This Store is Never clean inside or out .Maybe if the worker get off the phone shell have more time to pick the items off the floor .THIS could be a good place to shopIf everyone worked together. Thanks to the nice cashier whos always pleasant.

Store was ok. Good employees. Problem at the front door with homeless people begging for money and yelling at you if you dont give them any. That needs to stop. Managers need to control that asap.3 stars due to homeless problems.

Always a long line here prolonging exposure to covid 19 when you see more than 5 customers in Line with one cashier available please be more oro active and get the lines moving with the help of your manager this store is always dirty and no sanitation stations are seen at the entrance or around with no employees sanitizing surface areas

Exceptional, as always! The Owens and Pecos location was too full Not enough cashiers. So on the way home I stopped at Jones and Vegas Dr. All was great.

It was as good as any trip to a dollar store could be.

Had everything I needed but the checkout line was pretty long with only 2 registers open.

There is always trash outside, there needs to be more cleaning and sometimes the lines are extra long.

This location has no shopping carts and is a complete mess. Looks dirty inside, the 99 cent store looks more organized and clean than this location and CASHIERS DONT KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY BAG GLASS. Cashier just tossed it on the counter. We both heard the sound it made when she did that. I had to check it before paying. She than began to say there was only about 6 bags left in store.. This location needs to step it up and keep the store clean and organized as well as stocked

This location is out of rubbing alcohol & peroxide otherwise not bad

Online it says they close at 8pm, I went at 6pm it’s closed yet the door says it closes at 7pm. Interesting

Social distancing was taken care of. Lines werent too long and had shelfs stocked enough.

Lots of good stuff here!!! This location is now charging for bags. $0.01 a bag. I applaud this since 99% of plastic bags end up in our oceans. Bring your reusable bags.

Everyone must understand the dollar Tree is like no other store in the fact that everything every single item in the store is a dollar unlike the Family Dollar and all a 99 cent store and all those other stores that claim that have a dollar and front of it everything in this store is a dollar. My favorite things to get there are things like toilet paper dishwashing soap laundry soap detergent and fabric softener dryer sheets all the way to kitchen utensils bowls cups plates didnt they have food like cans of black olives, two liter bottles of soda, reading glasses, sunglasses, tools, plastic wrap garbage bags aluminum foil paper towels toilet paperShampoo cream rinse body wash. And much much more. When Im going to go out shopping for the things I need around the house I make a list and I go there first and I can eliminate half to three-quarters of my items and pay close to nothing for them.

They never have carts available

Nice sizeable store. Has the same items as most dollar stores, but I see there freezer was well stock and I mean stock. Plenty of parking and the store was well maintained and employees were very professional.

Just moved here from out of state bought some items that was the wrong color and tired to exchange them I was told I couldnt but the lady in line in front of me did an exchange also with no problems. I asked to speak to a manager I believe her name was Paula or whatever her name was, she was Latino or Mexican but she was extremely SUPER RUDE Ive been in management before several time even worked at Dollar Tree in Missouri and I explained that the customer in front on me was allowed to do an exchange and will she accommodate me because I seen that transaction happened. She goes on about hows thats not policy no matter what I show and she wouldnt do my exchange. I proceeded to ask for corporate office information she snatched my receipt out my hand and shut her office door in my face and wrote a fake corporate office number on the back of my receipt and slammed the door again in my face. If this is what Dollar Tree calls customer service then i rather spend more money on products for better customer service period‼ TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE wish i had the option to give NO STAR‼

Freshen for car and candles too. Toys for children if different categories. Pens and pencils can be found here. Laundry detergent and dish soap can be found here.

Always a clean store. Employees are friendly and helpful. Shelves are always well stocked. Lots of new products. Products that I like are usually available when I return again and again.

I did not like it first time there and i left a big mess and only one cashier a line all the way to the back of the store i just left first and last time there .

The cashier, I believe named Stephanie, is always pleasant and helpful, great customer service.This store could use a better management team that is able to multi task during a shift change. I had to wait in line a little over 20 minutes to be checked out. There was only 1 register open that was a few isles long. There were 5 employees and only 2 where working. The manager, Tiffany, came out to give the cashier change and bolted back to her office. She didnt apologize for the long wait or send anyone out to open a register. She displayed a poor example of customer service and poor management.

Exterior of this dollar tree always has trash in front. I was originally happy they built one closer to me. But i dread coming here, shelves always empty. Managers can care less that the lines get huge. They need changes

Like this store, has great deals but you must check the items to make sure they are not expired. Not to mention they always have only one line open. So this is not an in out store you will be standing in line for some time.

Bought the things I needed but at the register the cashier didnt wrap my glass products in paper so they didnt break.she just put them in the bag as if they were plastic items.

Their is a Caucasian blond haired on call manager who has racist tendency. She was following my kids and i around the store for no reason acting like i was stealing. We spent $15.00 and to top it we came walking very hot and we sat down for ten min in the other side of door way when she was going to call the police on my kids and i. Do not shop their.

Typically the name says it all. Everything is for sale at one dollar per item. Somethings are cheaper than a dollar per item. Very clean and not cluttered. Can walk to the store from the SUMMERHILL apartments.

Very rude cashiers. I stood in line for a good 3 min and then Ben says im closed so i go in next line and three young girls diddnt know the pin to a card and were calling the owner so I just stood there and the lady says next in line he will help you on that register. I was like oh I thought he was closed and the girl rudely says I TOLD HIM TO OPEN THAT LINE AGAIN. So another 10 min goes by and the girls say theyll be back with the correct pin. The woman diddnt apologize or say anything and she charged me a $1 more than I was supposed to be. HORRIBLE RACIAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I like this store location. They pretty much have ever little thing there. Plus they have so much Halloween stuff. Lots of decorations and costumes for the little kids too.

This is the worst Dollar Tree store I ever being in Las Vegas when you walk through this store you get the feeling like you are in a third world country this store is a mess and dirty! Not only that they always have one person working at the register I was there today and was waiting over 20 minutes to pay for our purchase one lady was going crazy and yelling to open more lines the poor cashier maybe making minimum wage killing herself and dealing with a long line of angry people in one line and there was the manager just flirting around with his employees what a disgrace! I dont know how in the world they put people in charge that dont know how to run a business. Dollar Tree need to get their game together this is not the way you run a business shame on you.

This Dollar Tree has a good selection, however it didnt have disinfecting spray or wipes, the reason I went there. Nothing like So Cals selection.

Lots of items. Truly only $1 each. I buy my note cards, pens, energy drinks, foil pans, paper plates, so much thete, and it saves me tons.

Store was filthy inside and out. One register with 10 to 13 customers in line. Store is at Pecos and Owens. I will not go back to that one. Where are the area supervisors? Poor business practices.
