Had a great experience with the pharmacy here and the staff. Everyone from the pharmacy assistants to the pharmacist were so helpful and friendly. I would recommend.
My father, a family friend, and I were in & out to get our covid vaccine. The staff is beyond amazing!! We can not thank you enough for assisting us when we needed it the most. 100/100! ❤️❤️❤️No nightmare, no hassle, just phenomenal service.
Bad service at farmacy ...
Had to make 2 trips to pick up my script they forgot to put in the bag. Acted very nonchalant & uncaring when I called to ask about it. Like I was bothering her with my questions. Terrible customer service!
The shelves are usually empty, the lines are awful (you have to wait in line to check yourself out)!!!!There is almost never a checkstand with a checker open. They have pallets of groceries on the already limited space ilsles with employees conversing while they should be stocking. Smiths may be more expensive but at least you can find what you need. The pharmacy however is well stocked, with friendly, knowledgeable staff.
Even when they are not busy, they still take over 3hrs to fill the script. I went in with three scripts, two of them on one paper and one by itself. They half way filled the two on one paper and hadnt filled the one by itself. I picked up the one by itself, but i couldnt pick up the other one that wasnt filled because half of the script had been filled. I paid for the only one they had filled after 4hrs and took my other script to CVS down the street where they filled it in less than an hour. BTW it took another two days to fill that script completely, reason was that they couldnt read the script so they had to call the doctor, i guess his writing was so bad that they could read 2 of 3 scripts, but that third script was just too much for them. They suck, they always look unhappy, whatever happened to customer service, who is the manager, every time you go there you cant park because theres carts everywhere. They need to get it together, but it doesnt look like they will, with the amount of bad reviews they get.
This has to be the worst customer service ever. They blamed my doctor for not sending the prescription but the doc showed me proof it was sent, so almost a full day later they say they finally got the prescription and then tells me itll be ready in an hour and the funny thing is they close in about an hour...smh...thus place is a joke...everyone runs around with their head cut off lime a chicken... new management and customer service classes are needed
Very helpful. Sometime too busy but its in a busy neighborhood. They take very good care of me.
The pharmacy is fast and friendly. Its too bad the store its located in has terrible customer service. Employees in the Wal-Mart itself are horrible.
Dropped off scripts at 9:15am, then called around 3 to find they never got scanned in so they haven’t been touched, called around 6:30 was told 15 more minutes, just to get there and they “can’t find” my 4th script. Been using this pharmacy for years, wont be back again.
One tech cheated on the number of tablets provided, pharmacist lied, and other tech pretended not to know anything. Cant trust them anymore. Better open up those bags and check those tablet counts before leaving the counter.
They work hard to do there job and there always quick! Love this place!
Not the best wal mart, crowded, no enough staff, a little dirty, but is fine to get what you need, I still go there, but prefer smiths
