, you ask? I have no clue. They wasted my time And money and my mom did half the packing as well as giving them all the covers to wrap furniture! They only supplied some boxes, tape and paper because I had most of that as well. If I was there I wouldn’t have paid anything honestly. I’ve never worked with such a terrible company that moves slow as slugs and blames you for their slow works....

In order, they messed up the delivery address, I messed up by not checking the address, the movers messed up by not contacting us when they couldnt find the address for 40 minutes. It was literally less than 10 minutes away. Howmuch longer this would have gone on, I dont know, because I called the movers, and corrected the address. I then called the office to explain, asking for a time reduction. The lady in the office stated that they would check the GPS and get back to me. Did not happen. I have given them 3 weeks to address this. Now, I have to voice my unfortunate xperience here.

While they did their job, they took long waits and extra time to run out the clock. The pricing wasn’t clearly stated on the initial booking. Didn’t remove plastic from furniture moved. Extorted a lot more money to take extra furniture to uhaul which was 5 minutes away and took 5 minutes to unload. Generally unhappy with the cost and value

My experience with two men and a truck was superb. From the moment I put in an online request for quote to the day the movers delivered my stuff out of state. Two men and a truck really makes the process easy. There wasnt a moment that I wasnt sure how the process worked as they always had proactive communication. My movers/packers were extremely kind and treated my stuff like it was theirs.I definitely recommend them to others. Hands down the best experience for something that can usually be so stressful.

I would definitely use these guys again. Very responsive to both emails and phone calls. They did a great job packing everything up with care and executing a tricky move to a mountain cabin. Ive done six moves over the last 20 years and this was the first time moving was a great experience all the way around. Highly recommend using Two Men and a Truck!

My moving team was awesome. Everything made it safely and in a very reasonable amount of time. Company only charges for the time they work, which is a great way to avoid getting gouged. Highly recommend.
