Im a big coffee drinker!! And I drink the same thing EVERYDAY!!! But this location is not up to the Starbucks standard. I wanna order what I want without them telling me they dont have it, because they dont wanna brew it. Lazy!!! In the picture theres 4 cups of coffee, but I only ordered 2. They tried to give me something that I didnt order to pass for what I did order. STOP DOING THAT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! People that really drink coffee will definitely know the difference. AND THE CUPS ARE MESSY!!!!!!!

This location SUCKS they never have anything. They are slow how can you not make Frappuccino’s at this time. I order but get to the window we don’t have any vanilla nothing! This is the third time the one down the street has everything. I gave them 3 chances never again!!!!

The employees tried to close the store 15 minutes early by locking the door and shutting off the lights. We went thru the drive thru and they turned that off too right after helping the car in front of us. When we pulled up to the window they pretended they weren’t there and kept peaking around the corner. Finally they opened the window (still 10 minutes before closing time) and said they were out of hot drinks.

The Starbucks that is always out of stuff. Someone please tell the store manager the sale is more important then the bonus. Order some stock man. Smh

This Starbucks is chaotic. People’s to-go orders and mobile orders were all over the tiny little counter space clogging up the window where they deliver drinks. Other people were handling the drinks, lifting them up to check/touching the lids. Cashier double charged me and duplicated my drink order, didn’t notice until I left.

Very slow service. Sat in the drive thru with 2 cars in front of me for over 15 minutes. Order was still wrong when I got to the window. Next time Ill just wait until I get further out to stop at a starbucks

Purchased a tea with my Starbucks app earlier that day, ask for a refill, which Starbucks offers for coffee and tea, when you use the Starbucks app. Employee had no idea what I was talking about and denied the refill. Train your employees better about what they are selling and the app!!!

Iv NEVER had such bad experience at a Starbucks other than at this location employees are ghetto and so spiteful its honestly SAD!I asked and paid full price for a venti with no ice like always. Their employees are so spiteful they gave me a half full venti cup without the ice, I guess their way of messing with us was to give me a half full cup because it didnt have ice...which is not at all ok when I paid almost $6 for a venti like I said weve never had an issue with that before. I very politely returned it and asked that it be filled because I paid for a venti. Meanwhile they were laughing in our face and mocking us they gave me a new one that still wasnt what I expected. I would give them a zero stars if that was an option!Very poor employee service!!!

Starbucks is a coffeeshop. Has different blends of coffees and other drinks. It offers snacks and pastries. Assorted cups, mugs and a wide range of accessories. You can order to go or sit down and enjoy with friends or have a meeting with an Professional or go online with your own laptop. Restrooms are wheelchair accessible Parking is free and many are open around town and can easily be seen from the streets. Its very friendly I enjoy going there.

Friendly, courteous staff. Attentive and truly neighborhood coffee house. Service, staff and location make this location a good coffee hangout. Update: store has been remodeled. While its a nice fresh look, its not as inviting and cozy as it was before the remodel. Seating is less comfortable and doesnt invite an extended visit

I ordered ahead of time @ 4:25 pm and I got my drinks @ 4:47. I usually order from other locations and never had a problem. This is my third time going to this specific location and they always take their sweet time. I waited 20 mins for my drink and it tasted plain with no type of flavor. This is not the first time but I be rushing out because I had things to do.

I love coming to this location. The drinks always taste perfectly and the people in the drive thru are always super sweet 😊. Some locations in town you can tell the coffee is either burned but this one is always amazing. Thank you!!!

I drop in every morning ony way to office. The staff, the location, the ambience, well the menu is standard but they prepare it to your desire perfectly. Starbucks iced coffee is tasty & so refreshing. Great experience after all.

Skip this location and go to another starbucks... The wait is always longer for some reason, they are unprofessional and on top of that your drink will be served to you at boiling temp..... So you wont be able to even drink it for another 30 minutes

Almost always gets my order wrong. I never get anything special! Its stuff on the menu and somehow they still manage to get at least half my order wrong. Not once, but the last 4 times Ive gone. Never again.

I come almost every day simply because it is on my way to work otherwise I dont think I would go to this one, but there is nothing else really on my way sooooo here we are. Its kind of a hit or miss, sometimes my drink is on point but Ill go ahead and say the majority of the time it tastes like straight s***. I also get a VERY basic drink so I dont really understand how it gets messed up all the time. They either put too little of syrup, the prom syrup, sugar free syrup, or too much cream to the point where my drink looks like Im getting an iced milk...or both... Pretty much Every. Single. Damn. Time. On the positive side of things the staff is very friendly so Ill give them that...but if you have the choice to go somewhere else or to a different Starbucks location I would.

Starbucks is the same everywhere you go, its all about the people who greet you and these people are great.

First impression is great.. nice decor, but then you go into the bathroom and it makes you worry about what else they DONT clean. I mean the bathroom looked like it hadnt been cleaned for a good WEEK. I was going to order something but after that experience, I just got turned off. If you cant keep the bathroom clean, I doubt youre keeping the machines clean. They need a cleaning lesson from the Starbuck on Scott Robinson and W. Craig. JS.

I placed an order for 3 of the traveler coffee boxes around 4pm yesterday and asked if i would be able to pick it up the following day at 8 am. He said they should be ready by then. So i go to pick it up they tell me they dont have any of the boxes so they cant complete my order. How hard is it to call me (since they asked for my personal number when i ordered) and let me know that they wouldnt be able to have my order. And it is too late to place an order anywhere else. 0 stars if i could.

Starbucks is great place to meet people but this one is a bit crowded. The Macchiato is good. I would recommend for coffee only. There are better places to meet people.

Starbucks was asked to supply coffee for our troops. They declined saying they were anti-war. Think about that. What is the percentage of troops that are at War???? What Starbucks should have said was, Starbucks is far more concerned with our profit margin then we are with American troops.

I ordered a dragon fruit drink with coconut milk which I expected to be pink but when i got to the window they gave me a plain white drink with coconut milk ao i told the cashier she should have told me at the window and her answer is i didn’t know we were out i just found out now! And gave me an attitude like don’t u guys do inventory before u start your shift?? I wasn’t even done talking to her and she just slamed the drive thru window what an unprofessional cashier!! She shouldn’t be working at starbucks!!

A really nice shop with good people that is, unfortunately situated where there are always panhandlers out front.

Unfortunately, this Starbucks made a terrible management change decision and is now always surrounded by panhandlers and bums, oftentimes hanging around inside drinking the free water and using the available WiFi for their phones while they also leech the electric outlets inside to charge their phones. Makes for a real dirty, unsafe, ghetto feel. Not to mention very smelly! They also use the restrooms for their baths and shaving, leaving nasty hair all over the sinks as well. Too bad.Ruins what used to be an otherwise great place. No longer a customer of this or any Starbucks anywhere in this area of town - far too nasty.

If I could rate them without any Stars I truly would!The customer service at this particular location is absolutely terrible and I would know given that its also my line of work! Ive been in customer service for 18 years and going and the employees at this location just dont have it in them which is quite sad!There has been numerous upon numerous times that my order would not only be given to me with having to wait anywhere between 20-35 minutes but it would always be made wrong with the exception of my oatmeal which only needs to have water added to it.Before I go on, Yes! I can go to another location but this specific one happens to be the only one convenient enough for my morning route.I couldve submitted this entry long time ago but I stopped getting Starbucks for a little while. Today of all days makes it my first visit within the past 3 weeks and today did it for me.I normally go through the drive thru however I decided to go inside instead in hopes that my experience would be better in which wasnt.After placing my order I attempted to pay for my items with my Starbucks app but when I was handing my phone to the cashier he just stared at me with a confused look on his face. He proceeded to ask his fellow coworker for help and when she arrived she looked at me with a puzzled look as well which made me feel awkward so I asked, is there something wrong? and she then pointed to a scanning device and said thats where youre suppose to scan it!. I then apologized and said I havent come into your location, I normally just go through your drive thru so Im sorry I didnt know. and she just walked away.The gentleman who originally helped me then asked if I needed anything else and I asked if they wouldnt mind breaking a $50 bill for me. The gentleman looked at his coworker (the same one who helped him) and asked if he had enough in his register to change my bill and she began to tell him that he did but I would need to buy something. I said, Thank you, and handed them 2 chocolates that wouldve cost $1.80 for both and she then looked at me and said, You are going to need to buy more than that!. Im not going to lie, I chuckled because Im thinking to myself - you just said that he had enough money in his drawer to change it and if he didnt, a simple No wouldve sufficed!To bring humor into the situation I asked, How much exactly did you want me to spend when all I am looking for is change that you said he had enough for?! and she said More than that!.I began to laugh and said, Never mind, thanks anyway! and moved to the other side to wait for my drink.When they handed it to me, I thanked them for it and normally with great customer service; you thank the customer and invite them to come back in which the barista who handed it to me did no such thing. All he did was walk away!The biggest problem about this entire occurrence which is my fault is that I failed to get their names which will not be a problem for me to retrieve. Getting their names will be the last and only reason why Ill be paying this Starbucks location on Cheyenne & MLK a visit once more!
