We arrived to life storage around one something my fiancé tried to unlock the lock he bought with renting the storage unit, as we tried for about 20 minutes talking trying to figure out why & how our key is not working on a lock we just use two weeks ago prior. comes to the point we call the office and spoke with _____explained our situation & concerns she voices no urgency to help nor a solution to help but mentions she’s just covering like if that is okay to not know how to do your job. my fiancé went to the office to speak with her. she provided my fiancé a bolt cutter and since it did not work with the lock we purchased, he proceeded to head back to the office she then gave him a Saw and as he receives both of those dangerous & un safe for any of your customers units to have in someone else’s possession without her presence being at the scene. we tried to saw open our lock without a Life Storage employee the blade broke we called back to the office and at this point we are frustrated with the lack of knowledge, urgency & empathy our conversation started to escalate she provided. no communication no awareness of anything very lazy. as I proceeded to the office the door was locked I came in frustrated that for over an hour we got nowhere with her & the service we were receiving. as I’m speaking with her she rolls her eyes huffing and puffing cutes me off as I’m explaining our frustration so she can understand it wasn’t towards her, she is informing me about my attitude towards her & she will not help us. I explain it’s not to you its the situation yet again she was rude and asked me to leave as I did we waited over an hour for a manager, she comes with The saw in her possession as the former employee should have done. She sawed our lock, I slightly pulled up the storage door & seen my belongings on the floor as I sound worried and say oh my gosh why are my things on the floor the assistant manager walks away without showing any concerns nor does she acknowledge the situation that is about to occur…. My storage unit was broken into!!!!!The worst part is we aren’t angry that our storage got broken into with a lot of valuable and sentimental things because they can always be replaced and new memories can be made but the service we received!!

Always a pleasure visiting this location. The staff is so friendly. The even laugh at my jokes.
