While other employees in the store are very helpful the manager Alaric Lindson and cashier Aaliya Elford were very rude to my daughter and I. We asked for a 10 in the air max they had we were told all they had was a 9 1/2 . Well we had already tried those pair on in another store. So we tried a pair of Af1s that were the same style in the 9 1/2 . So then the cashier says that the Af1s run smaller than the air max. So I said ok I still would like to try the 9 1/2 in the Af1s thank you. So the cashier calls her little manager an they both just decide out of no where to say that they dont have them in the 9 1/2 now they should loose there jobs for lying and handing out false information look it up on the internet it says that Af1 run bigger than the airmax

The manager here needs to learn how to do his job. I went in for 2 pairs of shoes, was then told I would have to get cash to buy the 2nd pair (never experienced this, very weird), after I walked across the mall and pulled out cash (a $4 fee on my card as well...) I came back and was then told by the manager I could only buy one. This is not how you do business or treat customers. If I can only buy 1, tell me that from the beginning, dont blame me when your associates said I could buy up to 3!!! Insane!

Champs Sports in Northwoods Mall in North Charleston is one of my favorite places to shop for shoes and athletic apperal. They have a good selection of the latest shoes and I have been satisfied with the purchases I have made here throughout the years. The staff here is very helpful in making sure that you can find what you are looking for and is quick on the checkout when you are ready. This is a well managed store.

Very few or no selection of shoes size 13 1/2 and up. If they do have it, most likely it something ugly enough that you wouldnt even gift to someone that you dont like 😜

Always a nice experience

Absolutely poor customer service! I saw a pair of shoes and ask the mgr to look at them.... he said it was the last pair left so I said... I didn’t know about that and he immediately had them put away... I told him he didn’t give me a chance to really make a decision.... I told him to pull it and he asked his associate to do so she pulled it and never got the other foot for me... she went to serve someone else! I walked out and told them their customer service sucked!!!

Only place I go for shoes.

Went in looking for shoes for my son and found a pair the I wanted for him asked a store member if they had any in his size, it took her an hour to come back with the shoes, and then the tag on the shoes said 19.99 but when rang up they were 29.99 so instead of honoring the tag that they put on I had to pay full price for a shoe that was supposed to be on sale, Ill never shop in this store again

They used to be affordable. They will take a massive hit for overcharging for mediocre products. Someone in sales at the top needs to get fired if champs wants to stay afloat

Worst customer service of all time...staff specially the guys are not friendly and the guy who answers the phone told me right away that They are busy even though i was just there 10 minutes prior and its three of them working...Not very pleasant at all..i mean if you work at a place where it requires customer service don’t be annoyed if you are busy and If you are stressed out just fake it...but if you fake it,fake it good.

No customer service. Everyone was standing around talking to one another noone asked if we needed any help, so we just left and went to footlocker.
