Why give even 1 star ? So I could make this post possibly saving life and limb of an innocent! From the lack of anything I was looking for to the complete and utter ignorance of any of the store personnel to be aware of even the most basic concept that they worked in an office supply store. I tested and my 24 yr old potbelly pig had a better grasp of the products they have and he is very sick with swine flu.

The employees were all friendly and helpful. The store was clean, well organized, and easy to find things.

I will NEVER purchase another item from Staples!!! I have literally lost $1500.00 thanks to them. Only reason I gave them a star is so I could post this.

Customer service non existence. Is nobody in the store they asked me to wait while she did something else... Lets later they wanted me to type in all the information myself for shipping I had no idea what I was doing because its their system. Nobody wants to do their job anymore especially at the staples

The gentleman at the printing center there, I believe his name is Jason, was amazing. I went in there with my fiancé to have some things printed last minute for our wedding. Something went wrong with the file and we couldnt get a proof to print. We had to leave and I told him I would try my best to get back before closing. Unfortunately I did not make it back that evening. All the next day I was trying to figure out what we were going to do. When I went back into Staples to talk with Jason about what our next steps would be, he pulls out a box of the FINISHED PRODUCT! he spent extra time on it and was even able to put it on the card stock we wanted but wasnt available. Ill tell you what. They will have my business for a long time now. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for a client.

This review is for their printing service. Specifically for Susanna who helped me during the most difficult time of my life. What would have been a 12 hour turn around time took her 2 hours tops. Shes very professional and I am extremely grateful for her help. Sorry the review took a while but ill do business with this location again. Thank you.

Ivan in the print center went above & beyond to correct an error I made while ordering. Corrected it at no-cost in less than 30 minute 😁

Amazing great service, people, products, and prices.... BUT dont use their FAX Service, all calls are treated as long distance so a 7 page fax cost me $17.37 !!! Save your money and mail it next day or use phone app. Absolutely insanely expensive !!!

I want to give a shout out to the gentlemen at the printing and copy department. I dont know his name, he is slim, have long and wear a glasses. He goes out of his ways to help me with printing and copying my court papers. Sorry I didn’t get your name but thanks dude. Keep up the GREAT job.

Im leaving a 5-star because of the awesome combo of having a home-town vibe combined with brand-named support, selection and service. Im a little lost on designing some things. I ordered a small batch of biz cards online to pick up in-store. I was greeted and assisted in clearing up some items and choices. They assisted me right away. Gave me new ideas and did some pricing comparisons for me. I met a local business man, a deli guy, who was also there receiving stellar Service! I am new to Vegas and come from California so I totally appreciate the can do attitude! Thanks Again

Greeted at the door.Needed to send a fax. Staples offers self serve. They should have advertisement for that so people are not standing in line.Store clean. A lot of sale items.Handicap accessible store and parking.

Went to buy an office chair and they had left an old sale sign on the one I liked the most. At first they said they couldnt sell it for the advertised price, but the manager was nice enough to modify the price for me. 10/10 will shop here again!

Ive come here a couple of times. The copy center helped me make a couple items for my work. It was done accurately and in a decent timing. All times were told up front and they rushed the order for me. Good customer service.

Excellent Store. Great variety of supplies, really liked the selection of school supplies. Plus funny greeting cards. Plus easy parking and access to Frwy 215.

Ordered a Hp Montor online with 1 hour pick up.1) Im disappoint they dont even carry the item in-store.2) It takes 3-5 days for a refund.3) As a tech. store the credit card machine and refund process is extremely out dated.I use to love Staples like Target not so much now.

A little pricier then office max/depot but conveniently close in distance so I go there when I need something right away. Dont usually have trouble finding what Im looking for. Staff is ok, friendly but not exceptionally friendly

Checkout girl very helpful and polite. Woman at the copy center today Tuesday July3,2018 around 9:30am. As if she was in a bad mood. Very distant and not helpful at all infact she just entered the code into the copy machine and walked away. The gal at the check out counter made all better.

Great customer service, although I generally just use the self service printer/copier kiosks they have there because they are convenient and there is rarely a line at the machines.

The salesperson at the service area(female) was extremely nice, and friendly.

As far as getting what I needed was easy. I ordered it online for our business. The lady behind the counter was the problem. She has no personality whatsoever and very rude. She seems to hate her job and it really shows. If I had someone like her working my front register area I would put her in the stock room away from customers

Great selection of school and office supplies for a fairly good price. Store was clean and employees friendly though a bit slow at check-out.

Extremely helpful, rookie employee assisted me, showed he was a rookie but wasnt afraid to ask if he didnt know the answer. Military discount should be year round, not just the week of Veterans day.

The cashiers are kind, the floor staff are great, the printing station staff could use some manners, and basic training in their job, but overall it is a decent store.

Wow, what a bunch of rejects, wont be long before staples folds the doors with employees like these yoyos. After 20 years of doing business with staples, im done! This place was the last straw.

I was able to find a uniball black infused color ink pen set my wife wanted. $ 12 for 4 pens. A week later I purchased a pack of 12 for $ 14 at Costco. They have decent sale prices. They carry items that Walmart does not carry. If you can find it walmart or Target it will probably save you money. The cashier that checked me out was not friendly. I said hello I received no response. After completing the transaction there was not even a thank you. I wanted to say Im sorry your having a bad day. Im sure tomorrow will ge better. But then I would be as negative as she was. Haha
