We have rented a storage space from U-Haul for the last four years, just recently moving our stuff to this U-Haul storage. This was a HUGE mistake! Booking the space was easy, as we did it on-line and when went to the physical location it seemed easy as well. Then the problems started. We told the counter person that we wanted it set up on auto pay. We went back after a month to put a few more things in storage and it was locked by U-Haul for non-payment. Went to the counter and talked with, his name tag said owner, and he said it was not set up that way. We left, giving them some time to have their lock taken off. Went back the next weekend and they still had the lock on the unit, even though the payment had cleared. We have gone in and out of the unit several times and noticed that cars were always parked at the loading dock. As we walked by each time we noticed that in one or two cars each time they had parts of U-Haul uniforms in the vehicles. Keep in mind that there are only 4 car parking spots at the loading dock. We went back on 5/23 and again, no parking spots were available so we parked in an EMPTY parking spaces were trucks would be parked. As we parked a U-Haul employee came over and said we couldnt park in that location. We tried to ask him where we could park and he said, you want to argue with me then I aint got time for this. We were only trying to find out where we could park. He turned and walked away. My regret is that I did not get his name. I am just thankful that our stuff will be moved out in October. I would suggest you find a more competent U-Haul location to rent from.

Required Information on the rental of a 5X8 U-HAUL trailer, and wanted to inspect the size trailer for a visual of the interior and exterior. A service technician walked out with me to the sole 5X8 trailer on the lot. Explained the hook up my Chevrolet Colorado Z71, to include the wiring for the brake and turn indicators, and connectors and adapters (if required). Patricia assisted me at the counter on reserving a trailer for the dates Im traveling to Colorado. Patricia was very courteous, friendly and professional in our interaction. She explained thoroughly the process and future emails, phone calls and payment process. The reservation / customer service center is very clean, organized and has all the moving supplies available for a one stop U-haul shopping experience. Recommend 👍.

Fast, efficient, warm and friendly. No one likes to MOVE but these guys make it alot easier.Good employees are hard to find and its even harder to maintain a team.Hope these guys are adequately compensated for their dedication.

My experience with them were great! The staff was friendly, the work flow to rent the truck was smooth. The truck itself was clean and well maintained. And the return process was just as smooth.

The young lady Tiffany was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The store is very clean and she was swift with the lined.

I had an employee come out to tell me to move my car. We were returning our Uhaul and said i couldnt park where I was parked, although it said Uhaul parking. Employee suggested to park in the handicapped parking! Please coach your employees as this is a parking violation and paying customers should be able to park in the uhaul parking spaces.

Both Robin and Jordan spoke with me on the phone on 2 separate days. They were both very professional, courteous, helpful. Grateful for their assistance 😁👏

Always fast and friendly when I need a truck

We reserved a trailer online and went to go pick it up and it was not there then they checked with another location which said they had one again not there. We had to get a smaller trailer went to get it hooked up and there was a size trailer we reserved. We go back inside and said there was one back there then they proceeded to tell me it was reserved for a one way trip. I have never been so unhappy with uhaul but I will NEVER use them again

Employee at counter kept speaking to the customer at the other window and would stop assisting us. We had movers scheduled at home and that caused additional stress that wed be late. Didnt feel that was appropriate or professional.

No greet when I walked in & no have a great day when I left, The young man and woman at the front were very unpleasant. I understand that these are unprecedented times, but good customer service means a lot & I just didnt get that from him. I was very upset at the way he went about my reservations, his attitude & the way he responded to my questions. I suggest a staff meeting on customer service or something because he obviously doesnt know the term. Also its 2/28/2020 & I was there at 4pm in case management wants to know /:

You are not valued as a storage customer. They reduced the hours you can go to storage, blaming coronavirus. Rolling power outage, still waiting to see how they blame this on coronavirus. Now they are raising rent. With reduced staff and hours the cost should go down, not up.

U-Haul Moving & Storage at West Craig had a 10 foot truck ready via my reservation for me to donate items to Salvation Army. I arrived promptly at 0700. I checked the truck as it had a left front signal light that was popped out of the casing. The U-Haul outside rep popped it back in and I was on my way. My turn around was so quick. I didnt even use that much gas. I would like for all employees handling reservations to introduce themselves to customers. My rep didnt have a name tag on but; her name was on the paperwork. Thank you for providing me with good customer service.

I rented a pickup truck to get a freezer from Sams Club on Serene Ave, drove to Home Depot on N Charleston and Hualipi and back to N Las Vegas on McCarran St then returned the truck back to its location at 160 W Craig Rd in N Las Vegas which is a couple of miles from my home at the most. The total number of miles I calculated is no more than 75 miles. They charged me for 258 miles!! That is impossible!! Thats as if I drove to Los Angeles CA. To charge me a total of $167.00 is outrageous!! I will never use their services again. I will be putting this on Yelp!

Had to drop off a 5 by 8 enclsed trailer we picked up in Reno NV. Pulled in and within 5 minutes they checked us in, disconnected trailer, and had us on our way. Could not be much easier.

We already rented a pick truck this year. We had zero problems with all the employees. Very very friendly and helpful to us. We wanted to rent a 12 truck and car trailer. We loved the new trucks they offered us. Zero pressure to rent. She gave us a rental estimate to drive to North Chicago. But we wanted to checkout another rental place. And she says to let them know if she can help. Kudos to all employees.

Rude workers for one they thought I was going to park where i wasnt supposed to I was just a passenger of a drop off and second the desk lady(Patricia)was rude to me and my family members such consumer service i would give them zero stars if I had the option to. Disappointed with the staff.

Very dissatisfied with the lack of knowledge of the employees in the use of their own system. They informed me that a f350 would not be rated to use a car dolly to tow a Silverado 1600. Therefore denied my request to rent from them. Yes all hitch ball and tongue weights will support this tow. I have no problems towing a 13000 pound toy hauler but I guess a silverado is one heavy peice of machinery?????

Be ready to hurry up and wait. If you dont reserve a truck or trailer, its unlikely youll get it unless you play games. This used to be a pretty good Uhaul place, now, meh...

The staff was great. Its corporate decisions that boggle me. Ive rented cargo vans for quite a long time and have always used my debit card. The funds were reserved and held by Uhaul and I was always pleased. Now you cannot rent a cargo van or a pickup truck if you have a debit card because debit cards are supposedly NOT connected to a bank. What a load of malarkey. Its the BANK that issues the card!! When the numbers are crunched at the months end I strongly predict a very significant loss from debit cards being refused. Most debit cards are issued from out of town banks. Not your local BofA, Wells Fargo, etc. Theres a very old but true saying..If it aint broke dont fix it. The debit cards were perfect the way they were. Now the perfection has gone Kaput!!

AVOID THIS UHAUL! They will back charge you for anything! I was told there would be no extra charges and now I’m being charged $200 on top of what I already spent upfront! I filled the gas to the correct spot and chase sure the uhaul was clean and and I’m being charged almost $350 all together....FOR 8 hours! That’s ridiculous! I even ordered a dolly and when I went to use it there was none in the truck! DO NOT TRUST THIS ESTABLISHMENT WITH ANY CARD DETAILS! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EVERYTHING I WAS TOLD WAS MISLEADING!

I went in on Tuesday to reserve a 17’ truck for this weekend. I was by myself with a fussy baby. Given it’s the end of the month they were trying to get me to commit to 6hours use so I’d have to have it back by 3pm. I get it they’re trying to get the most use out of each truck and accommodate every reservation. They have a lot full in the back but apparently a lot of their fleet isn’t able to go out. I told them that I couldn’t do that putting myself and my teenage son and his friends as helpers under that kind of pressure. I was given an option for a later pick up at 5pm or come to find out 1:30pm to be able to keep it until the same time the next day So the manager Allan helped me out with that. However that’s not what my paperwork said. I should have paid attention. Had I have seen that and been told that I would have went down the street or found myself a Penske. Anyway, I go to pick up the truck today and a guy Joshua helped me out. He talked my ear off about places he’s lived and totally zipped through the rest of the paperwork estimated me at 5 miles on a smaller truck then folding it (contract)up for me. I go outside and I notice it looks a bit smaller than what I anticipated. It’s a 15’ same price but less room! Okay. Whatever I was already there and had people waiting to load up. As we’re doing the walk around I see my contract and it says drop off 7:30 pm! What. I picked it up at 2pm.... I went back inside and waited for Joshua and was told they could push it til 7:30am in the morning but because this truck is smaller than what they told me I had to make extra trips and my move is taking longer than I expected. I will post an update as to any results or remedies but I will be calling corporate on this matter. They have a fleet that will make you think they have enough trucks but in reality they don’t. I didn’t get a phone call or anything letting me know the size changed or the time of use was reduced back to 6 hours. Allan told me that I had until the same time next day. That was the whole reason I waited to pick up a little later. So the trip that I should have been able to do in 6 hours according to them very locally took 2 trips plus doubling back in a smaller truck . I will not be using them again.

Left my Bluetooth ear piece in the truck I rented, went back 15mins to retrieve it and the person that checked the truck in said he never saw it. Dishonest employee! Never rent from there!

I always got to this location on Commerce and Craig. I can always find what I need there and usually can get in and out in about 30min. I had to rent a car dolly the last time and they were very helpful with hooking it up and making sure everything was good to go. I will always use uhaul when I need a truck or a moving trailer.

Its too bad that the first impression we got of the place was the negative attitudes of everyone in the room, including the line of people waiting to be helped. The lady we dealt with was very rude and if we had a choice we would have left. Maybe have a personality test and more extensive interview so you can find employees with better customer service skills!

Able to get in, got what I wanted and out in a small amount of time. Best if you check on-line to see if they what you want in stock.

They were very unfriendly, had reserved a trailer large one, waited, than i looked and it was a 4x6 but didnt want to wait for another hour so had the guy put it on my truck, he said i had the wrong ball size so he brings another one same size so pointed it out gets mad, never going back

Staff was very accommodating but they had a truck shortage. But they found something you could use.

Fantastic customer service! Ramona has fantastic customer service skills. Very friendly and helpful. The manager even called to follow up with us, making sure we were satisfied with the rental.Definately renting from this store again!

This place is a scam! Renters and buyers beware,If your renting equipment from them make sure you look into what your getting. Because they will upsale you things that will not work for the use you intended them for. If you get a hold of them they will tell you to call customer service, good luck with that. You will be on hold for hours. I suggest going to any location besides this one.

Visit this specific location often. Great access, ample unloading areas, large doors, large elevators, climate controlled, and seems to be a newer building.

Long lines and not enough people working. Took about 45 minutes to pick up a trailer that was reserved with online check in completed. Had to wait in line 20 minutes just to drop the trailer. On the bright side, they screwed up my reservation at the original location, so my rental was free. The staff was friendly, just didnt seem to be in a hurry.

Went to rent a trailer to use for moving. The staff was aweisme very friendly and very proficient. Had a trailer rented and on the road in about 20 minutes, without a reservation.

Morning crew with manager was awesome.. evening crew with an obese girl who hated her job and hated life couldnt even look me in the eye. I had to make her do her job. Filling up the gas tank the needle wasnt moving. I thoroughly checked, she the engine off, restarted it multiple times, guage wouldnt go above 3/4 tank. Had a couple of miles to return it, pulled in, the young kid jumped in, shut off & restarted the vehicle, all of the sudden guage shows full. Im wondering what he hit to reset it because that needle was literally stuck there after moving extremely slow from 1/2 to 3/4 full. Put 52 bucks in, kinda pisses me off, seemingly shady practices. Only needed 25 bucks tops. The big girl at the desk should be fired. The boys outside at least were doing there job. Not exactly equal pay for equal work. Lazy people make me sick. Get rid of the bad crew and youll keep more business. Nuff said.

I will never use this location again!! I return my truck on a Monday and they reported that I didnt return it until a Wednesday and charged my account for extra days. I returned my truck to an agent and apparently they dont know how to do their job and theyre trying to steal money from me! Im absolutely baffled by this and its not okay that they are incapable of doing their job correctly.

Trucks are great, prices are great, the staff is friendly and helpful. They will work with you, answer your questions and everything was great! GM and assistant GM, GREAT!

Great customer service ! The gentleman by the name of Carl was very polite fast and answered all my questions and also carried some of my things for me real helping gentleman.

Trailer was fine, but charged an extra day.Bad customer service will lose loyal and consistent customer here!Ive rented a motorcycle trailer probably 10+ times in the last 2 years from multiple different locations. Never had an issue with bringing the trailer back after hours and only being charged the business days. This location charged me an extra day for returning it after hours.After noticing the charge, I called the location directly, was referred off site to customer service, at 10 minutes wait the call automatically (I hope) hung up on me. So I called back, told them what happened, the lady said Im so sorry hold on one second and that turned into another off site customer service call. After 5 more minutes I just decided to drive to the location.I asked why I was being charged 3 days for a 2 day and couple hours return after they were closed. This has never been an issue in the past between 4 other uHaul sites. Apparently even if you go over a couple hours they can charge the whole day again, even though I was already on schedule to return it at the end of the day on a Sunday... no one was going to rent it after me.I currently rent 2 storage units from uHaul, nearly $2000 a year (wow thats depressing)! I have rented probably 10 motorcycle trailers over various weekends (about $50 each time), and I frequently move for my job where Ive always used the 26ft truck and trailer to pull my car (last one over $1200 for a week move!). Im a heck of a consistent and loyal customer.Hope the 20 bucks was worth losing me over. Ill never rent a trailer from you again. As soon as I can find a suitable replacement Ill be moving my 2 units and cancelling.

Have used this location for a number of moves. Staff is always friendly and helpful.Moving supplies can be squires cheaper elsewhere, but anything you would need is available in one location

I went to the location on Craig near Buffalo Wild Wings to pay a bill from the other location/StorageOne location because that location does not take cash. Joshua, the employee that greeted me( I guess thats what you can call it) seemed agitated that I took him away from whatever he was doing on his phone. I simply handed him the invoice from the other location, stated that I was sent to them because the other location does not take cash. He seemed puzzled and kept looking at the paper like it was foreign. After a few minutes and me stating again that I wanted to pay with cash but they arent able to take cash down the street, Joshua says Looks to me like someone was too lazy to open their register. Really? One, you clearly were not paying attention to what I was saying and two, maybe the location I was at isnt only Uhaul but its still an affiliation. Not a good practice to put down other company associates.

Pretty decent place, from what Ive dealt with customer service is awesome. The only problem with the place is that they might have rats. Ive never seen one myself but the fact that there might be some prevents me from giving it 5 stars

So far, fastest uhaul Ive been too. This isnt saying a lot but its an improvement from the last couple Ive been too. Its a bit tight. They have a standard set if questions that is a bit annoying when all you want over the phone is if something is available. Got through it and got the item rented.

Dont bother going here if you want good customer service - expect uneducated staff who would happily be somewhere else. Every time I visit I get long, slow lines and uninformed staff. Please U-Haul, train your staff.

Rudy was AWESOME! He helped me maneuver out of the parking lot when he noticed I was struggling. He pulled over the current uhaul he was driving just to help, Workers dont normally do that, especially not ten minutes before closing when Im sure they have a million other things they need to do. Thank you Rudy!

This place is slower than molasses! 2 customer service people are dragging their feet with 13 people in line which formed in 5 minutes. I hate coming here. They make you just wanna buy a trailer or truck.

Reserved moving truck over 30 days in advance at a North Las Vegas location. On the day of pick up we were told they were out of trucks, but we could travel from LasVegas to St.George Utah to pick one up!! In the end we didnt have the time to travel 2+ hours to get one and ended up with a Penske truck.

Certain staff there was a little short with me...very long lines prevented me from getting a simple question answered as I was pressed for time and had to leave. Otherwise, a pleasant transaction.

I loved the customer service...efficiency, effectiveness and quick execution experienced . There was one agent there however, who was not impressive at all...hontey she was dry in tone...appearance was like Un uh...what...and she had minimal eye contact with her customer...e I was so happy I did not get her. Baby...I was next in line watching her and thought If I have to deal with her...this transaction will have to wait...I will walk around looking at product until someone else shows up. LMBO dont have me screaming....Another team member assisted me which made my day...this location earns a Whoop whoop whoop!

Had a reservation, they told us that we had to be there by 3:30, we got there at 3:20 and waited in line for about 30 minutes. They should allow people with reservations to check right in, we had to wait behind people who were trying to rent with no reservations.
