Such an adorable and trendy boutique for all shapes, sizes, and ages for all occasions. I am obsessed and in love! I don’t think I can shop anywhere else in Charleston. The associates are so kind and friendly. They are the best at styling you which makes the shopping experience less stressful and actually really fun. It feels like your shopping with your girlfriends 💕I feel so confident and stylish when I walk out. You and your loved ones need to stop by just for the shopping experience! The clothes are the bonus! You know you will look the best and like nobody else in Charleston. Their website, app, and Instagram are really fun too.

After having a terrible experience at Windsor, I decided to point out the exceptional service I received at Apricot Lane.#1 I was greeted and asked if I needed help looking for anything. That was nice after a horrible experience seeking elsewhere. You don’t realize how nice that greeting is until an employee is outright rude to you.#2 When I grabbed a few items to try on, the same employee helping me into my dressing room asked what I was shopping for. I explained I had a brunch I would be attending the following day, and she offered some great advice on good places to brunch in Charleston.#3 At register she explained they had a deal going on and that because I got two items, I qualified for a third item free on the accessory table. She encouraged me to go find another item for myself and that she would save my purchase meanwhile.After having an employee not help me with a requested size, and furthermore, become rude, commenting on my size at Windsor, let me point out just the opposite at Apricot Lane. This same employee I pointed out in 1-3, also couldn’t help me find the right jean size to fit, however my experience was completely different from Windsor. I was looking for a size 3 which I could not find and decided to size up one in case it may fit and it was just a bit loose for my liking. She pointed out they did not have a smaller size, apologized, and told me I looked gorgeous in the outfit I was trying on nonetheless.At Windsor when I asked for a smaller size, they refused to see if the mannequin held the size I needed, told me to return on a different day when the mannequin would be switched out, and then proceeded to give the opinion that I needed the larger size bc “my back was too wide”.Thank you Apricot Lane for showing an immediate and world of difference in customer service. I know where I will be returning to.

Before CovID I was in love with this shop. Now their current staff pays no attention to the customer, you will feel ignored while shopping. The last few times Ive come in they onky say hello and goodbye. The clothing is cheap and overpriced. If you dont wear a size 0-6 you wont fit into anything. This store previously provided a wide range of style and sizes that worked for all body types. Now its just tight items and tiny tops that onky work for smaller women. I tried to give this store chance after chance and was not satisfied. I do not reccommed shopping here. Save your money and time.

Our daughter needed a new dress for school. She has a speech to give and wanted a new outfit. Kait, Shayna, and Ashleigh went above and beyond to help my daughter! Our daughter is shy and unsure about her looks, but was totally at ease in the store. Those three young ladies made her feel special and helped her look her absolute best! We ended up buying two dresses and a pair of earrings. We will be going back this weekend to look for more clothes.The clothing is amazing too! Perfect prices too. I highly recommend this store! While my experience here is usually pleasant, I had a very concerning experience in Apricot Lane yesterday. As a frequent customer of the store- many of the employees know my name- I was surprised to see that I was not greeted or helped at the store in the way that I am typically. In fact, I was completely ignored and no one told me of the sales or deals that were available. The employees were not busy helping other customers because I was the only one in the store. I then asked where the plus-size section was and the sales woman responded with a curt response. She pointed at the sign and said over there. However, when a white woman entered the store a little after I did, she was greeted with cheer and helped immediately and as she shopped. This experience was very racist, and unacceptable for the store. I hope that the new people working at the store treats all their customers equally and fairly especially as we enter into the new year.

Though I was unable to purchase anything at this current time I was politely and exuberantly helpedTo find outfits... entire outfits!And for me this sort of assistance is rareYou may believe it strange that there is someone in this world that has not experienced this sort of hospitality in a clothing establishment beforeBut I have not...She was honest kind patient and understandingShe made me feel comfortable confident and beautiful! Shayna and Kay were so helpful picking out a dress for my daughter to wear to a wedding! We also found a graduation dress! We love Apricot Lane!

Kirstin help me pick out the perfect dress for a wedding! She paid attention to my likes and dislikes and instantly caught on to find a beautiful flowing dress. She even found earrings to match!

I came in with my mom (2x) looking for an outfit for a special occasion ...... Had NO idea what I was really wven looking for. First trip I picked out a dresss and the girls told me about the return policy (store credit but who cares LOVE their stuff). Didnt LOVE it when I got it home. Second trip found a few more things to try on..... Found the PERFECT SKIRT (shayna was modeling it and it was in the store window), she helped me pick out the whole outfit even shoes. I had the best time. Like a night out with the girls. I was beaming leaving there. Cant wait to come shop more!!!!!

I always get the best experience! They always hold items for me when I cant get to the shop! I love how the girls will fill the dressing room with items they think Id love, which I ended up loving just about every piece! Such friendly service!

My wife shops in this store all of the time. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable on the clothes they sell and always helpful. The owner even helped me with a small favor for my one year anniversary plans for my wife. Nothing but great things to say about this store!

Everyone black or African American is not a shoplifters. Following customers around the store makes people not want to come back.As well as standing almost next to them watching as we shop.Will never shop there again. I didnt know select people could only shop select stores

I felt because the color of my skin, I was customer service from front to back of the store. No one needs that much help. But it was clear when I was looking at the earrings the salesgirl just stood there. Like I was gonna grab something and run.They racially profiled my daughter and I. Because other people didnt get service like that.My daughter was gonna buy something and I told her if we are not welcome in the store, dont spend your hard earned money in thereNever again
