I like coming to this location. The staff is always friendly. The store is always clean. Whenever there’s an issue they’re more than welcome to accommodate you. The only thing that I don’t like is when the machine is down and you want to use the online app to get in line for printing

I went to the NLV store to make color copies (4). I have done this several times before. And of course, the self help copy machine was out of order. So I had to sign in and wait 30 minutes to be called. The 1 clerk was helping out 1 person ahead of me and there was another person ahead of her. I was charged the 77 cents per copy charge since the clerk had to do it. I shouldnt have had to pay that. Its not my fault the self help machine was broken .

Business services is unorganized, rude, unprofessional. I seriously doubt if they can even insure a package I dropped of will be handed to Fedex let alone my the flyers I needed.

Came to the printing window. Waited 20 minutes. No one alerted me to take a number. When came up to counter, rude customer rep. When checked the number, had 40 minutes wait time with five customers in line ahead of me. Will not come back. Stay away.

Horrible Customer Service. I ordered an item online from the Office Depot website. I needed to return the item because it didnt work. I went to the Office Depot on. 1435 B Craig rd. I felt like a tennis ball because I was batted back and forth between phone Customer Service and in store management. Let me correct that... it was the District Manager who was so problematic. He made sure to let me know he was the District Manager several times.Over the phone the Customer Service Rep. told me to take the item to the store for my refund. The District Manager kept telling me he did not care what I was told over the phone because I was probably talking to someone in another country anyway.He went on to tell me of someone who had driven from miles and miles away who had received poor advice from the phone reps. But, when I said, Im sorry you have so many other customers who have had bad experiences with your company, but I am one customer who needs your help now some people in line laughed.Then the District Manager explained he could not give me a refund because his computer showed I already had received a refund. I explained the people on the phone could not give me a refund until I returned the item and that was why I was in the store to return the item. And that they said the store would give me the refund ONLY when the item was returned.This was a horrible experience. I finally got the refund because so many people were standing around and watching this horrible treatment. I would not recommend this store to anyone for anything. Beware I say.I wrote this review on their website, but I know it will never get published because of the pop up review writing guidelines I got. I have never seen this type of thing before where pop up guidelines on the review page tells you to refrain from writing about customer service, instead contact us if you have issues requiring immediate attention. This only tells me they KNOW they have horrible customer service but they choose do do nothing about it. People need to know about this experience so they can choose to stay away from this store.

This store is amazing. Yesterday, an hour and a half before closing, we placed an order for 50 copies of our missing cat flyer. It was estimated to be ready the next day but being a holiday and the store being closed, we assumed that it would be Monday before we could pick it up. Less than a half hour later, we got the alert saying our order was ready for pick up. We didnt open the package until today and almost immediately started to cry. There was a note in the box saying I made a few extra copies for you. Im sorry you lost your cat at a bad time like this and I hope it helps signed the print team office Depot 2143. And inside was at least 200 copies of our flyer. I dont even have the words to describe how thoughtful and amazing this person was. It means so much to us. I dont know who they were but thank you so much for your kindness and caring. Customer service above and beyond 1000%

I ordered 6 copies of a 3 page document and I only received one. I also ordered a booklet and the pages were messed up. I have ordered copies here before and had a good experience, but after this I am very apprehensive of coming back.

I used to be able to come here and print stuff but now they want to charge a flat fee of 2.50 even if it is a couple of pages. They didnt use to do that. They r literally taking advantage of the pandemic to charge people more money. I told them I only have enough for my prints and they still wouldnt print my stuff for me. They were very rude and werent sympathetic at all about it being a pandemic. Dont go here if you are only printing a couple of things because they will charge you more. And if you are printing with the self service they will put a 4 dollar hold on your print.

Office Depot have good people, but they need customer service training and how to be organized in helping their customers. This comment is for the Store located in Craig and Camino Al Norte.

Made a order for pick up. Email says go to line that says order pick up there is no such thing. This store has 1 line for everyone. 2 people are printing stuff not helping anyone. 1 person is helping the line of 9 people.The next person asks for something printed she takes the order and walks off. Comes back and begins setting up to print it for the person. I ask the guy walking by. The only person helping everyone is also creating the print jobs for everyone online? I have to pick up my completed order here ?? This is supposed to be the fast way He says yes and walked off. I waited 25 mins and they helped 2 people. I had 6 more to go to 0ick up a fi ished paid for order. I walked out.Never order anything for pick up from them. Learn from my mistake.

Office Depot doesnt have much stuff but actually has really things that you can use but like Office Depot is not like something where you can get a lot of stuff from you can do massage chairs though you can get washing machines dryers and other things like pain things for your home everything that you need like in your home and actually has my steam means real cute TVs that are really cute they have these little where you can change your background when you turn on the TV you just have your nice background and then you have to put a password in I mean sometimes if you dont have a password or if you dont want to put it in all you have to do is hit select on your little remote its so amazing you can change your remote background its its amazing you guys need to check this place out

Avoid! Went in to buy a desk. Employee was rude and didnt want to make a sell. Looked for manager and a young kid claimed he was. Expressed to him the situation, and that they lost the sale of a $500 desk due to it..and his reply was thats ok and as we can see they are very busy!Complete lack of service and respect! Corporate should be very upset and do some overhauling at this location. Will never return to this location.

This location is laughably bad. The print center in particular is not well run and it takes forever to get help because the crew running it aren’t to quick on their feet when it comes to fulfilling orders. Often my print jobs are wrong, and I have to wait to just pick up my order behind everyone else making orders, which makes no sense. Takes way to long to get anything done here.I come to this location out of convenience, but maybe it would be more convenient to just but a professional copier for my home.

Roquita is amazing! I called and spoke with her about my printing needs. She was polite and professional. Then I came in and she recognized my voice and assisted me while assisting others. All of this was done with expertise and professionalism. A great asset to the Office Depot Team! Thank you so much!

Went in today to get some prints and bought some waters. I asked if I could borrow a dolly to carry the waters over to my car but Garret did better by helping take my things over all the way to my car. Way to give good service.

Cashier Stephanie is very rude, rolled her eyes when asked a question and acts like she hates her job. Other than that Office Depot is great.

Fast service. Staff was very helpful and polite. Although they gave me an item that did not function properly they were very helpful and polite about the whole process and still managed to make me feel welcomed and I will be returning for more supplies. Thank you all staff.

I was ready to buy my products and there was three associates just standing chatting and one associate that lady also ignored me. one walks by not even looking or asking if I was ready to purchase? As someone who works in retail, customers come first before my tasks. (* in my opinion *) .

Store is chronically under-staffed and slow at business services. Currently 10 customers ahead of me waiting to be served. Been waiting 15 minutes so far. I recommend anyone needing business services choose another store.

Daniel expedited my print jobs (a couple were simple and one special) efficiently and professionally and much quicker than I would have taken, fumbling with set-up and choices. Thanks again, Daniel. Office Depot offers the personal touch.

This place is great, they sell almost everything, really I wouldnt buy candy but they have it. With their laptops and PCs prices on sale beat out online prices. If you walk around you can find great clearance deals. Anything not in stock you can order online. They get busy so the employees will not walk away from their customer, be patient. The staff Ive had experience with were awesome, Amy knows the store inside and out, Linda and faith have helped me and are very pleasant.

I took 10 empty ink cartridges inside of a see - through plastic bag for recycling. The girl behind the counter didnt take the time to take them out and count them. When I looked at the receipt there were only 8 on there. I actually had to tell her to take the cartridges out of the bag and count them. She did give me a second receipt for the 2 missing cartridges. But no apology was offered. Simply sad.

I ordered 100 business cards for same day service and they turned out terrible. The machine cut them incorrectly and they just look really unprofessional. The employee didnt offer to fix or replace the cards, they just said their machine wasnt working correctly. Id think twice about using them for any printing needs.

Went here to get ink for my printer. The gentleman working that department wax very nice and helpful. Got in and out quickly

I love Office Depot they not only have office supply stuff but they also have food in there that they sell as well theyre really clean and organized its a good place for me and my family to shop for different needs

This conveniently located Office Depot is in the same shopping plaza as an Arbys and a 99¢ Only store that is often worth a visit for irresistibly priced bargains. A Home Depot is also nearby, just a bit further east down Craig Road.I will occasionally stop by this office supply store to stock up on inkjet printer cartridges and paper whenever I am running low and dont have the time to wait for an online order to arrive.However, most of my office supplies are ordered online nowadays. Specifically for printer-related items, I actually prefer Staples which will rebate you $2.00 in cash for every ink cartridge that is returned for recycling

Worst customer service experience received.First visit: I was overcharged. That was ok, human error.Second visit: I waited in line for 10 mins to be assisted (not a problem). Once I went to the counter the same associate (Daniel) assisted me with the prints. He prints incorrectly. I apologise for any confusion on my part. He then print a few pages and inform me he cant print any more pages because it is 6:01 and they close at 6pm. He offered to save my email and I could return tomorrow to continue printing.

My sister took her computer into this store to remove a virus and then charged her $150 which she agreed to pay when she took it home the computer was still the same she call them and made a second trip over there. They worked on it again called her to pick it up when she got home same problem. She called them to say same problem they told her bring it back again she had enough she asked them for a refund but they said no. I call the store manger Tony and was informed he was not going to refund the money.. ***** Stay away from this store **** They do not fix computer systems right... *****

Walked in on July 3rd, and the gentleman that was the supervisor, older with grey hair,came up to us and asked us if he could help us with anything, when we were looking at the Galaxy Tabs. When we did ask him about the latest Galaxy he had no knowledge whatsoever,and told me if you get on your phone and look it up yourself you will be able to find out. Well he came up to us asking if he could help which he was no help whatsoever I felt he was there to judge me, not to help me. Very bad customer service for a supervisor

If I could rate lower I would. The staff seems incapable of multi tasking. Been waiting in excess of 15 mins to pick up a pre-paid order. I will not be returning.

I would give it zero if I could, worst customer service experience I have ever had. One person behind the counter while other employees walk around drinking water. Half hour wait to print one sheet. Just horrible!

Some things were out of stock in the pen and pencils area but an associate came to ask if we needed help and when we said we were done she took us to the register to check us out. So that was cool.

So I basically came in 3 times in one week I was trying to print a image I made to create a farm house sign the 1st time I emailed it over it was pretty busy in there & as usual there was only one girl working but any how the girl ended up telling me that she could open my image but it wasent allowing her to save it into editing so I tried sending it a different way still no luck when I tried to ask her why it was doing that or if she could suggest I try something different she simply had nothing to say & was very rude she basically said no & walked away from me to help other people while I was still talking i felt like she was just saying that cause she didnt want to deal with the hastle of trying to fix the promblem that was accuring so I left. The 2nd time was about a day later I tried to give them a second try thinking maybe it was just that one person so I emailed my image then called I spoke to a supervisor she said the image was fine & so I proceeded to explain to her the size I was trying to get & how I wanted the image flipped backwards she told me to come in & bring my board with me so they can play with it a bit to get it right so there I go I ended leaving my board there. They took my info & said they would contact me when it was done 2 days go by & nothing so i call they said oh yes its ready we were just gonna call u so now the 3rd time I go in. Its the same girl from who I left the board with so I was excited thinking oh great I can get my stuff home & get to work on my project boy was I wrong. She brought the board & the image to me & right away I told her it was wrong for one the image was not flipped 2 it was deffinatley not the size I requested so I told her she stared at her screen & then basically told me that it wasent printing in the size I needed I was like okkkkk. I asked her what were my options still trying not to get snippy or angry with her she told me to send the image again as she helped other people I took a seat to give her some time then came back to inform her its resent cause I could see she wasent going back to work on it. She went to her computer screen & up popped a pizza hut ordering page she ordered her pizza then clicked back & forth from the screen to mine right in front of me at this point I was frustrated & pissed off she printed it again to show me the biggest she could get it & it wasent going to work plus I told her again it wasent flipped she then told me she couldnt flip it so I told her to forget it & thanks for wasting my time. I will never go bck here again they are very Un professional & dont seem to know what there doing there always super busy & under staffed plus I have no clue as to why no one contacted me to let me know my board was ready & even when I called & they said it was why didnt they inform me then that they couldnt do it I wouldve completely understood picked up my stuff & tryed else where but instead I was miss informed. Wasted over an hour in the store trying to fix it after I had already left it there for 2 days all this & not to mention while she ordered pizza.

Lacks in customer service. Man in the middle check out area was the rudest man Ive ever met. Everyone in there rate: POOR. Waiting in line FOREVER. Not aknowledged. Even when I asked, ignored. It was horrible. I was there to pick up 2 copies and it took them 15 minutes to check me out between 2 different cashiers.

They are always good to me. But Im a regular lol and Im never in a rush when I come here.

The employees have a lack of teamwork and they treated me badly. I felt unwelcome by the staff. My print job was not ready at the date it was due because they forgot to write all of my order down.

When going here, go on Fridays, Wednesdays, and Mondays, at afternoon. The employees treat you nicely during these hours. Other than those hours, employees are unhelpful, rude, and Moody.

First tine: I had something scanned, combined the documents when theyre not supposed to. Its just disappointing that I had to come back to have it fixed.Second time: I went again to have something scanned, the docs were saved in error, combined 2 dics in 1 pdf, then the girl forgot to scan the back page if the paper. Very disappointing.

Well kept store, but it stays very busy.
