**Would not recommend to anyone** Let me preface by saying that I have been drinking coffee for about 10 years now, on an almost daily basis, and I have never complained about the flavor of coffee, until this place. I ordered from here once a few months ago -- I got a hot black coffee and a fruit smoothie. The coffee was awful, and the smoothie was the most syrupy garbage Ive ever had. It was really bad. And I love smoothies, too. I would not call that a smoothie by any means. Well, I chalked it up to maybe a bad day or a bad batch or something and didnt say anything. I ordered from here again yesterday -- a simple hot black coffee with nothing else in it, and I bought a bag of their whole coffee beans to roast at home. The coffee tasted burnt and awful. Thats 2 times now from the same place that Ive tasted the only coffee that I would seem bad. Months apart, I figure, not a coincidence. Well, today I opened up their bag of coffee beans to make my own coffee.. they smell awful. They smell like burnt garbage, fresh out of the bag. I decided to make a hot cup anyway, and yep, it was equally as awful. Again, I have never once complained about coffee or coffee beans except for these now 3 cups. I love the smell of coffee, all types of coffee beans, and always drink it just black. Ive had coffee from probably thousands of coffee shops and restaurants over the years, and never ran across a bad cup of coffee. Ive never understood what people meant by a bad cup of coffee but now I do, thanks to the human bean. Would not recommend coffee or smoothies from this place.

Always have a great experience grabbing my morning coffee from here. All the staff is incredible and so friendly and dont even get me started on the coffee👏💓

Most of the time the drinks are pretty good! Today I got cold brew with pumpkin spice, I thought it was okay, just a personal preference. However, amazing service!

I had been recommended by an aquaintance to this location. I had two of their best sellers. They are both super fine!! I d love to try the pastries but Ill always forget. I d make it my way to the coffee place is everywhere. Will surely come back here when have a chance.

Great. Better than Starbucks. Really patient with me, I was out of town and didnt know what to order. Good prices, good service. Wish they were in my neck of the woods.

Omg this place is delicious! We ordered a frozen hot chocolate: Carmel Hazelnut Mocha iced & a Nutty Irishman frozen - did not disappoint and I WILL definitely be returning. Wowwwwwww excellent work

Best Coffee Shop!! This has been my go to coffee shop for years. I recommend them to anybody that will listen, and the feedback Ive received is always positive. Super friendly staff, awesome drinks, and speedy service.

Man this place is going downhill. Whoever is doing the ordering should stop. Last week they were out of whipped cream. This week they are out of espresso beans and their frozen machine is broken. I guess time to go to Dutch bros now

Decilicous cold brew, I got the salted caramel. It’s the prefect amount of sweet (not too sweet). Staff is nice and very efficient!

Best coffee hands down. I love the Java chip, it had little chocolate chip pieces in it. The lumberjack was also delicious! Yummy little mixed chocolate covered coffee bean on every drink as the perfect topper. 🥰 Always a treat to stop by.

Not the best, but better then many. They have lots of non dairy milk alternatives for the lactose free!!! Cappacunio is good.PS get the chocolate covered espresso beans, theyre 10/10

Horrid! Bella the cashier that has been there the longest first off has no customer skills what so ever. Doesnt offer if you would like to add anything else to your order drink OR GIVE SUGGESTIONS! As a first time customer I would think an employee (herself) that has been there the longest (which she told her coworker with an attitude) would have excellent customer service. I was very displeased with my order. I asked how big is their 20oz cups, Bella replies back with a sarcastic remark. Saying it looks like a 20, ummm Im sorry I didnt know we lived in a world where every cup is going to look like a 20oz. Had to ask if I can see the 20oz cup. No manager around what so ever no mask were worn. Im sorry HUMAN BEAN why hire ppl with such snotty attitude to work at your shop. Your shop should be about welcoming your customers with a happy nice attitude. Very very disappointed.

My iced coffee came with almost no ice. The vanilla flavor and sweetener I asked for were not included. However, employees were energetic and professional. Menu was easy to read and had ample choices. Prices are reasonable.

Some times people dont actually listen to what you want. I told them step by step what I wanted. 2 squirts or pumps Carmel 2 shots/pumps white chocolate 2 shots expresso in a large paper cup add whole milk. Not hot, not cold, no steam if you must very little. I dont want it hot. No I dont want it iced either. It was around 117°F outside in Vegas . Make it the way I explained its just cool not cold, chugable perfect for me. Not you or what you think it should be. Listen to your customer or you wont have any.

Second time going. My friend took me last week and I got a small blueberry pomegranate. It was on my mind again today so I went back and got me a 32 ounce blueberry pomegranate. It is so delicious.

I always receive excellent customer service every time I visit and of course the coffee is always delicious! I would like to give a shout out to the ladies working between 3-5 for being so awesome, they handle service so well even when I spilled a drink in my car, the girls remade my drink quick... Coffee is always good and service is usually excellent. But tonight I had to wait over 20minutes to get 1 cup of coffee. And my coffee was pretty much cream and NO coffee. This wasnt even worth the wait!!!!

The Human Bean is my coffee shop I dont do Starbucks sorry. Omg I love all the coffee drinks they have at Human Bean, and the Chocolate Covered Expresso Beans are the best thing in a coffee lovers life. All the wonderful young people that work there have great attitudes, I cant wait to see them to get my coffee choice and muffin top and coffee beans.

The expresso beans are AMAZING they helped me when I had to write or stay up late. I also recommend the strawberry bananna smoothies with wipped cream on top.

Park your car and walk up to the window.Pro tip for faster service if the drive thru lines are long.

Great little coffee shop with good customer service. Ive been here plenty of times over the years, and even more often now that I work Doordash and I like getting a cold drink during the hot Vegas weather. But lately for some reason every time I get a black iced tea, the tea is seriously over brewed. Instead of being smooth and clear, the tea is extremely bitter and opaque. Its really disappointing since in the past the iced teas were fine. Wish they could just brew the tea correctly.

Best coffee! I just wish the sw location was still open. But its so good I drive across town to still get my fix. Java chip is my favorite

One of things I love about this place is the employees. They give great suggestions and are patient (we often order 5+ drinks). They are so kind and friendly without being overkill to fit into a brand. Ive been going here for years. Drinks are good and of course there are the free beans 😊 yum!!! Some of my faves over the years are iced chai with almond milk, iced green tea with peach, white chocolate raspberry, and Americano with a sugar free flavor.

Much better than Starbucks, I would much rather patronize this business, the employees are amazing, the coffee and smoothies are always perfect, and they give you a candied coffee bean with all your drinks 😁🥰

I wanted to give my daughters a smoothie so I ask for them to recommend me one and they gave me Italian sodas but none of my daughters like the drink. It was not sweet at all it was watery and plus I asked for a frappe and they gave me a ice coffee for which I am so disappointed with of that service of that place.

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is one of my favorite hotels to stay in when Im in Las Vegas. Everything you need. Warm and welcoming. Good attention to detail. Room was modern and well put together. Shower with separate large bath. Best balcony rooms in Vegas. Excellent view of the strip. If youre looking for a modern room this is the resort. You can spend an entire day there and not get bored. Definitely a nice experience. Much nicer than a lot of the casinos. Very good food options, too. Service was on point, waitresses attentive when in the casino. No complaints. 10/10 would stay again the next time we are in Vegas.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place and their staff! Everyone is incredibly nice and will take the time to explain question to you. The coffee is amazing as well as the prices. In honesty I would come here even if the coffee wasn’t as good as it is just because of the customer service I get. If I could they would get a million stars. This place is the BEST!!!!

The drinks are all so good. I love their lightly honey sweetened iced matcha tea latte. Oh its so yummy in my tummy!! Try it right away!! You wont be disappointed; dont be scared it is green, but it will blow your taste buds to the clouds!! I love the coffee too, and the best tasting chocolate covered coffee beans they top every drink with are outstanding!! Dont forgot to buy a bag for like $3.50!!

Today Sunday November 3, My wife and I went to get coffee at 9:00 am just like every Sunday. On the right side window there was a car in front of me with a big size dog. The problem wasn’t the dog the problem was that one of the employees working at that time touched the dogs face and grabbed his jaw closed to the mouth. I don’t think she washed her hands because she gave the guy his money and cofre right after touching the dog. I wasn’t able to get my coffee after what I saw the girl employee do and I think that was So anti hygienic. Thank you

So, it usually pretty quick here . I get the Irish Cream Breve and its always good. They do have almond milk and coconut milk option too. The young ladies are friendly and quick. Also, it is not as expensive as other places, yet the quality is still there !
