Lots of cool things to do at Michaels

Very rude staff. I’ll never use this place to pick up any order. Huffing and puffing over the mic . Talking about what duties they would rather do in front of me. Trying to express how happy I was about to pick up orders at a local store and was met with the most stink attitude. The only pleasant time was when the manager looked at me and said have a nice day. I understand its not an easy job, especially when you throw in pick ups from different merchants….but this is a service that you offer…the establishment you work for* offers this. Are you telling me that’s too much to ask for? A service that’s there to be utilized? Get over yourself.

Always a pleasant experience, the staff is very friendly and the store layout is easily accessible. You can easily go in and get what you want or spend hours exploring everything its up to you. Only thing I would change is having more than one checker, just because although most people are good with just getting in and out there is always that one person (you know who I mean).

Michaels usually has everything I need when it comes to crafts. I love this store! Their sales are great too, especially when you can use coupons with the sales. I just love everything about this store and the people who work there. They are always nice and so polite.

Lots of items were 40% off. There was only 1 cashier at the time on a late Friday afternoon. There needed to be 2. You need to have the app in order to find where things are in the store. Otherwise youre just searching aisles for what you need.

If you would like to be talked rudely about the employees while you wait go ahead and shop here. 3 girls here just laughing about a previous encounter with a customer making rude jokes about appearances. The only helpful one was the one attending the actual register

The shelves were pretty bare.

Employees function well under pressure. The line was almost to the rear and the cashier s worked great and provided excellent customer service. I believe its due the reflection of the managers leadership. He and an new employee provided speedy check out slips to all who were ready to purchase items. All went excellent.

I just started to go to this Michaels recently. The staff is great, customer service is awesome and friendly! I had to exchange something when I got there it was 9:56 p.m the doors were already closed. I knocked on the door, one of the staff saw me he came to the door. I told him I had an exchange. He politely said, oh no problem. He opened the door. He said, we were just getting ready to close. He had a great attitude he did my exchange, he thanked me for coming. This Michaels is just super!

Bar tender works very hard to make every one feel welcome and comfortable. Doing his best in these difficult situations. Food is good and a variety better than some other places in the area. Servers friendly and efficient.

A little on the pricer side, and they dont seem to have the selection of creator related items that a store like Hobby Lobby does. However, in a pinch, they will do the trick, especially since they are open on Sundays.

I was making fall flower arrangements for my house. I bought flowers from Michaels, Joanns & Hobby Lobby.

Nice store have everything you need for art,paint,crafting etc.. the only issue i had was two employees working that day no help finding my item and the line was super long. I didnt even want to stay but that was the only store with a dry erase board my son needed it, i went to 3 other stores so this was the last store and I will never go inside again online only or pick for

Do not order ! They take so long to ship an order, it’s crazy ! I waited almost a month for my order to come and it still hasn’t came ! I got over it and asked for a refund.

Used them for a second time to frame a treasured picture. Excellent job. I highly recommend them, especially if they are running a special. I want to specifically mention Sam who took great care of me. I am very pleased with the results.

The curb side pickup is the best! It was easy to order online and then they emailed me when my order was ready. When I got there I called them and they told me to pull up front and they loaded it in my truck for a contactless pickup! It was great! I recommend it!

No lines very helpful

Had hoped to have a large bow made for new granddaughter while visiting. Found one person to ask, he didnt make them. He & the cashier only ones there...according to him.

They have good arts and crafts but always seem to run outta the single pens and i rated them only 3 stars because they seem to constantly profile me and follow me around as if i am a thief and i go there about 1 time a week or so and have never stolen anything i usually purchase something..

Store was quiet there was only one cashier person ringing us up and there were about six to eight people in line.I had to ask if there if they could bring someone else to check people out because it was ridiculous that we were standing there waiting and and the cashier knew how many people were there in line waiting ridiculous

Love this out-of-the-way location. Its very well organized and put together even after a 50% off sale. I always Google their flyer before getting in line, theres almost always a coupon I can use. Check out is generally quick, but all the shoppers tend to check out at the same time. But theyre good about calling for back up. Marked down a star because theyre so expensive without sales.

This is a quaint location. They have a great variety of a little bit everything, considering its a smaller location, or so it seems compared to some of the others. I can usually find what Im looking for. Very well organized. The staff being there and present when you need something, has much improved, including their friendliness.

Came in for ideas on making fairy lights, but the price wasnt in the budget.

Doesnt carry a lot of Variety of items as the bigger Michaels stores but the staff is happy to help find the items your looking for.

They were stocked well everyone had masks on but there was only one person on a register and a few employees standing at the end of the register station but they walked away as the line was getting longer. Someone did eventually come to help with check out but by then the line was half way to the back of the store.The bathroom is a different situation but by the way they handle the registers I can see why. The mens bathroom had trash all over no paper towels, no soap, and the weekly bathroom cleaning schedule on the wall was not filled out but the again it also listed the date as WEEK ENDING 1-7-2019

Lot of the miniature items were broken.

Diana was the best cashier worker Ive dealt with in quite some time. Even though i was the last one to leave the store, she had the patience of an angel, not making me feel rushed at all and making sure we were happy with what I was buying. Place was clean too

Service was great, although yarn was limited. I hope that they increase their supply like the store here in Lacey, WA. So when I go to visit my mom I can get the yarn I want and/or need. People were great. I will definitely be back.

The store is always well organized, even at holiday time. I never feel like Im digging through piles of stuff to find what I want. Employees are very familiar with products and have always known exactly where the item Im looking for is located.

Most times my wife went in there they were out of what she needed. They also have a lot of different things as hobbies as well. I dont know, I just go because she tells me to go with her. They have chocolate at the ends of the isles if that helps. Get the coupon subscription because it saves money and thing I guess

All the employees are so professional. I have no real like for the store. My wife goes there all the time. I just stand there and wait for her to find what she wants. This kid help my wife find what she needed quick! Then talked football with me all the way to the register. I was so happy with the visit I had to let the manager know how great her people are.

Great selection for crafting supplies for almost everything, super friendly and helpful staff! Great coupons too! Definitely recommend this place! They have a whole aisle of clearance typically, and they always do holiday sales.They also have a custom framing department, do buy online pick up in store orders, teach classes, and host kids club! They offer a rewards program as well, and tons of coupons via email if ya subscribe. Ya would be hard pressed not to buy something at a discount between deals, sales, coupons, and clearance. The everyday value program is amazing!

Went for safety eyes particularly. Didnt have them but oh so many choices and friendly staff.
