Once again neighborhood markets always a pleasure to shop at this particular store management team is fantastic. Stores always clean, stocked, with a warm atmosphere. Just goes to show the employees must all really care about their customers.

Friendly staff. Lack of cashiers is a common Walmart problem, no different here, but at least the size of this place is more manageable to maneuver.

Really poor customer service here! Today I waited 40+ minutes for an employee to open up the formula when I ran out and needed it asap. After ringing the assistance button several times with no response I went up to the front 4 times asking for help and each time was told someone was coming, I’ve never waited over 40 minutes for someone to unlock something until I came here.

Youre better off goin elsewhere. Horrible cant begin to describe that place.

Its always busy, short of staff and customer service is closed more often than its open. This is the only store Ive visited where customer service is closed so much. They always say the system is down, but when you go to the other Neighborhood Walmart stores, their system is working just fine🤔

Very comfortable store to shop in; plus they have a pharmacy. Great customer service at the pharmacy. A nice lady in the pharmacy named Chandelier. I want to thank her for her patients and Excellent Customer Service!

This place had NOTHING in stock I was looking for, even though it said online that it was in stock, even the woman helping me looked things up and her store checker said they were all in stock, yet nothing. The crowd is riff raff, and me and my wife watched one of the employees pick up a bag of lunch meat some customer left, and instead of bringing it back to the proper section, she tossed it into the soft drink fridge in the front. What the hell??

I like going to this Walmart for quick 1 or 2 items.

First time at the store. Clean and easy to find a variety of different items. They appeared to be challenged when it came to cashiers. One cashier and approximately 20 people waiting to check out at the Scan n Go lanes made it a lesson in patience.

I used this store to do grocery pickups. They substituted almost every item, which is fine but all? Thats crazy. And I almost always had to take something back because it was open or ripped.

The employees were very helpful!

THIS IS THE WORST STORE! They never answer the phone. They NEVER fill my delivery order. NOT ONCE! I keep having to cancel and reorder in hopes. I’m home with a baby, no car and a fractured foot and not one WALMART phone rep supervisor cares. I’m done! Cancelled my W+ and Walmart credit Card!

Friendly and helpful employees. Checkout lines do get pretty long, due to cashiers relying on self-checkout.

I was in the frozen food department needing assistance and I couldn’t find a Walmart employee anywhere until I looked 7 aisles down to see a Walmart stocker. I asked him if he could tell me where a certain item was and he said he doesn’t know and that “Matt” was supposed to be in the frozen good section. Matt was nowhere to be found. So long story short I never got the item I was looking for because Nobody knew where it was and they didn’t know where MATT WAS EITHER. I’m highly disappointed in this location.

I went looking for a cake but it was sadly lacking. The store is very neat and clean. Staff is helpful.

Lines are easy staff is swell, pricing for regular grocery items are to high for me. The juices are always good pricing

Customer service is the worst! Walmart shame on you. You have locked up many items and then make customers wait for someone to come open up the cabinets. I will start going to target because no one should have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for you to have someone come unlock items we are trying to purchase!

It was clean and had helpful atte dants. A lot more things are locked up (like make up and deoderant) than a normal Walmart.

You know about ten years ago make it twenty, companies almost bidded to have their products on Walmart shelfs. Now you can barely get the brands you want. Yes some main brands, not like they used to.

Whenever I go into Customer Service on Lossee Rd Walmart to either send or receive money, Im treated like a low class criminal, I dont deserve to be treated that way. Today I confronted the Clerk, asking her if I had done something to offend her and why she didnt like me. Because she was wearing her mask I didnt understand her reply. I shop in that store 2-3 times a week and think I will go elsewhere from now on. If you ask me questions, be prepared for my honest answers.

No handicap carts for the elderly or the ones that need it the most they had three for this town thats not very many

Stock was fairly low, staff had huge pallets trying to restock in narrow isles, but the service was great. Extremely friendly staff and willing to help

Wish they sold 12oz boxes of cereal in all wic approved cereal. Also there’s never lemon heads available anymore.

The store itself is nice and clean. The store is well stocked and follows Covid-19 guidelines. The issues are it has no scooters for the disabled so I had a hard time since I had to use my walker. The store also only had one manned register the rest of the open registers are self check out. Making Smiths still my favorite grocery store. I only shop here for the 10% employee discount

Very pleased. Didnt know this was a thing but we liked it very much. Low stress, same size as any regular grocery. Well stocked. Produce section was very attractive. Everyone was very polite... low key... low energy. We will be back!

During the covid-19 crisis a lot of people and a lot of businesses essential businesses I feel are not practicing safe distancing. In Walmart had to go to their money services line and they also had a register that was open across from money services and you got two lines with people standing directly next to each other I dont think that that lane or line cashier Lane should have been opened they should have moved to another one there for practicing social distancing.

Came in here for a few things. Place was busy, employees were stocking. Was able to check out in a timely fashion.

Its a Walmart grocery store. If you been to one its basically the same. Shelves seemed to be stocked pretty well.

Some prices are few cents higher than the bid walmart, but if you like to get in and get out this is your store

Produce looks old. several out of stocks empty shelves, probably the worse Walmarts in Vegas

With the exception of the grocery items, the store is falling apart. Service has gone downhill. There are plenty of employees, but Im sure if most know their job; no register clerk or customer service most of the time. Something has to change, or customers will shop elsewhere.

Depends on the mod some days it heaven some days it’s pure hell...pharmacy can be a nightmare. All hygiene and beauty locked up good luck getting assist to open them .. bring a chair!!!

I was born and raised in this neighborhood. I eat at the china a go go next door and use the bank across and even run by this place on my normal runs and ive never had a complaint. Its literally one of the few places that carries my favorite ice cream. I always find everything I need here and very rarely need to go to a super Walmart to get stuff. Staff is always around and helpful, everything is always stocked and fresh and easy to find. Definitely going to miss the familiarity of this place when I move to the east coast.

I give them an big F security stops at the door because they say you stole stuff but you prove you didnt but they still want to take a picture of your ID. I say dont go to this store. They dont deserve a star

I get all my prescriptions here they are the pharmacy is very knowledgeable and very very patient with all the people that they have everyday. I enjoy coming to visit. The staff is always upbeat.

Bad costumer service. They have glass sliding doors on cosmetic aisle that are locked and NO ONE can help you.. I had ask to the lady on self checkout for help and she just ignore me. I went to costumer service and they told me they’re busy and can’t help me. I asked for the manager and no one knows where she/he is.. I always have to wait about 10 minutes until someone with bad mode come!!! That’s just ridiculous! they’re really mean, if you want to waste your time go to this Walmart

The pharmacy technicians are very nice and the store is organized. Only issue is that necessary items are locked up.

I hate this company because Walmart is responsible for so many small businesses disappearing. They undercut the small business they get to stay open when the small business has to close its simply not fair and they dont deserve business. Boycott them support local small businesses.

This place is constantly chaotic, long lines and not enough employees and rude shoppers! Better off going to Smiths literally right down the street for a better experience.

No concern for public safety. Customers are walking around without masks and interacting with employees. The staff seem far more concerned with the antimaskers comfort than my own safety. I will not be coming back here even after COVID. Who knows what other health and safety violations they have?

5940 Losee Rd, North Las Vegas, NV 89081. Leah the manager was just rude and unhelpful. Walmart sent a wrong item to my house I set up for a return on Walmart email said to return to any Walmart. Leah refused to deal with me even after I showed her my return email.

Aisles were crowded with pallets of merchandise to be restocked. Main entrance was blocked by supply truck. Only self-serve registers were open with a very long line. Registers let us buy ice in a size they dont have.

Pick up is always great! Love how polite and friendly they always are and quick.

My mom came to this Walmart few days ago she forgot mask and she has surgery done so she has a cart thats a scooter and they didnt have any masks like why are you not prepared

They made me wait 5 hours for a prescription. But each time told me it would be ready in 15-20 minutes.

When I first visited that location I thought was a small store, but not, u can find everything there.

Congested, long lines....constantly, and no implementation of social distancing. Not very clean....stressful to shop here if your concerned about your health!

Clorox disinfecting wipes were not out and the lysol wipes but other than this I was able to find what I needed..

The store have floor signs on each aisle but customers dont follow through, shopping carts are usually jammed in a two way street. Bad experience every time I shop at the Walmart located at Tropical and Ann Rd.

They only have one maybe two on a good day cashier at a time..

Above average for a walmart neighborhood. Produce is usually fresh...this is rare for walmart. Also a lot of self check out. And they have a water refill station. This place is my go to for light grocery shopping... I dont buy meat here though.
