Awesome Harley-Davidson dealership. Went bear while in Charleston just to see what the Harley shop look like as we do whenever we travel. While in there I decided to get a new helmet and the sales lady was extremely helpful and getting what I needed. The amount of bikes that they have in the store is incredible and the prices are very good. From the outside it doesnt look like a really great store when you first pull up, but when you walk inside it is totally different an awesome. Numerous varieties of things such as shirts and knick-knacks that many Harley shops are no longer carrying were in there. A large selection of baby and little kids clothes which was great because we always buy stuff for for our granddaughters and many of the Harley shops are no longer stocking those things. So it was nice to see a good selection to pick from. Inside the store was very clean and everyone was friendly, everyone we passed stopped and said hello and asked if they could help us find anything, and to sum it up it was a very very good experience. I would definitely recommend this Harley shop to anyone who wants to go in and even if theyre just going to browse.

I have purchased from Low Country in the past and would generally avoid the dealership based on past experience. However the current sales, finance and parts teams are quite different than my previous experiences. I stopped by Low Country H-D Saturday- Went in and spoke to Chad about an issue I was having with wind buffering. Chad went above and beyond to help me identify the problem. The service I received while I was there was outstanding! Chad introduced me to Amanda, who was a professional when it comes to fitting helmets. She help me select the right helmet to solve my problem! This place is okay the staff is friendly on some days but not so friendly on others. It is a Harley dealership but not my favorite. I’ve been to many and they definitely need to be more polite if they want any kind of sales. I ended up taking my business to a different dealer at a different location and love my ride..

Had my first time experience at Low Country Harley Davidson back on August 12, 2021.Just so happened that it was my birthday and while there. My new to me FLHXXX had a problem with the clutch cable being hard to operate and while there the service department guys looked at it for me And .datermined that it just needed lubricanted and processed to fix it for me. I was very glad with their help. And they got me on my way to enjoy my bike and birthday. Thank fellows.

Just bought my 2021 Road Glide Standard from Low Country Harley. Couldn’t be more happy with the purchase. Jon was great and very informative. It’s always great to have a salesman who rides and loves the same bike that you are looking at.I’m starting with a blank canvas, Him and Rush both have been a big help on deciding how I want to build my new bike for my 6 foot 6 frame.Would definitely recommend them in the future. Both myself and my brother have left there happy.

The parts manager was great, very knowledgeable. His name is Rush. I wasnt sure what I needed, he knew immediately and it was in stock. This was a much better experience than trying to by a bike there. I guess the motorcycle salesman didnt take us seriously. I went 3 weeks in a row to see a street glide he said they had in back, but wouldnt show me until it was cleaned up. I told him we would be buying 3 bikes. After three weeks I have up and bought 3 bikes in Florida and had them shipped in....a street glide, an iron 883 and a street rod. I will be buying more HD aftermarket parts to customize the three bikes but they missed their chance to sell me bikes.

Ill definitely be returning for my gear and parts needs unless I can find like-new products for cheaper through online and swap meets. Lowcountry went above and beyond for me as a whole but especially Mr. K. They definitely earned my business for life, and Ill never forget the embarrassment and pride when I rang that bell after signing the documents. Im proud to finally be a part of the Harley family.

The parts man, Jimmy was a very rude man to one of your customers..He would not give her a chance to explain her position instead of listening he threatened that he was going to throw her out the door. He certainly said those very words .He said, See that door over there I am going to put out. She has never been spoken to like that! Such a rude, rude man and she told him he was.

Bought a 2015 street glide. Happy with purchase. Jon was more then helpful, talked to him for 2 weeks before I walked in the door. Everyone at low country was very helpful and friendly. 10 out of 10

I don’t do reviews, but I feel like I can’t pass this one up. I’m 76 yrs and my wife is 72 yrs married 53 years. Ridding 65 yrs. we decided to take a trip to Charleston over the weekend. We had trouble with the bike it was just dead no response at all. We called Low Country HD. Within 20 min we were picked up and brought to their dealership. The driver of the truck is retired LE he treated us like we were his best friends. Very refreshing. It was very close to closing but they started on the bike checking it out. So we needed to rent a car and get a motel to spend the night. The owner of LCH drove us to the airport this was a big deal to us. Then he stayed at the shop so that we could come back and get our meds and personal belongings. We kept this man from going home to his family but he wanted to get us settled first. Not many go out of their way like this. Sorry for dragging this out so long but by 1:00 pm they had us up and going. Their service department was great, even the technician Steve gave us step by step of what’s going on. I need one more item fix. I’m driving back 315 miles to have Steve finish it up. For me I couldn’t be more happier with this team.

My husband took his bike here after a motorcycle accident and had nothing but problems. They would not send pictures to the insurance company, then turned around and try to charge storage fees. I asked for pictures multiple times and they never sent them to me. Thank goodness Summerville Harley is back open.

Low Country Harley-Davidson is a great place to get everything Harley related that you need. They have a great selection of Harley clothing and gifts that are wonderful gifts for any bike person in your life that you need to shop for. They have so many items that it is hard to choose from sometimes. I really like the vibe of this location and have been there for several events and specials and have always enjoyed myself each time. They staff here is great and willing to help you with anything you need or answer any questions you may have. I also like being able to look at the bikes and dream of one day owning one so it is cool to check out everything in advance so I will be ready one day when I am ready to purchase.

Riding Academy took me from intimidated on Friday to confident in purchasing my first bike on Sunday. And so the search begins!

Just recently had the rear tire replaced on my bike there to get ready for a trip. I scheduled an appointment with Jesse. When I arrived he was quick to get my work order prepared to get my bike in the shop while I waited for the work to be completed. The shop staff had my tire changed and I was back on the road in around an hour. The dealership is nice and everyone was very friendly. I would highly recommend Low Country Harley for any of your sales or service needs.

Quality is the difference between what you expect and what you get. I have purchased many vehicles in my life but my experience with Rebecca was exceptional. Normally you expect some smooth talking sales person but Becca was so genuine and sincere about finding the perfect solution for me that I was beyond surprised. Being new to the Charleston area this was my first pleasant encounter with Low Country Harley Davidson. The sales staff were all very friendly and attentive and allowed me to browse at my own pace. On my arrival I metMr K. He patiently showed me a range of bikes that were of interest to me. After a few days of consideration I returned and purchased my Electra Glide through Mr K. OK honest and humble opinion. the Sales dept are a great group of guys and arent pushy and knowledgeable. The rental dept (one guy) is good to go and he care about what he does. The parts dept isnt too bad yet prices are marked up, yet that is the cost of convenience.Now the service dept is a different animal. If you have a stock motorcycle and want to keep it that way, they are great. Once you begin to upgrade and mod your bike then you will run into some problems. The mechanics there know if they did the work or not, and if they didnt I can guarantee you ride they will intentionally mess something up. Each and every time I brought (or had my friends bring) a customized bike for simple repairs the bike would be returned with new problems. I even have a warranty and refuse to use it since their lack of workmanship almost made a crash on the 26!One star for the sales, and rental dept. Everything else about Low Country is very sketchy.

Stopped by Low Country Harley-Davidson the other day and felt right at home. From the second I stepped in the door I was welcomed by friendly staff and an incredible inventory. Will definitely be returning and sending friends your way. Go see Becca in sales if youre in the market to buy or wanting to look at any of the bikes.
