My first experience with boot barn!… one word. IMPRESSED. Ordered my boots about 2.5 hours ago and showed up on my doorstep just now. Definitely recommend: would even send gifts this way. It came fixed in a nice boot barn bag. Thanks guys!!!

Great boot experience smells great place is very clean monster variety of boots and fashion but they do have a very limited variety of work boots so if you do go there for work boots they do have great Styles and Brands but youre not going to see a huge variety as you do with fashion boots but yeah Im sure youll find what youre looking

Out of all the styles that this store carries, I finally decided on one pair. Justin is the brand name. They look weathered and worn already. With a pair of Levis, youll be looking sharp! I paid $200 for them. They will last a long time and I always get a compliment when I wear them out.

I went into the store this afternoon to check out some Twisted X’s which the store did not have the pair I was looking for which is fine, but my issue with my trip today to the store is no one even thought about asking me if I needed help or if they could help me at all but I continued to looked around the store to see if anything caught my eyes so as I was headed out the door I told the lady’s to have a good night and I hear was ugh! that was a waste of time she didn’t even buy anything... I couldn’t believe what I just heard all I could do was just keep walking outside to me car. So to sum this up Boot Barn has lost all of my business and my respect. For years me and my family would easily go into the store and spend hundreds of dollars on dress boots and our work boots and clothing but not anymore

1st time shopping there bought a pair of Cody James boots from them 3 months later they where shot. gave them another try bought a pair of Justins boots which I typically buy a pair once a year. 5months later one of my boot straps broke and the inside heal collapsed in. talked with there warranty person and the best they could do was offer me a 15% discount on a new pair. will not be trying them again

I have never had any problems with Boot Barn, until now. My boyfriend and went into the Boot Barn in North Charleston so he could get his boots stretched out. The manager, Joanna, helped him. My boyfriend explained to her that doesnt wear his boots that often because he doesnt want to damage the leather since its soft, but he maintains them as well as he can. She started giving him advice (still pretty rude) but then it turned into her leaning over the counter and full on berating him and embarrassing him to the point where he just stopped talking to her and left. This was after he told her he had never done anything like that before. He is by no means an emotional person. However, when he got in the car he was close to tears. Needless to say, if you need your boots stretched, dont see Joanna.

The store was well stocked and the employee that help me was very polite and helpful. I will return to this location for further purchases.

James was a pleasure to work with and was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products that helped my husband decide the type of shoe he would like to wear. He was intentive without hovering or pushing and answered all questions along with suggestions to explore different brands and find the best fit. He made the Boot Barn Experience worth the drive to North Charleston.

The Boot Barn on Rivers Avenue is a great source for all things boots, work clothes, and western wear. I really like their selection available and usually find more than one item that I cannot leave without. This is a cool place to shop and the staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you find exactly what you are looking for. They are well worth a visit.

When in to buy a stetson hat. Showed an exact picture of what I wanted. Was sold a knock off.... Salesperson was more interested in telling me how much she knew and how little I knew about what I wanted.... I bought what she said I needed.... Buyers remorse.

I absolutely fell head over heals with this place. Very friendly 😊 staff. Prices for boots are expensive but if you want a good quality boot this is the place to go. This was my first time ever purchasing any cowboy boots and asked for help. The lady who helped us was very nice and very helpful. Just loved having a very smart woman that knew her boots help us. Very fashionable clothing and home decor at Boot Barn. I recommend this place if I could give 100 🌟s I would. Why because this place is wonderful and treat you like family.

Ordering was easy but havent received purchase yet due tomorrow received just as they said boots were everything we expected and a little too tight across top of foot so we had to send back but if thinking about ordering I say go those boots were snazzy

I honestly cant say enough good things about Boot Barn! They have a wide and beautiful selection of great quality boots and clothing, and the staff is absolutely wonderful! Especially the Manager Joann! They helped me find the perfect pair of boots and gave me great guidance on how to take good care of them so theyll last me a really long time. Then when I had a travesty with my boots, Boot Barn really took care of me! I love this store and will be a long time customer!

James was above and beyond amazing. He was very helpful and informative. He even taught me some tricks on how to get boots on and off easily. Unfortunately, they did not have my shoe size in stock so he called a store in San Diego to locate my size and Im going to pick them up when I get there Friday. I finally broke down and went and got some new boots with the wife pressuring me of course because I hate buying anything for myself. One of the employees, Logan, was a tremendous help as he was able to help me find a comfortable boot that I really like. We dont have these up north, along with the hospitality, so it was a really nice treat. I end up spending a few hundred that day, and tried on the rest for online ordering because I didnt have the luggage space. Thanks for all your help.

I called to ask if they had heated jackets in store and a woman named Joann (unsure of spelling) seemed to think calling a customer crazy, because she was unaware of the jackets existence, was appropriate. I have always bought boots/clothing from Boot Barn- but after that call I will never buy from them again. Check your employees and make sure they’re aware of what the company sells.

Went in to purchase a shirt, found a nice quality one for under $30 and some boot creme that I couldnt find anywhere else. Boot selection isnt as good as Ive seen up north but its substantial. Nice folks

Been there twice to purchase boots and can never get assistance or find the other boot. Staff are rude and never acknowledged the customer. My husband waited over 20 minutes to ask the register staff where he can find the other boot, but instead of being helped he was told to go look for it in the back.

Service was great, it wasnt so busy when I went so I got both ladies to help me find a new pair of boots. However, because my foot is large, Im more comfortable wearing mens boots. One of these ladies wouldnt understand that and continued to shove womens boots in my face. What I did not realize is that they dont give you brand new, unworn boots. They give you the boots that god knows how many people have tried on. I didnt realize this until I brought them home and saw cracks in the leather of one of the shoes. I found a better price on amazon so I will be returning them. If you want a new pair of boots, I would recommend going there to get sized and everything, but do not buy here. You wont get new boots.

Not the least expensive product line but as always, made in the USA quality is worth the cost. A great place to shop for quality clothing and footwear.

Immediately called to change the shipping address. 20 minutes on hold, no human picked up. Emailed, no reply. It has been two days, still no answer or email, and no alert it has shipped.
