Sales and design team was very good. Execution of order was a different story. Mantra misplaced 2 cabinets, saying it’s lost in shipment. A panel was damaged and a touch up kit that we paid up not shown up either. Given the fact that we ordered standard cabinets that are off the Shelf items from Mantra, no tracking details provided to see if we can track it somehow. No respect to our project delays or inconvenience and simply saying we are trying to get this wiith no deadline or commitment. There is something called accountability - totally missing the Customer Orientation. 😔

She is always on time and shows up equipped to do the job correctly. She is very knowledgeable and has an excellent attitude. Wonderful experience from selection to installation. Office staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. Installation techs were awesome. Did a wonderful job for someone who is very particular! I did not have anything to clean up after they finished. Would highly recommend this team for any cabinet needs.

We have used KB Kitchens for our cabinets for nearly a year now. Their scheduling is easy to work with and their selections are ideal. Our clients love the cabinets and it is easy for us to make selections for our Spec houses also. If there has ever been an issue, they are quick to resolve it, but I am not truly aware of any big issues arising. They are a great partner to have!

We ordered a custom vanity for our bathroom. Working with Jamie Flocchini was a dream. She drew up our spec, priced it out and got back to us in one day. When making the order, Jamie paid attention to the details and was instrumental in getting us exactly what we want. The cabinet came in on schedule. There was one small problem with the installation which Jamie took care of right away. We could not be happier with the service we got from Jamie nor with the cabinet. It is beautiful! We would highly recommend KB Kitchen and Bath. Their pricing was good and their services excellent.

As a residential home builder, building for the last 15 years in the Lowcountry, I have never used/wanted to use anyone except KB Kitchen & Bath for all of my cabinet needs. From dealing directly with Kathy and Bob back in 2004 to now working with Jamie, Chrissy, Bess, Christen, Britney, Stephanie and Terrell, they have a design, scheduling and warranty staff that will exceed your expectations for any cabinetry need.

My “Quality” Cabinets (by Masco) were installed by KB Kitchen and Bath in my brand new home built by Crescent Homes in late 2012. Within a matter of months, the finish on the cabinets had literally eroded off the wood in any area where there is even a remote chance of contact with water. I think you’d agree that most kitchen and bathroom cabinets are built to withstand frequent contact with water and should last, not years, but decades. Not “Quality” Cabinets. Quotes to emphasize the ironic name. As evidence, see the photos attached to the Google profile for KB.Because these cabinets were part of a new build, we weren’t given the choice of cabinet maker, much less any range of quality or upgrades. We just picked a color and hardware. So, we were at the mercy of Crescent and KB to provide a quality, durable product. Unfortunately, we got burned.After living with gradual degradation of the cabinets for a couple of years, we finally sought a resolution. Granted, we should have acted quicker, but we had no idea who the maker was, nor who installed it, nor the terms of the warranty. How many people need to make a warranty claim on cabinets anyway? So, once we were able to track all of that down, we found out that the LINE within the “Quality” brand was only covered for a year, while the remainder of the “Quality” products are covered for five years. Hmmmm. That tells you all you really need to know about the materials and the workmanship of this line. Try to figure out where theyre made by visiting their website.After hours of communication with KB, the “account manager” for Masco Cabinetry (the parent company), a warranty rep at the company, and a mystery member of “upper management” named “Dave,” I was offered a can of touch-up stain and some basic instructions for sanding and finishing. Or, I had the option of buying new doors and fronts - the same junk we’ve been suffering with. Why would I do that?By the way, “Dave” wouldn’t even give me his title. He said he was part of the “leadership.” Then, when I asked again for his title, he said he was part of “management.” When I asked yet again, he then said he was the “management lead.” Nifty title - and total B.S.Go to Lowe’s.

Friendly staff that strives hard to exceed customer expectations. It’s a breathe of fresh air to work with a cabinet designer like Bess!
