Love the cleaniness of the store, very nice apparel! Greeted with smile & hello once entered.

Pacsun in Northwoods Mall in North Charleston is a cool place to find some of the latest styles and fashions for a good value. I like all of the different items they have available to select from and always seem to find at least one item and sometimes more that I will end up purchasing. They seem to have some clothes that you will not see in other stores. I have received many compliments from the clothes I have purchased here and have been happy with everything.

I am in the store right now. I been here for 30 minutes. There are several employees sitting on their phones and talking. I had to find the bar to get my own shirts down. Now mind you, i did this for about 10 minutes. Not one person offered to help. We waited in line for a fitting room, with an associate less than 5 feet from us, and never once asked if we needed a fitting room. For the price of their cheap clothes, they could at least be helpful. I am walking next door to Express where they have better customer service .

Had a great experience in this store with my daughters. Staff very helpful and friendly and went above and beyond.

This is definitely a store for a much younger crowd. They have some cool styles and decent prices.

Walking into a retail store you would think customer service is one of your main priorities... Not here, I walked in this morning and both employees were on their phone. Then I walked past the counter where they were and one was so busy in his phone that he didnt even look up and the other just looked me up and down and didnt even say anything.. I wish this post would let me post the photo of them on their phones but it wont.

If you walk in, they won’t greet you. They’ll act like you do not exist at all until you call them over for help, but they won’t answer politely. They’ll answer with a “.... yeah??”. Worst pacsun I’ve ever been too. All they do is talk to eachother and fold the clothes.

You can find always a store special. The customers service is always good not complain so far.

I was torn on how many stars because I really liked the store, but the staff gave me issues. My husband bought 2 shirts from there that were buy one get one free. So they were $9/each... he decided he wanted a different one that fell within the same deal. When I took the other one back they gave me $9 back, (Which is correct) but when I went to pay for the other one (in the same visit) they charged me full price because I only bought one. Even after explaining that they had the original receipt and could see he bought another one and that we were just switching out one, she still insisted that it would be full price. So we had to take both shirts back then repurchase them to get my money back. (Which was almost a $20 difference). This couldve been avoided if the sales girl knew what she was doing...

I would not give them one star worst shopping experience ever not one person wanted to help us, guy and girl behind the counter was hugging and just about needed to get a hotel room never going again
