We had a great experience working with Ron at the AT&T store on Centennial and Loose in North Las Vegas, NV. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us. We are Senior citizens and not always as knowledgeable as the younger generations. I would recommend this store to anyone who is interested in upgrading their phones.

My wait was not long, my questions were answered efficiently and quickly, and the young man who helped me had a great sense of humor. I will definitely be telling everyone I know to go to this location for great and friendly service.

Great attentive staff, if they dont know the answers they will do what they have to insure they get the answers, they educate their customers & just dont sell them phones. First store that I have been to in a while that the staff is all friendly, & happy

The guy in this store, I think his name is Mike, is awesome. Ive been looking for a new phone for a while, but the plans are always so flipping complicated. He made things way simpler for me. People in these stores are always so high pressure and dont ever care about the customer. Not this guy. He explained things, answered my questions, was patient, and very personable. If I get AT&T, itll be because of him.

I came to the AT&T store on centennial and Loose and I switched from Verizon to AT&T. The rep Angel helped me and my wife with our switch and we were happy with everything. Come to find out he took the 2 phones we traded in and processed our transaction as new clients with no phones to trade. Later we are told we never traded our phones in. I am out now $650 that I have to pay Verizon. I feel like I was robbed.Just want to update this review. After reporting what had happened the issue was corrected and I was credited the right amount for the phone trade in. It was done quickly and efficiently. Thanks a lot for the attention to this issue! I am happy with the result.

Literally the fastest service I’ve ever had in 3 years at any AT&T store. I’m from out of town and had to upgrade my phone ASAP. The customer service and accommodations was refreshing. I was really close to switching to T-mobile considering the experiences with AT&T that I’ve had at other stores in different cities but this one just made a continued customer.

Went into this store at 1 oclock on 9/28 for two things: 1) to port my daughters phone to my account, and 2) to look at mid-range phones for my wife. A young kid was our associate. He was pushy and rude. First, AT&T cant port Cricket numbers to AT&T even though they own Cricket. Annoying, but not this stores fault. The kid kept pushing my daughter to change her number though so he could make a sale despite her saying numerous times she didnt want to. Next, when I was looking at Samsung phones, this kid starts telling me how terrible the phones are (theyre your product, kid) and tried to sell me a $750 phone. I told him I wasnt interested in a $750 phone to which he responded, Why? It isnt that expensive. Not gonna lie, AT&T, Ive been considering moving my service to Verizon. This kid may have just solidified that decision for me.

The staff here is so helpful, all of my experiences here have been phenomenal. Even on days I come in and the staff are busy, Im still greeted and assured Ill be helped as soon as possible.This is probably the most friendly staff Ive seen in an AT&T store, I definitely recommend going here

Great Customer Service, they have a wonder team there, I shop at the smiths in that parking lot and when I stop by, I always get a warm welcoming, the best AT&T store I seen so far and it’s always clean

If I could give no stars I would, this company charged my card after 2 months of me being away from their horrible and ridiculously priced service. I left for a reason like seriously, then I call in and the guy on the phone is telling me of course I cant get my money back and what I need to do and none of what he can do to help me or the situation smh then when I ask for the customer service number hes replies I dont have it smh how are you working in customer service yet cant give any helpful CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVICE???
