Nice staff. Havent been since covid but store has a lot less options now than they did before but still plenty to choose from.

Organized storefront, friendly staff, and overall great place to shop for a new (or used) game. Ive always had great experience at this location, and they even have Spanish speaking associates. Would recommend.

Its not the best but it has what ya need most of the times. Least we still have one. Idk why it smells like a Chucky Cheese/Boys locker room in there though 🤔 but still we go to buy games n get deals ya know how it be.

I race to the gamestop to pick my pre-order up because they closed at 8 I arrived at 7:58 door wasnt locked and the guy said they are closed I do to much business with gamestop to bit be able to pick up my pre-order no more business from me

The people there are helpful and friendly but they never answer the phone but if they do it’s as lucky as finding a 4 leaf clover

Use the laundry matt or go to shopping centers

No wonder game stop is going out of business not only do they rip you off when you try to sell or trade in game with by trying to pay you pennies. They also rip you off when you buy new or used games from them by adding a $3 warranty with out even asking you.

Kyle is the best. Always polite and knowledgeable. Very patient with my kids when explaining products. My family followed Kyle from his store that closed down. His customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend visiting this location on Lake Mead & Civic Center.

Games for ps3 have stopped being sold at this location

They run out of stuff a lot but the customer service is impeccable

Love going now after like 5 or 6 years ago a lot has changed with the system and its way better I got the app and renewed my membership.

Employees here are the best and friendly extremely helpful with info on the latest console and games this is my favorite store besides the one on decatur and 215 but i would give it five stars but i cant unfortunately do to that they never answer their phone i been calling for 3 days and no one ever picks up i dont have a ride all the time so I cant just go Everytime i need to ask a few questions that the website cant answer wish they would answer more often 😭

The staff here is nice but one of the dudes doesnt cover his nose with his mask. Why even wear a mask at that point? Basically its rude and inconsiderate and tells the customers you dont care about our health.

They NEVER answers the phone

I stood in line for 8 hours as the 8th customer for the 8 Xbox’s they had..was clearly noted on the door the store had 8 preorders available. Whoever opened said he made a mistake and there’s only 7. He basically kept 1 for himself. All GameStop’s said it was impossible to not have the 8 or miscount ..I need more than an apology

First I’m excited that I stay literally down the street from GameStop... But what got me amped was the positive vibe I felt entering the store, plus the customer service and hospitality that was displayed as well. I was blown away! I was barely inside the store and felt like I was being helped when the employees was helping other customers... I only came in the store to ask about the Xbox series S and PS5 pre-order but ended up renewing my power up account, buying 2 PS4 games and discussion the epic move Microsoft made with Zenimax and Bethesda. Overall this store made my day and I’m looking forward to many more visits and purchases... but more so encouraging a lot of people to come to this store for that great experience.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this GAMESTOP.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This is honestly my favorite GameStop to go to. Personable staff and a nice layout. Plus they are great about checking discs on used items before selling it to you and generally have good quality stuff and a nice mix to look through.

The customer service is your standard alright service. Very helpful and eager to find the game youre looking for. Although it seems they might be a bit too eager as some times if you ask if they have a game they will quickly rush to grab you a used copy instead of asking you what youd like first. If you stop by this or any gamestop you should make sure to make it clear what you are looking for since gamestop employees are notoriously trained to push used games.

Most helpful gamestop in Las Vegas. Im patiently awaiting the release of the new Animal Crossing and they assured me it will be out soon. They hooked me right up with a farm simulator to keep me stoked. Yeah.

Employees have little knowledge on upcoming products. Had to return 3 times to tell them they’ve put the wrong console on layaway. Venture to a different GameStop with more knowledgeable staff.

Do not come in here and buy two or three hundred dollars worth of steam cards at a given time because the cash register will freeze up and then youre going to play games to get your money back

Used to have good experiences here but now anything I pre-order anything its several weeks late and when I go in to ask about it, I get rude looks along with the company line: Well call you when it comes in along with the signature GameStop employee sneer. As if Im the annoying one for wanting to receive my product the day that I was told it would be out.

Great for finding all your gaming needs. Whether it be controllers, adapters, or cheap pre-owned games. It is all fine if you dont mind the cashiers pushing for a reward member sign up.

This GameStop is really amazing, usually very organized and they give us a personal call on preorder updates.

The guys who worked there were great they were precise at describing gameplay.

Good selection of games and helpful, knowledgeable staff that are able to make recommendations for games and consoles the buyer is likely to enjoy.

I have nothing bad to say about the employees, I can say however the company is very unorganized. I came in yup buy my girlfriend a game with half store credits she had in which she got an email statement. she called initially to verify to tell the employees that she intended on putting that store credit on crew2 and ill be coming in and paying the remainder.After about 40 minutes of waiting, on the phone with other stores, customer service, I had to leave unsatisfied, ( game stop+unsatisfied customers=nothing new) ended up buying it out in full.Despite that- Trey was great professional.

They’re a trash company that won’t answer my calls when calling about a pre-order that I was supposed to have now I don’t even know if I can get a refund.

I went here to buy a new Xbox 1 s, I bought it brand new.. It came with a free download of NBA2K19. After waiting hours for it to update and for the game to download on to the system I played NBA2K19 and really didnt like it. So I went to Go fish up my disk for NBA2K18. When I put it in the machine nothing happened, So I said hmmmmm, maybe its some new feature with the new system, But I could figure out how to get the disk to play so I finally called up gamestop. A horrible phone system if you cant get a live rep they just hang up on you and say call back. So after finally getting the rep on the phone I was told to bring the system back in.I did and I got a new system. Imagine my shock and dismay when I put a disk in the new system and nothing happens.. So now I gotta go back to gamestop again..
