My girls and I love this store. The employees are very kind and helpful. The prices are her reasonable!

Employees need to work on customer service. Getting upon entrance was dull/bland and not friendly. At check out I stood there for 3-5 minutes before being acknowledged even though there were 2 cashiers but one walked away when I was approaching. Expected better from this establishment.

This place has a great selection of tshirts, hoodies, bathing suits and nic naks. The store is clean and well organized. I always manage to find what Im looking for.

They have an extensive selection of items that can complete just about any gift list. This is a fun place to shop and I have been happy with all of the purchases that I have made from here.

Ordered 4 t-shirts and only received two of them. Ive emailed customer support twice with no response. Ive now filed a dispute (through paypal) for the $. I believe whomever packaged my order just saw the two designs and sent them and did not realize it had x2 on each shirt.

Love this place. The employees are very helpful and you can tell they love their job. I will have to get me a 2nd job if I keep coming in there. Some things are a little bit pricey. But it is soooooo worth it. They have a lot to choose from.

AWESOME STORE

Northwoods Mall sales associate, by the name Amelia, provided me with a soured shopping experience at Palmetto Moon. This was my first visit into this clothing store, and I left highly disappointed.I pointed out to Ameila that a shirt that I really wanted (that happened to be the last one in that size and design) had a stain on the sleeve. She told me to wash it and it might come out.Is that what all clothing stores do? Just tell customers to wash it and hope it comes out.She did NOT offer a small discount for the inconvenience or try to make my shopping experience a little better.Thumbs down for Palmetto Moon. Now I am left to tell my good friend who is moving to California that I hope after she washes her new shirt the stain will come out.
