Awesome family owned business. Ronnie and Sherry are a down to earth no nonsense, lets get it done. If it can be done Ronnie and Sherry will do whatever it takes to find it or do it. I have been going to Cycle World fore more than 20 years and 3 different bikes. If it is broke, they will fix it, if it is wrecked, they will rebuild it and preventive maintenence, they cover it all. They will NOT try to sell you something you dont need, unless you think you just have to have it, then they will find it for you. Thank you Ronnie and Sherry, you are appreciated .

Hands down this is the place to go if your bike needs work. I’m new to the area and needed my carbs cleaned. Even when the bike was done and I couldn’t come to get my bike because of all the rain we had. They kept my bike garaged and out of the rain for two extra weeks until the rain cleared. When I got there, they started my bike to show me that it was running great now. They even made sure they didn’t adjust my clutch handle because of my shirt fingers!! They bent over backwards to get my bike in the shop and worked on. I’ve never been treated better. Thank you so much!!! I’m back on the road and my baby is rumbling again!!!!

Dropped my bike off as they were closing down. Had a phone call the next morning before I woke up telling me my bike was ready for pickup. Best bike shop in the low country.

Ronnie did incredible work on my bike, is beyond friendly, and was very helpful helpful throughout the whole process. After he had finished, you would never be able to tell that my bike had been in an accident. I won’t take my business anywhere else, him and his wife run a great business over there. This is the place for bikers. Went there looking for a specific part and Ronnie was able to put his hand right on it. They dont do any motor work, but tires, brakes, used parts and a whole showroom of accessories. Family run business that will treat you like family. I will be back, and telling all my bikers buddies about this place.

Ronnie has always done great for me.He gets a chance on Tuesday to work on my newVtx. Flat tire on rear. Just dont feel like fixing it myself.

Awesome experience getting the bike worked on here. Staff made me feal very welcome, especially Ronnie. Put on a new rear tire for me way less than 2 other shops I called, and gave me some solid advise. I will definitely be back

Went looking for used handlebars. Lady behind counter asked what bike I have, dismissed me with we don’t sell those here, spit out another shop name for me to try and turned her back on me. Probably busy day, but that was my experience.

I have been going to Cycle World for all of my work for over 10 years and five different bikes. Ronnie is a regular detective when it comes to figuring out what the problem is. The prices are unbeatable. He wont charge or do work that isnt necessary. He can fix or customize your bike. He listens to you and then teaches you. I always leave the shop richer for the experience. My only regret is that I dont have enough time or money to spend at the shop.

I went there yesterday in order to have $3000 in work done to my motorcycle.It took them a few minutes before they realized someone was waiting to speak with someone and a lady came out of the back. I asked for an estimate and was told to speak to Ronnie in the back.I walked in the back expecting to shake hands and start discussing what needed to be done.Ronnie didnt shake my hand and spoke directly to the motorcycle he was working on saying he had no time for estimates. Truly a shame, I heard a lot of good about this place but my experience is sub-par and I will not be doing business with them in the future.
