I ordered 6 pieces of luxury vinyl flooring to get an idea of how it would look in my house. I paid $50 for all. When they were received every piece was damaged. They would not have been usable for the project. I requested a refund for the broken samples and have yet to receive it. The staff was very helpful when I first arrived. Once my samples were ordered and I had issues, communication became very poor. Also definitely need to shop for best price. I found the same product much less expensive elsewhere.

Not sure about the service but the drivers are reckless. Tailgating and speeding in a 30mph and zipping in-between cars. 7/12 7:00pm.

Everyone was so helpful, Bridgette and Nicole are great to work with while in a transformation of getting a new kitchen. This store has most of your needs for your home and we will be coming back for our next project.

Not a reliable place, ordered tile and was told it would be ready for pick up in a little over a week. Seven weeks later went down to pick it up after told it had arrived and it wasnt complete.

Melissa has helped us with several home improvement projects. She is very knowledgeable, and most importantly, very patient with us as we make our choices on tile, granite, etc. We will continue to go to ProSource for all of our renovation projects and highly recommend them to our friends and co-workers.
