This place has every kind of shoe at inexpensive prices. First time there and will definitely go back.

Shoe Carnival was built on BOGO half off but they have gotten away from that. I bought a pair of slides for my daughter because i was already there but i wont go back. BOGO was why i shopped there for so many years. By the way i saw the same slides at the mall cheaper. Seems like if your taking away the forever sale, you should drop your prices.

Its the same as i remember it. The sales they had were to hi. I remember few years ago sales were alot better than now. Maybe everything has hone up $$

Horrible customer service. They had associates all over, yet only had 1 person working the registers. I waited in line for a good 15 minutes while 2 other associates watched on saying they couldn’t help unless there were a certain number of customers in line. Are you kidding me!? This is how this corporation trains their employees!??Ridiculous

This store must be down in sales. Walked in and saw several associates standing at the door. No greeting no acknowledgement no can I help you.

Shoe Carnival on Rivers Avenue in North Charleston is one of my favorite places to go to shop for shoes as they have a really good selection and value on their shoes. I usually find more than one pair that I like here on each visit. The staff here is very helpful when you need them and they make sure that you find what you are looking for. Overall this is a good place for shoes.

I was going to get my daughter some shoes for camp this summer and they greeted me when i walked in but i was looking and looking with no personal help. I found what i was looking for on my own. Not a bad experience but need to work on the assistanting customers with there selection part.

Im so indecisive and difficult when shopping (because of this, I rarely shop). Jessica and Jazmine were so kind and patient. They helped till I was satisfied, even though they were quite busy.

I love this store! They always have great deals! I love the buy one get one half off which they usually have going on most of the time! This time when I went there one of the ladies even help me go through my email on my phone to try to find my points that they sent me and or a coupon that would work with what I was buying. Not the greatest selection or variety of professional working shoes...but the staff was helpful and friendly as well as knowledgeable...which is a win in my opinion as good customer service is not as common as it should be. Larger location than the one in Summerville. Employees were friendlier and more helpful. I didnt have to hunt them down for help. We found what we needed at a decent price. Will return.
